Great location! The apartment has a open plan kitchen and sofa area to relax. The terrace is lovely too!

The property wasn’t as clean as expected. The water was freezing cold no matter how high you put the shower temperature setting on. This was uncomfortable to shower.

The apartment was very clean, very well located in the center of the old town and remarkably quiet given its central location. Good AC and WiFi. The terrace is charming and the kitchen mostly well-equipped. The train station is about a 15-minute walk.

The host wasn't especially communicative or pro-active. We tried using the washing machine and almost flooded the place. After asking about the machine the next day, he said that it was broken. A post-it on the machine would have fixed that flooding danger. The coffee machine was missing a part which made it non-functional. His response was that he would need to order the part (for future guests, apparently?). The apartment is a four-floor walkup up a very narrow staircase. We didn't have an issue with that and were aware of it beforehand so it was expected.

Appartment was just great.

Location was excellent and the apartment was modern and very nice.

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things which could have been improved. We were sent the wrong lockbox code and could not get in to the apartment for over 30 mins before we could get onto the owner. The washing machine was also broken and the shower pressure was not good.

The appartment is located atop of a historical building in the very heart of Montpelliere, It has been renovated with good taste and sense for detail. The living area is spacious, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The terrace with comfy seating was amazing and we sat there a lot in the evening, watching the flights of swifts and their aerial manouvres against the stunningly blue skies. Plenty of restaurants and nice shops around.

The location

The narrow and steep stairs with luggage is a problem. Smell in the bathroom and not enough towels for 3 people.

Wifi didn't work the host sent the wrong locker code the towels and the bed linen smell of cigarette smoke

bed linen smelled of cigarettes, even after replacing them. Bedroom window blind was missing and shower head was broken. Couldn’t close bedroom window completely (latch broken). Not enough crockery for stated number of guests. Very narrow and steep staircase to access apartment and bedroom.

Flat is on the 4th floor, every night there was noise from the bars downstairs til after midnight, cleaning is not thorough

The location is ideal. Indeed, the property is located in the heart of the old city, which is where one wants to be. Everything is accessible on foot. The TV is great and very easy to connect a laptop/hard drive/streaming service and enjoy one's favourite films/series/etc. The little terrace is nice in the morning.

The property is not appropriate for anyone whose fitness level is not above 'good'. To get to the property, one has to climb three sets of steep stairs. Then, upon arrival, there are more (but easy) stairs to get to the actual living room. After that (yes, there is more) there are steps to where the bed is. Now, those steps are absolutely dangerous. The bathroom door is made for hobbits. I am relatively short and I had to be very careful not to bump my head, which I did. A lot of noise comes from the street, despite the fact that the apartment is on the third floor - at times, this was rather annoying. Finally: no pressure in the shower and not very strong a/c.

Gorgeous, well appointed apartment in the heart of old town. The surrounding alleys are full of amazing bars and cafes and has such a great vibe. Yes, the stairs are hectic but totally worth it. Fitness and minimal luggage is highly recommend though. The aircon is fabulous. There are two units - one in the living area and one in the mezzanine bedroom - saved my life during the recent heatwave.

Access was a little tricky. A simple addition to the key instructions would be “after picking up the key, walk around the corner slightly. Look for the red door with the hedgehog image above it”

The property is bright, spacious and modern. It contained everything we needed. The location and the view were exceptional

It's an old building converted, lots of steps/stairs with low door frames, if you're tall like me you will likely bang your head (several times).

Nothing! Just make sure you are fit and have little luggage as the staircase ends up being narrow...but well worth the effort!

Beutiful place un a great location. Well kept.

No way to leave a suitcase before or after check in, no instructions such as wifi access code or how to use the TV in the room, hard to find the key in a locker in the street, staff not helpful. I was told that I can find the info on the internet while the access code was not available. Shower was cold. But the place itself is very beautiful for very fit people, no way to climb such stairs in case of any restrictions such as physical ones or a big suitcase.

Everything was perfect. Very well located in the old city. The apartment was very clean & had everything needed to be comfortable. Hosts were able to accomodate our early check-in request which was greatly appreciated
