We got the smallest rooms. Number 111 and 112. The ros were rectangle. There was no space to open the suit case. The bathroom of room 111 had a smell.I cleaned the bathroom 3 times a day. It still had a bathroom smell. The entrance of the hotel was full of clutter and was smelly. The entered hotel was smelly. Get rid of clutter and plastic plants! The bed sheets were clean. The premises was old. My bedroom window over looked the so called garden, which was a smoking area.Smelly bathroom, and when I open the window, the room smells of passive smoking. Guess what? the carpet under the table was filthy. Just remove it. The same with the bathroom mat, horrible

I liked nothing, except for a 3 star hotel the bed sheets and the towels were very clean. No need for complimentary red wine. Instead get rid of all carpets including the entrance carpet. You need diffusers, candles and fresh plants.

Our room was perfect for us. It was well equipped and clean. We got a cot for free and a little gift was waiting for us on the table as well. Also it is in a beautiful environment and we had a lovely breakfast nearby at the suggested place, Luca und Lia Cafe.

Bunk beds are always a hit with our children, but the ladder is a bit tricky to climb, so be very very careful. The furnishing is nice, it's a very functional room. They sent us very detailed check in instructions, it was very clear what to do.

Kitchen is very very small, and we had to make sure everything was cleaned and dried or we'd be fined 40 EUR. I felt that was a bit strange for a hotel.

Heating didnt work well, staff got us portable heater the following night, that helped! It was very crammed for 5 people.

Its a good hotel with very friendly staff but a little bit expensive for the facilities that gives you.

very small rooms. nothing special but quite expensive.

all contact is done by mail/whatsapp (including check-in with codes etc) but it was super easy and practical. the staff is there, but you do not really "need" them. Spoke perfect English. Parking at property = safe when travelling with full car.

The staff was very helpful: there were problems with charging the costs per credit card due to a recent change in the security system, but we quickly came up with a solution through a few messages back and forth. Due to very hot weather, that day we drove early and were at the hotel much before the usual check-in time, however here again a quick message back and forth with the hotel made sure that we could check in upon arrival. Finally, a small complaint on previous visits had been that the shower lacked a curtain to avoid spraying water over the entire bathroom. That had been fixed since the last time we visited.

Parking was somewhat problematic this time (lacking space in front of the hotel) perhaps because it was the peak holiday period. Still, a minor inconvenience and not something that detracted from a fine stay.

Peaceful, quiet location. Easily accessible from the main highway and many shops nearby.

The room is small, and not up to our expectations. Poor internet wifi connections when the hotel is fully occupied. Hotel staff can't do anything to resolve the problem.

The fact that they charged my creditcard without permission while the website of booking clearly stated that my details would solely be used to make the reservation. I dont mind the fact they charged my creditcard, but i really dislike it happened without any permission or given knowledge about it. I found out they did when i asked how i could pay for all.

Nice room, great instructions to enter the room and where to park

There was a music from and someone played the piano. It was a private room. First it was nice but after a while we wanted it to stop.

Big room, clean, everything in order and easy check in and check out!

No store or place to eat nearby so you have to travel to do that, other than that it was what we expected!

The location is very nice, detailed checkin information's were provided on the time of checkin i.e 3:00PM. Host is very responsive though you dont see him/her ;-)

Too many restrictions, wifi is very weak, host does not pay too much attention to it. According to host wifi is non obligatory service. But I think in this advance world wifi is must and the signal for wifi can be easily extended to individual room with little expense. I think the cost for room is too high
