It’s nice, it has aircon, the staff are nice, there in breakfast available in the morning which is always a plus. The lunch and dinner is great, portions are big so you won’t go hungry. They called us a cab to the airport for a flight and the driver was on time. The staff members work really hard and it shows. There’s a guy fills there I didn’t catch their name but they were really helpful and the manager was really nice and friendly. Working in hospitality mainly in a resort I know how hard it can be and especially if everyone is hands on deck. Everyone there is doing a great job.

Not a minus but just a suggestion some cold water would be nice with the breakfast that’s pretty much all 🙂. Other than that amazing work, keep it up.

Service and how friendly staff was. Security took our keys cause we checked out earlier than expected. Provided towels for us. The room was huge and spacious. Air-conditioning was good! We kept turning off to save power, but when arriving back to sleep, it was always left on, so it was lovely to come back to the room cooled.

The bed was not soft enough to be kneeling on it (springing).

I rated this hotel 10 because of the exceptional service from the staff on check in and check out from the hotel. Basic bedrooms with everything you need for the money, it was a great stay on a budget and being right in Apia and the main road back to the airport for our flights.

Helpful and pleasant office staff who went beyond what was expected. Breakfast nicely presented with delicious eggs.

Great location, air-con, close to shops and market, ladies at reception were lovely to deal with, kettle, cups, tea & coffee, regular room cleaning and fresh towels, friendly night security guard. Good value for money. Overall enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

In Room 11: Springy bed, fan didn't work, no microwave, no pamphlet in the room to give more information on local eateries, car rental info, WiFi options, phone sims info, laundry options, local city map, attractions and recommendations. If you're new to the country, you will have to do your own research or ask around. Hard to find rubbish bins so we put our own rubbish in bags outside our door to avoid ants in the room. Nowhere to hang towels or wet clothes when we went beach or pools, so we hung it along the front porch. Our shower wasn't that great. Hot or cold water was strong, but when trying to get warm water the pressure was really low and slow.

Great location near the Apia town centre. Clean room with Aircon. Free bottle of water on arrival. Fruit plate and chilled water the next day when I came back from a hot day! That's su[er nice! Staff were helpful and frienfly.

Very noisy at night. People (I don't know they were staff or guests) talking and laughting loudly passing 11pm, plus the road traffic nosiy due to on a street front, It was hard to get to sleep early and you're pretty much waking up by 6am ish by the traffic sound. The TV in the room didn't work (no signals) I didn't bother to check with the staff because I didn't care.

Love the service with good response. Also like the breakfast as not even expected...

Friendly, helpful staff. The White House hotel is a reasonably priced budget hotel fairly close to the centre of Apia. The rooms are very small but clean, with a fridge and kettle. Fresh fruit plate on arrival was really welcome! Comfortable king sized bed, ceiling fan and air con were also very welcome.

The hotel is on a very noisy road, however we were able to close the windows and use aircon, which helped block out some of the external noise. However we did get quite cool as we couldn’t seem to turn the air on fan down to low and there was no blanket available to use and the top sheet on the king sized bed was strangely small and provided minimal coverage.

Unfortunetly no hot water in shower due to a malfunction but was offered to shower in another room when availiable

The staff at The White House Hotel were beyond exceptional! They all went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made the best burgers in town!

Nothing at this property was disappointing.

I loved everything, room was so clean!, Aircon worked very well, clean bathroom! The staff were so friendly and amazing. Staff always greeted us with a smile, security on site was always up and working to open the gate no matter what time of the night or morning we'd get back to our room. I really wish I had booked my whole stay in Samoa here. I will definitely be back to white house and will be recommending to others. White house is so affordable, well worth the price and in such a perfect location, close to everything you need. Thank you white house for our beautiful stay with you as well as the amazing service.
