Extremely well equipped and comfortable, quiet one bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Kennebunk. Convenient to I95 and Route 1. Chickens and groundhog in the yard in a very rural setting. Close (driving) to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge as well as a number of beaches, and the shops are not too far away. The owner was very quick to respond to questions via SMS, but as everything was good we didn't need to communicate much. I would definitely recommend this to others and hope to return sometime.

Clean, comfortable and supplied with everything you need to enjoy the “home-like” cottage. There are beach chairs, beach ice chest and beach parking pass. Nothing is overlooked. What a great find! We were pleasantly surprised and will be back for sure! Great street level space with a fabulous back yard. Great parking and Super close to everything you need and more in Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Wells. The owners were great and gave you privacy and helped you with any questions you may have.

This is a charming and well appointed beautiful hideaway. Everything you could need (including that all important beach pass) is included. Our hosts were communicative and very helpful. The space was very clean, really pretty, and very quiet which is important to us. A nice walk into Kennebunk and a quick drive to the beach or Kennebunkport. We loved our vacation and our stay at this meticulously renovated home.

We had a wonderful Maine vacation! The house was clean and well appointed and Linda was very responsive to any questions we had. It was especially nice that the rental included beach chairs, umbrella, and beach pass. We flew in from out of state and it was amazing to have all those things available. Nearby Parsons Beach is a treasure!

Super easy to book and the owner answered my questions promptly before booking. This place is the cutest and the colors and decor make it so relaxing. I was only in town for the weekend for a wedding and wish I could’ve stayed longer. I stayed at a local hotel closer to downtown during the summer and this place totally blows it out of the water! The price is right and it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed which is usually (much) pricier hotels. The location isn’t too far from Dock Square and the size of the place is perfect for a couple so you’re not tripping over each other in a small hotel room. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to go back to Kennebunkport!

WE had such a great getaway weekend at this property in Kennebunk, Maine. Our hosts were lovely people who were available to answer any questions that we had. The cottage is finished beautifully with updated amenities while keeping a charming sea side touch. The town itself is wonderful and feels like you are inside a Hallmark Movie. I definitely hope to go back!

We were in Kennebunk to visit family and this was the perfect base to have our own space while in town. The apartment is very quiet and we wanted for nothing. The condo couldn't be better decorated or cleaner. Enjoyed it immensely. It was so nice to have a short walk to the beautiful little town of Kennebunk, but come back to the quiet and serenity of the condo. Very close to beaches too.

this cottage, really an apartment is everything it said it was and then some!! At 650sqft. it's just the right size for 2 people who like us just needed a kitchen to cook some meals., a queen size bed to sleep, and a beautiful bathroom to get the sand off from the beach. What more can you ask for. Thank you Linda !!!

This was a wonderful place for our stay. It is beautiful, clean, private and quiet. It is also close to many activities including shopping, hiking and great restaurants.

Can’t imagine a better place to do the things you would want to do in Kennebunk. Quiet, brand new, private, modern and central to all the sights and activities. Shopping in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, beaches or leaf peeping you will love it here. Friendly helpful landlords. Truly a 5 star.

Linda's barn conversion is fantastic! One of the first things I noticed was how CLEAN it is, making it easy to relax. The apartment is private and quiet. The large bed is very comfortable and I slept well the whole stay. The kitchen had every appliance I needed for my week long stay. It is bright and airy thanks to the large sliding door in the living room allowing in lots of natural light. The bathroom is roomy and immaculate. Linda, the owner, is helpful, attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment is within walking distance to Kennebunk and a short drive to Kennebunkport. A large grocery store is a 5 minute drive away, and a convenience store is just down the street. The closest beach is literally 5 minutes drive, with free parking. Perfect for couples get away or for business trips. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this listing to my friends!
