The view was amazing from the patio deck. The sounds of the Waves crashing while reading was tremendous. Close enough to everything yet far enough from the crowds. Violas bar amd grill was a pleaseant surpise being on the property and saturdays DJ was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your place.

9A – what a great unit! Loved the high ceilings, stained glass shower, and overall décor. Thoughtful additions like the water cooler and ice maker are much appreciated! The king-sized mattress and pillows were the best we’ve ever had at a VRBO! There are plenty of towels and beach towels (they also smell great). Paper products are supplied which is a big savings – like with the water. Also nice touches like plenty of well-placed charging stations and tons of great info from John before you go! Print his pdf and bring with you as a reference guide. The water at this beach is GORGEOUS!!! The beach was almost a private beach for us. We sat on the balcony every night. Donella and Ravin were the best and great for transportation and overall info! Would recommend Tyrone’s Nassau Tour, loved him and his daughter! The bartender at Viola’s pours a healthy drink too. So glad I chose this VRBO for our first Bahamas vacation! Thanks for all your help John!

Comfortable for family of five. Location on a clean beach with large pool and plenty of towels. Full kitchen. Central A/C plus ceiling fans and extra bedroom A/C units. Transportation readily available. Great owner and property managers plus friendly resort staff.

Had a wonderful time there with the family. Perfect beach steps from the door. Good restaurant downstairs. Close to Atlantis (booked Comfort Inn for a night to enjoy a couple days there at the water park). John was a great host; very responsive. Condo had everything we needed.

Easy accessibility upon arrival. Directions were great and as described. Many necessities already in the kitchen and didn’t have to buy. The view and Resort were nice with the restaurant being convenient and good as well. If I were to come back to Nassau I would stay here again. Lori S. Pierce

My husband and I booked villa 9A for 7 days over march break; traveling from Canada. We have 2 small boys under 7. This villa is the perfect set up if you want to experience tranquility and privacy while still being close to the action! The comfort of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus kitchen, patio etc cannot be beat when traveling with small children. We were steps from a gorgeous essentially private stretch of beach. The kids didn't even want to go to the pool given how awesome the beach was! John made excellent suggestions about the island and was readily accessible before and during our stay. The villa has everything you would need for comfort-ample towels, beach chairs, umbrella, ice machine, water filter. I was pleasantly surprised with all this! It is 700m to the Atlantis marina village so we could have some dinners and feel some bustle of activity, but I loved not having to fight throngs of people for a pool chair or wait for an elevator to drag my tired kids up a hotel tower to a small room at the end of the day! The view from the villa is lovely and relaxing, and you will feel like you are on an island, and not a commerically cured resort tower that could be in any other North American city. The on site restaurant Violas had great food, more authentic options, very good prices compared to other places, but service was often quite slow. This was frustrating for the kids sometimes but I loved the open air seating where again I felt I was on an island, not mega chain restaurant. This is nice for lunch. We were also walking distance to the Ocean Club by Four Seasons, and had a nice dinner there. Prices on the island are steep for what you get, especially if you are used to excellent innovative food in your own city. This is the same for Atlantis restaurants, but all in all was part of the experience and worthwhile. We liked having the flexibility of a kitchen to make a couple of breakfasts and coffee. As John warned, grocery options very limited on paradise island and expensive. Bring snacks, coffee, oatmeal etc if you want to use kitchen more. The villa is a little dated and a few things could use a bit of TLC and extra cleaning, but overall we were so pleased with the space, comfort and ease of everything. John was incredibly responsive and attentive: when we needed paper towel it showed up in 10 minutes from the housekeeper! Do not hesitate in booking this villa for a relaxed vacation in Bahamas!

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was all ready for us upon arrival. No muss no fuss. Our balcony had a great ocean view as well as overlooking the pool. What we liked in particular was the beach. There were very few people on the beach at any given time. If you looked to the right as you faced the ocean there were probably 30 people over an 800ft stretch and not many more to the left. We also like the convenience of the water taxi which took you right into Nassau where the cruise ships dock. Right in the heart of Nassau. Cost was $5 per person and there was a very entertaining guide on each ride. Tips are encouraged on each ride. The water taxis were about a 10 minute leisurely walk from this place. On each excursion we enjoyed stopping by the turtle pond to feed the ducks, turtles and fish. Short walk to Atlantis if you so choose. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place that's even better than described.

John was an excellent host! He was there right after we checked into the villa. He went through some house keeping instructions and was readily avail during our stay. The villa had everything we needed well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable we were. Visiting friends who stayed the whole month of February. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to visit and have meals together. The view was spectacular from the balcony, just a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Was perfect for 4 adults/ 2 couples to live comfortably for a week. Plenty of towels/ beach towels also had beach chairs available for use. Was a memorable trip! Would stay here again! Sandy

If you are looking to stay on Paradise Island, look no further! John was an amazing host and super responsive to our questions and need. It is so quiet here and the beach and shade from the line of trees is what really attracted us to this place. Several good restaurants within walking distance and Viola’s was very delicious and reasonably priced. If we decide to visit PI again, we won’t book any other place but this villa!

Easy access to the main area without being in the middle of the crowds. Very nice pool area - never crowded. Great views of the ocean from 9A. Best part of Cabbage beach as there is always shade even in the heat of the day. The ocean was very temperate. John was a wonderful host and very accommodating. We would definitely come back.

My family and I had an excellent experience renting this property. We had excellent communication with the property host John. He gave me the codes to enter the condo prior to our arrival. There were no issues getting into the condo. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the appliances, pots & pans and dishes required for our stay. All of the beds and the pullout couch were very comfortable. Plenty of towels to use during our stay. The location of the condo is excellent. Super close to the beautiful beach and ocean, close to Atlantis and even walking distance across the bridge into downtown Nassau. John was an excellent host. I would definitely stay again in one of his properties at this location

This condo was exactly as described by pictures and descriptions. Everything was perfect….condo, pool, and beach. Violas was a great place to grab a bite…Atlantis, shopping and other dining options were a short walk away. John was great… always stayed in touch and quick to respond to all questions and concerns. We will be back!

We had a great week at Sunrise Beach Club. Great beach access, cute and reasonably priced restaurant/bar onsite, and excellent communication with the host. The villa is well stocked with everything we needed. It is an upstairs unit which wasn’t a problem, I just didn’t realize it until we arrived.

Lovely apartment. Easy communication, check in and out process. The apartment and the area is beautiful. Best beach a staircase away. Our Host, John was super friendly and helpful in anything you need. The villa is very well equipped, nothing was missing from our fabulous vacation. Loved our family time in Villa 9A.

The house was just as described. Very close to the beach and the all the Atlantis activities.

We just got back from a 6 night stay here. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Could not beat the proximity to the beach. And the view from the balcony was lovely. John was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and helpful. Violas, the restaurant on site, was delicious. We ate there multiple times during our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5, was because of the ant issue in the kitchen. Make sure not to leave any open containers or bag of food out on the counters. Would recommend this property to others! Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo and great location! Loved the beach onsite, not crowded and so lovely. Having a bar/restaurant on site is the best and the food at Viola’s was great. They don’t let you know this right away, but you can order from them and eat on the ocean view deck. They will set up a table and take your food and drink orders. Was so nice to sit and eat with an ocean view and breeze. Would stay here again.

Excellent communication, owner was always in touch with us and responded quickly to any questions we asked. Very organized and had a list with advice hanging on the refrigerator that we found very helpful in our stay. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and we practically had to ourselves, never crowded. Better beach than what they have at Atlantis. We highly recommend Viola's as well. We thought it was the best restaurant that we went to for the price on the island. Overall, very relaxing atmosphere. Never any disturbances. Would rent from here again.

We stayed at this great condo for 5 days. It was perfect in every way. The location, the comfort of the condo, being so close to the beach was gorgeous. The only drawback for me was that you have to pay everyday to have chairs at the beach and it adds up. I cannot sit on a towel for long as I get a sore back so to enjoy the beach for the day you have to rent chairs and umbrella which is $30. a day. Other than that, everything was perfect and I cannot wait to stay there again.

This vacation could not have been better. Perfect weather, awesome views and a property to match. From the beginning, John was attentive and responsive to our questions and needs. The unit was clean and spacious and had amazing views of the ocean and pool. The beach was only steps away. Even though it was Spring Break the grounds and beach was quiet and peaceful. Violas had good food but prepare to wait for it. Walking distance to Atlantis, shops and restaurants. No need for taxi or rental car. Hop on Bird scooters for a fun way to explore the island. Note: If you want to do a day pass at Atlantis book a room online at the Comfort Inn. Comes with free passes for 2 days and a free breakfast. We didn’t stay in the room but well worth the price. Saved us hundreds of dollars for a family of 4. Thanks John for recommending that. We could not be happier and highly recommend booking with John at the Sunrise Resort.

Nice clean condo. Balcony overlooked pool with view of ocean. Easy walk to Atlantis & Marina Village. John was a great host. Only wish the pool was a little cleaner (a lot of leaves & sand).

We spend 4 nights in this two bedroom condo in December and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is on the second floor, so we enjoyed the view of the ocean from our living room. Location is perfect, you can walk anywhere on the island, no need of taxi. The beach is a few steps away, which was very important to us, so we would come back again.

I took my 3 kids to the Bahamas for their fall break. We all had an amazing time. All of the people were wonderful the property was spectacular.
