Great location to the beach Quiet neighborhood Plenty of room

Nothing at all that I didn't like Great place to stay

It was close to the beach. I did not like that you could see through the wood blinds at night. I tripped and fell over the rug in the dinner room. But everything else was awesome. Thank you!

That the house had no blinds and could see in at night when lights where on. The rug in the dinner room was a hazard.

it was close to the beach, it was very quiet, spacious bedrooms and bathroom, yard was nice. it had a good vibe.

the dishwasher wasn’t clean in was clogged, the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly. there wasn’t enough seating in the living room, the second bathroom tub had a leak an no one came to address it after it was called in. the door knobs kept falling off the bedroom door. some of the doors wouldn’t shut or stay closed properly. there was a very stained rug In the dining room area. one of the bed comforters was damp. there was a soiled towel left in the washer. grill didn’t work properly . We sent photos to the property agency an No one followed up or came by.

The bed was really comfortable once the stained or dirty comforter was removed. The location of the property was conveniently situated.

The property seemed much nicer in the photos. Upon arrival we noted the scent of an old home. We also noticed that the living space and kitchen were much smaller than they appeared on the photos. There was dust on the floors, walls and ceiling fan pulls. The comforter on one of the beds appeared dirty, possibly stained, but not inviting either way. We thought we would get to enjoy the backyard but the lawn was not manicured and the branches Of the tree hung over the porch extending almost to the back door. All in all we made use of the property but would most likely not stay here again.

It was a great location for what we needed. We could walk to the pier and restaurants. Nice neighborhood.

It was just not as clean. On arrival, we had to sweep and mop as there were sand, gravel, dead spiders, and a cigarette bud!

Overall the place was nice and location was convenient

There was animal hair everywhere so we had to sweep and mop floors before getting ready to go out so our clothes didn't have the animal hair on them and we received parking permit tickets

Property was hot and smelled musty when we arrived. Beds are made for 1 person, not 2. Property could use some updating and painting. Grass had defiantly not been mowed in awhile. Bed in front bedroom had sand on it. (I washed the sheets before we slept on it). Only 1 bedroom had a working TV. The keypad lock on the front door quit working so we had to lock the front door from the inside and go out the backdoor and leave it unlocked. There was no extra toilet paper or laundry soap. Property was close to everything but not worth the price I paid. I would look for a different rental before I booked this property again.

Close to the beach and big enough for everyone to hav their own bed

The dishwasher drained water on the floor . Maintenance guy suggested it was because the sink was clogged Then we tried to wash the towels we used to clean up the water but the washing machine didn’t work. Maintenance guy said the pump needed to be replaced, other than that we had a good time

*Love the keyless entry! saves us from carrying a key. *The Home was very spacious for all 9 of us. Very cute and had a lot of character *Plenty of towels, pillows/blankets/kitchen utensils. *The backyard was nice even though we didn't get to use it as we had hoped *Location was walking distance to the Pier and beach. *We didn't use them, but it was nice that they have a drawer full of board games *The kids room has a TV and the Livingroom.. we used them both :) *loved the front porch, can certainly hear the beach while drinking coffee *the view is of other homes that were pretty busy w/ people the whole time we were there. (not a deal-breaker).

*All the beds were hard, none of us got a good nights rest. *After 2 loads of laundry, the washer had a horrible smell (now I know what all the other reviews meant). I used the All Fresh tablet that was provided, but that didn't fix it. I wanted to wash all the clothes before we left, but did not feel comfortable using that washer. *Every spice you can find was available except Salt. We needed salt, but it was okay, we managed. The spices available seemed old and not fresh. Think they need to be replaced. *The propane grill outside did not work and was not safe to use. Very rusty, we wanted to grill burgers and had to cook them over the cooktop instead. That was disappointing as we planned to have a bbq outback. *The Xbox provided didn't even work, so that was a bummer, but definitely not a deal-breaker *Sunday at checkout, a big roach was in the main jack and jill bathroom. It was initially crawling in the kids bedroom, and then made its way to the bathroom before we killed it. Luckily we were checking out. *Because of "covid" rules, we couldn't check in an hour early as we had arrived early from a 4.5 hour drive. So we had to wait for an hour before checking in.

The house was cute and the location was excellent.

Location wasn't clean. There was dirt on the floors, stains in the bedding, and clumps of hair on the shower wall. Pretty gross.

I love the location, it was walking distance from the beach!

The dishwasher was broken, the fridge had issues, coffee maker wasn’t working right, the house had a really bad odor, cable was working and there were bugs everywhere! Also there were no hand soap provided as mentioned in the description!
