Excellent location and accommodations for two couples. Views of the Caribbean were stunning - especially sunrise from our private palapa. House had all we needed including beach towels. Everything is just a golf cart ride away.

We had such a wonderful time. The managers are wonderful, had groceries delivered, golf cart waiting and the home was wonderful. We went just a little south and hung out on the beach. Visited both the Playa Norte and Punta Sur on the golf cart. The home is central to everything.

We really enjoyed all the comforts of home after a day at the beach.

Casa Paraíso was even better than the pictures portrayed in VRBO. The views from every level of the house were spectacular. Several weeks before we arrived we received information from the owners of Casa Paraiso that included all information about the house and tons of information about Isla Mujeres that proved to be invaluable to make our trip successful. Upon their recommendations, we arranged flawless transportation from the airport to the house and delivery of our golf cart for our stay on the island. The property manager, Stacy, met us upon our arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to Isla again and ,hopefully, to Casa Paraiso. Thank you to Ashley and Todd for making your home available for a wonderful vacation.

We were unable to come on the dates we reserved, and the owners were really accommodating by allowing us choose another time to stay in their beautiful home. We can’t wait!

The location and private wading pool were wonderful. The house itself is in need of some TLC. A fresh coat of paint goes a long way. Scuff marks are all over the walls in every room. The sectional couch is super uncomfortable and the cushion covers were filthy. We covered the cushions on the couch with beach towels to feel comfortable sitting on them. The bathroom on the main floor is gross. The floors tiles are old and need replaced. The shower in the master bathroom had no cold water, only scalding hot water. Thankfully, we didn't travel with another couple as we would of all had to shower in one bathroom. Also, there isnt a backup generator so when the power goes out, which it did 3 times the during our stay, it gets unbearablyhot. Overall, the house is in need of an update and a good cleaning. I won't be staying here again.

I’d definitely stay again

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful home with the most breathtaking views! Pool was perfect to enjoy in the mornings and after a long day at the beach. Beds felt like heaven with the most comfortable mattress, bedding and pillows. Owners were very responsive and helpful with questions about local questions. We would stay here again for sure!

Our family had an amazing time at Casa Paraiso. It was perfectly as described. Can’t wait to return.

Very disappointed with cleanliness and communication. Location and neighborhood were great. We requested that we have 2 cases of water at the house since there was no water on island yesterday n the day we were arriving and was reassured that we would. When arriving there was no water and property manager said it wasn’t something they usually did which is not what we were told by home owners. After being there for a day we came home to find that the property manager left her keys to the house outside in the flower plant. When we notified her of that she had no clue she was missing them and informed us she was on her way to let delivery men into the house to set up washer and dryer and it would take several hours. After we arrived home the new washer was leaking water and we had to fix the water lines ourselves on the washer. Also when arrived at the house we had to empty trash, sweep the floors, clean the showers and all the outside lawn chairs they were filthy. We have been to the island several times and never been disappointed until now.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed walking out to the ocean each morning. If you're up early, you can see a beautiful sunrise. The air conditioner worked well. The sliding door in the main bedroom isn't well sealed, our only complaint was the noise of the windy nights, so it made sleeping difficult for us. If you're a heavy sleeper it may not bother you. We switched rooms with our daughter because she was less bothered by the noise.

Beautiful property with an even more beautiful view. We enjoyed our time here immensely and can’t wait to return. The property owner and Manager were easy to reach and even assisted us in arranging transportation. Highly recommend!

We decided on a last minute getaway and Casa Paraiso was available and the trip was planned. We throughly enjoyed the house and the location was good being mid island so easy access to everything. Ashley was was super responsive to my questions. The bed and bedding were great and I slept very well, and that is something I don't state lightly as a person with sleep issues. We would most definitely stay at Casa Paraiso again with out hesitation.

There were 4 of us celebrating a milestone birthday, and we absolutely made ourselves at home. Both bedrooms have beautiful views of the Caribbean, and access to the rooftop. We are very happy we were not close to the downtown scene, but it was easy to get to when we wanted. The house was clean, and well-stocked, and we loved every minute of it.

Lovely rental home on Isla Mujeres! Stacey was wonderful to work with along with DC Explorers. Stacey was super attentive to our needs and very helpful. She organized our golf cart rental and all transportation through DC Explorers. Our only issue was the washing machine was broke and their new one hadn't arrived before our arrival. We had planned to do laundry and therefore packed less since we were headed to Cancun after our Island stay. Otherwise a wonderful stay!! Would highly recommend staying here!!

First of all, I’d like to say how helpful Ashley, Stacy, and Omar were in getting us settled in our rental. From arranging the golf cart to waiting for us to arrive on a rainy Sunday night, everyone was there for us. The home is super comfy, especially the beds, which can make or break a vacation! The location could not be better. With a golf cart, you can access anywhere on the island within 10 minutes. We especially appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The view from the patios is amazing. We had some cool, rainy, and windy weather, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool, but the top deck offered a great place to get some sun when it did come out. At low tide the beach across the street and just south of the home is a nice, secluded place to get some sun as well. Thanks again for a much-needed island getaway!

Very easy check in and out process. Very nice helpful owners and property manager. House is well maintained and we felt right at home. They assisted with golf cart rentals and provided excellent options for transfers. I would definitely recommend staying at Casa Paraiso. I'm looking forward to another stay at the property.

We absolutely had the best time in Isla Mujeres for our 2 weeks stay at Casa Paraiso. Although frequent travelers, we have never been to Mexico but so glad we chose this place to be our first visit. Such a fun and relaxing island with the best vibes. Our family of five came (myself, my husband, our 2 teenagers, and our 3 yr. old) and we all had the best time! From the start Ashley was quick to respond and provided me with all the information needed to pre-book transport, golf cart, excursions etc. I 100% recommend taking Ashley's recommendations. EVERY company we booked for transport, golf cart, and excursions were great and had top notch customer service. The house itself is beautiful. The most amazing views! My husband LOVED spending time on the rooftop under the palapa. I found him there every morning and evening. The house itself is clean and has all the amenities one would need. This stay made me realize I need a new bed. as well, lol. So comfy! The house is located in the best location in my opinion. It is located in the middle of the island close to some amazing local restaurants and allows for a quick and easy access to both the North and South ends of the island. Checking into the property was a breeze. Stacy had all of our groceries stocked for us which was great. Omar met us at the house and gave us a run down as well as his personal number if we needed anything. We didn't end up needing anything as everything is well thought of up until the last day. Since our flight was early in the morning, we decided to take the ferry back to a hotel on the Cancun side close to the airport. Upon arriving to our hotel at 9:30 pm I realized I left our passports in the safe. Talk about panic attack! (I blame the numerous margaritas and cervezas I consumed throughout our stay, LOL) I emailed Stacy and she called me within the minute. Long story short with Stacy walking me through every step. I hopped back on the ferry, made it back to the island and Omar was so kind to be waiting for me as soon as I arrived with our items. I cannot THANK both STACY and OMAR enough!! Thank you Ashley and Todd for sharing your beautiful home. Had and amazing time and hope to be back soon!

Everything was amazing and Ashley was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views from the house are amazing. The traffic on the road can be loud at busy times of the day, but when the traffic is light, it’s easy to hear the ocean. Short walk or golf cart ride makes it easy to get good food, drinks, groceries. Getting to/from Playa Norte and the busier parts of the island can be a bit more of an adventure due to traffic, but certainly manageable. Very friendly folks made it easy to feel at home. Excited to to return soon!

The property was amazing! Two couples staying here and it was perfect. Very spacious and well-appointed….the pool and rooftop palapa were our favorites!

Loved the home and location. It had everything you needed including coolers to take to beach. Very clean and the upper deck had a breeze and was a great place to relax. . Liked that it was not too close to anyone else so you had privacy. Property management and owner are very responsive and helpful.
