We had a great time for the week stay at this property! Was close to beach, lots of food choices close. Very well maintained, balcony overlooking the bay, we seen dolphins 🐬. Nice pool with hot tub and at times was only us there. I can not say enough about this place! Would definitely stay again.

Place was incredible. The views in the mornings, close to everything. A very short walk to the beach. Amenities galore. Our family couldn't have rented a better place. Thank you to the owner who made everything about staying there a wonder family vacation.

We had the best time at this property for 3 weeks! The condo itself is just as pictured, with lots of space and everything you need for a fun stay. The location is fantastic with great water views (watch for dolphins!), and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The amenities saved us from packing a pack & play, highchair, air mattress, sand cart, sand toys, etc., and the gated garage parking just added to the convenience. The hosts are very responsive and lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family had the best trip! We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 and 2). The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach and pool! Loved that there were essential cleaning supplies (dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc) so we didn’t have to buy those upon arrival. We walked everywhere!! We rented a car for the week but literally only drove it the first day…to the rescue aquarium. But there’s also a trolley that we could have used for that. We preferred the harbor view to gulf view. Our boys loved watching the different boats coming and going as well as dolphin sightings. It’s easy to walk across the street to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner at the many restaurant choices. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Listing was as described. 5 minute walk to beach. Clean and had a great view for sunrises.

Very well stocked condo! The beach chairs, coolers, umbrella etc were so nice since we flew into the area and were unable to bring ours. Really enjoyed the large balcony, with plenty of seating for everyone!

Overall the condo was spacious and very functional especially when considering the rate. Location is great, walkable to restaurants and the beach. The place is a little dated but comfortable. Philip the property manager welcomed us at check-in and was helpful. I would recommend this to friend groups or families that want a larger space with great intercoastal views including beautiful sunrises in the morning and are ok with short walks to restaurants and the beach.

Condo was great for my family and in the perfect location. Hosts give a lot of information about what is around the area. Definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to vacation in the Clearwater area.

We had a perfect stay at this waterfront condo- the property was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation with my parents and our kids (umbrella, sand toys, snorkelling, trolley, aloe for the sunburns! etc.). The location was minutes away from the beach and the host provided a great list of restaurants, grocery stores and attractions so there was little to do on our part. Great supply of beach towels and bath towels for the family. Kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, pots, pans etc. Beds were very comfortable with high quality bed sheets and quilts. Lovely decor. Wonderful balcony views from living room and bedroom was a definite highlight. All provisions for laundry available that made it convenient for us. Perfect instructions to access property and its amenities. All in all, it was a perfect home away from home and very hard to leave! Thanks David and Philip for your hospitality and we will be back and will recommend this FIVE STAR home to our friends and family!

We never met the property manager. The security guy was very helpful getting us a temporary parking permit. The owner Dave was always so helpful and friendly when I spoke with him. Definitely will be staying there again in the future.

This is an amazing property. The condo is extremely nice. The balcony view is amazing. It's right across the street from Shepard's with live music and nightlife. It's also near restaurants and outstanding pools, and a short walk to the beach.

Plenty of things to do in area and the place was full of supplies and such that we never even thought we’d need!

Had a great time in this comfortable, spacious condo right on Clearwater beach and intracoastal waterway. Great views - sometimes saw dolphins playing; enjoyed sunsets and the neighborhood/city lights at night. Quiet unit, in calmer south side of the island. There is a floor above this 7th floor unit, could lightly hear movements above. Appreciated good wifi, cable TVs and wifi speaker. Nice kitchen and easy walk/drive to restaurants and activities. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!

Property- Location, Location, Location! Close to restaurants, bars and beaches. Also, from the balcony we watched a daily dolphin show provided by the dolphins 🐬 while hunting for fish. We also saw a bonnet head shark swimming around. Clean 🧼 The condo was clean and maintained, just like one the website. Owner - easily reached by text and very helpful with any concerns. We will come back soon!

Amy September 2022 Amy If I could give David 20 stars instead of 5 I most definitely would. He has been the most amazing host. I unfortunately brought my son and granddaughter here as a hurricane was approaching. He not only did everything he could to help us but contacted me every day to check on me and my family and when we were stranded because the airports closed, he extended our stay with no extra charge. On top of that, this place is BEAUTIFUL. Clean, perfect location, and anything you need. Even before the hurricane ( which thank God shifted) David checked to make sure we were happy. I will definitely stay here again. We loved this condo and I would not hesitate to stay at any VRBO David may have. We couldn't wait to be able to come back. Once we had to leave. And when we did return, even with all the rain and wind. There was no damage. Thank you for everything and i look forward to staying here in the future (after I check the weather channel) anyone who rents this will not be disappointed if you have just adults or a family it is perfect for either .

JANICE Stayed AUG. 2022 Location, location, location!!! Our 2 weeks stay at David's wonderful home was amazing. His spacious condo is in a meticulously maintained attractive building within a five-minute walk to Clearwater Beach and superb restaurants. His balcony overlooks the bay with the most amazing views. Wildlife abounds there every day. We saw dolphins swimming on multiple days and so many different beautiful birds. The condo itself is very comfortable, as well very clean. You have plenty of room to spread out if you have guests. Our three grandchildren joined us for one week and had a blast. The marina is a short walk away. We went on a Pirate Ship excursion and Little Toot which is a great dolphin tour. There are so many neat parks in all directions and lots to explore. The only challenge we encountered was leaving Clearwater and David's home. If you love beautiful beaches, and amazing views as you eat breakfast or dinner don’t hesitate to book this condo. We know we will come back.

The apartment is clean and spacious with nice furnishings. All of the appliances worked. Car parking was good. Overlooking the inlet, the balcony provided excellent shade from the hot sun and quiet from a busy road. The apartment’s location is such that 3 of the best restaurants in Clearwater Beach are within walking distance. The host was great and always accessible. We are totally recommending this rental.

Lovely unit with great views. Comfortable and well stocked with all your beach needs. Owner very responsive to any questions. Ceiling fans need to be dusted and slight mold in second bathroom. Would recommend and stay again

We loved our stay in this condo. It was large, beautiful and fully stocked with literally everything we could ever need. The internet and cable went out after some bad storms and the owner was quick to respond and get this resolved. The location is perfect and easy to check in . We will definitely stay here again.

A great stay in Clearwater Beach. The property was exactly as advertised. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only drawback was no fireworks for July 4th down at Pier 60, but we just sat out in the back deck and watched at least 15 different fireworks displays! We’d definitely come back to this property again. Thanks David!

We’ve stayed at Harbor View Grande many times & love it there. This condo is clean and well furnished. The king beds are comfy and the twins are fine. Couches & other furniture are in good condition. Communication was quick & there were no issues. Thx for the hospitality!

We had such a great experience at Harborview Grande. It met every expectation and it was such an “easy” vacation! Short walk to the beach, super up close dolphins playing in the bay and walking distance for most things. I really appreciated the ease of communication with David the owner. I had additional questions then some troubles with the app and he responded almost immediately. During our stay we came across a minor issue, he called within a minute and had someone out within 15 minutes. Hands down a phenomenal owner.
