I really like the location, friendly staff, clean room, air con was working perfectly., shower perfect . Already booked again for my next visit.

Just didn''t like the noise especially from outside in the morning. But it's understandable because ppl come to work. Also one of the bed was very uncomfortable. The floorboard kept falling down but otherwise manageable.

Our stay at the Talofa Inn was Amazing! It was a short stay of 4 days but we received excellent service from the staff, the facilities and lication were 100% . The staff were very friendly, helpful, informative and accommodating. Special thanks to the beautiful Nive! Also thanks to Makerita, and the rest of the staff. Talofa Inn - your Home away from Home! Nive and her staff were very polite and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile and different breakfast options each morning of our stay. My girls enjoyed breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. We had the deluxe room (#2) with our own bathroom and AC that blew crisp cold air. They have an onsite security guard that is a strong physical presence but hes so nice and makes you feel safe. Within walking distance of everything (money conversion/lucky foodtown/restaurants/SSAB) God Bless You and the whole Talofa INN staff !!

The only thing was the washer & dryer not being available, nothing major. They tried to get it fixed in time and we appreciate all their efforts since day 1 until we left.

Rooms are a bit crowded. Misleading advertisement on booking.com Didn’t have hot water for 3 days.

The hotel is well located in central Apia so it's easy to get around and see the sights that the city has to offer. I arrived late in the evening and the security guard let me in and showed me to my room. The room was spacious with the air conditioning already on so it was comfortable to go right to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was basic, but fine given the price point of this place. Bread, cereal, jam, peanut butter, tea/coffee were on offer. Staff was nice and friendly and the bathroom was clean.

Although the shared bathroom facility was clean and I didn't have any issues accessing it due to other guests using it, I was slightly misled as the ad states that it includes a private bathroom. I only realized after I got the confirmation email that it has access to shared bathroom facilities. So it's contradcitory at best, but misleading at worst so please change the description. Given it was a non-refundable room, there wasn't much I could do about it after the fact.

Wifi wasn't unlimited, wifi wasn't secure, street noise was too loud, need to make shower window tinted as no privacy, need rooms soundproofed

The staff were amazing! The location was perfect & convenient! The girls that I dealt with were awesome! & always smiling never gave me a reason to put a 0 rating. Lol I loved that they done washing there too, walkking distance (this was my first trip actually going out and walking around) There is more I can say but I’m tired of typing hahaha BUT THIS PLACE IS A MUST BOOK!!

I had a private bathroom but it was actually separate to my room, so I had to walk through the main part of the hotel to get to it… sort of defeated the purpose of a private bathroom (although it is quite possible I missed this explained in the booking, prior to booking it). There was also very loud music playing until 11pm at night directly across the street and it was a Wednesday. I think it was alot louder as my room was facing no the street.

love the location, area where it situated, close to the market, all the shops and places that we needed to go to, staff are very nice, approachable, friendly, breakfast every morning love the fruits.

4 of us in one room with 2 beds which is good and very clean, but the space is too small for our family, the music blasted with loud speakers from outside at times it’s annoying even in the middle of the night during our first few days, which I understand because it’s closer to the main road, but we kinda of used to it so it was no probs at the end.

Good location in mid city. Comfy but basic facilities. Staff were attentive.

Bed is not so comfy. Too soft. Could have a small work table instead of a couch.

THe location was central to Apia City, walking distance to many key places, I also especially liked that we were able to hire a vehicle with 20% discount from Talofa Inn.... my husband plans to stay here again christmas 2020
