Host was really helpful. Place was really clean, great location, and beds were really comfortable. If you are staying in Venice, this is the place to stay!

Location was great with being on southern side of Dorsoduro....outside of the touristy section of San Marco. Not overcrowded but still a good volume of people, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Very nice to stroll the southern canal and people watch from nearby restaurant and cafes. Small square outside the apartment was very nice and a place to relax if any downtime. Staff was great in communication, and apartment itself was even larger than expected. Perfect for our group.

Good location. Functioning air conditioning. Good showers. Spacious. Clean bedding and towels. Well-equipped utility room.

Dusty floors - didn’t feel like walking barefoot in the apartment. No mattress covers under sheets on the beds. Uncomfortable chairs in the living room. Only one key to the apartment. Also would have been nice to have a few more bin bags - only one spare. No tea towel for washing up. Toilet seats a bit wobbly.

Location was great - on a quiet square and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and helpful with booking water taxis to and from the train station/airport.

Location was amazing. The apartment is huge and spotlessly clean.

The only reason this is not a 10 is the decor and furniture in the main living area. The room is fabulous but the furniture is dull and unappealing. However, if you have children, no need to worry about spoiling anything!

No late checkout and if you need to store your luggage you have to bring it to piazzale roma (25 minutes walk with luggage) and pay 4 euro per bag and then walk back…really unacceptable All toilet seats are loose and in one bathroom there is no shower head holder
