My sister and I had a delightful, September 2022 week at 38 Creek Road, #1, our base for our explorations and fun. We stayed in #2, summer 2021. Both units are attractively decorated, super clean, and very well stocked with necessities. Deborah is a great host, very responsive. I recommend these two units with no reservations.

We had a great Provincetown experience this year, thanks in no small part to our apartment. It was exactly as advertised and matched the pictures. The interior space is comfortable and well furnished. The outdoor space is large and provides even more room to relax and enjoy Provincetown. The location was also ideal for us (quiet, but an easy walk into the center of things). Deborah is a great host and very responsive.

This is our second time renting this well-appointed condo in Provincetown's west end, and I'll return again next year. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to Commercial Street. If you have younger children or tweens, this is the perfect place for you. I get a "real" vacation and can sleep in because it's so quiet and the boys get to go to the park daily as it is only a five-minute walk from the unit. You have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living room (TV with Netflix for movie nights). The intimate space is just enough for a family of four. As someone who cooks almost daily, a stocked kitchen is a must. I've checked all of the cabinets and there's more cookware, platters, etc than I need for a 7-day stay. The unit is immaculate! I'm a little OCD and check for evidence of professional cleaning. You can certainly tell the difference when a bathroom is cleaned thoroughly and dishes are free of residue. Those things matter as this is my home away from home. We absolutely love the deck with a large table, grill, as well as the addition of two Adirondack chairs. I have my coffee on the deck listening to birds before the boys get up. It's so peaceful at this end. And, we go into the fray whenever we want with just a short walk away. Deborah is responsive, although I didn't have a reason to contact her because we had everything we needed. We texted the day before and during the drive in. She was kind enough to leave the boys snacks/goodies upon our arrival. They loved it! Who doesn't love Cape Cod chips and chocolate cookies. We'll definitely be back for year three!

The condo was clean, well maintained, with modern conveniences like mini-split heat pumps instant hot water heaters that meant we were always comfortable. In addition the kitchen had an excellent supply of equipment so we could cook our own meals without being frustrated.

This was a fantastic place to call home while visiting Ptown. Extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient. Check-in was a breeze with excellent communications from our lovely hosts. We’ll be back!

This rental was a great find for the week of New Year's Eve! While it was just me & my husband, there are 2 bedrooms and enough space to easily hold 4 adults. A great open space (large ceilings, good windows & light), good bathroom with a great shower, very functional kitchen (all the amenities you need if you want to cook or host a small gathering), comfy couch (great for napping in front of the fireplace!). Very quiet neighborhood (close to Victor's, Liz's & Mussel Beach), easy walk to Commercial Street in the West End. The property owner was very good about communicating with us & made sure we were all set entering the property. Can't get easier than this! This is definitely a place I'd want to check out in the summer, as there is a good size deck with table, chairs & a grill. You can't go wrong with this rental!

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time! Great kitchen for cooking up our meal while watching football on the tv. Great open floor plan and Deborah is a great host! We arrived to a bouquet of flowers on the table to kick things off, such a nice touch! We will definitely be back! Thank you Deborah!

I'm delighted to recommend this Happy Home Away, as just that, warm and cozy, in the quieter west-end of Provincetown. The two bedrooms make it quite comfortable, with lots of windows for both fresh air and skylights for magnificent streams of light. Our hosts were kind and accommodating, and even brought in fresh flowers. It's the little things that make a house a home and we snuggled right in. The kitchen is well appointed. The living room has an easy on/off timer fireplace which makes a romantic setting. While we didn't watch much TV, it was a very nice set up and comfy couch as well. We appreciated the convenient laundry, and enjoyed the idea of the outdoor shower (even though we didn't use it). Best of all is the deck, with an easy-op grill, with west-facing sunsets that is the perfect end to a perfect visit. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

This was a terrific place to spend 2 weeks. The condo is close to the center of town but on a very quiet street and there is only one other unit in the building. There’s a nice big deck that’s pretty secluded. Big open kitchen/living room, comfortable beds, all bright and airy and a terrific value. Deborah was very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to going back next year.

We had a wonderful week at Deborah's Provincetown condo. It was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. She even left us flowers! It was perfectly set up for the 2 of us and our teenage son with a spacious, bright living room, cozy bedrooms, and a huge deck that looks out on a lovely wooded area. Although the fancy, jumbo shower in the bathroom was great, we liked the outdoor one even more. The condo's location was even better than we expected. Very quiet and private, in a beautiful neighborhood, and an easy walk to Commercial Street. It's also just a short bike ride to Herring Cove beach. Deborah was very quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you! We hope to return next year!

Clean, spacious and in a great location just a short bike ride to the Herring Cove and Race Point beaches and walking distance to all restaurants, galleries, bars and shops. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood, and the outdoor shower and deck were terrific. Deborah was a great host and very responsive when we had an issue with the smoke alarm and couldn’t get the grill lit. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean upon arrival. If you decide to cook, it's stocked with the basics. The grill, deck, and outdoor showers were lovely! In addition, the beds were very comfortable and the living space is very cozy. If you like sleeping in past 8 am, there's a plumber business below the condo that can be a little noisy (even with the windows closed). That said, the neighborhood is very quiet overall and a nice escape from the hubbub of Commercial.

Renting the property was quite easy. Deborah was responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. We met in person once during our stay and she was very pleasant. I will definitely rent again and again.

Very responsive to questions, including ideas for activities, how to bring bikes, etc. property was very well described and portrayed in the listing and photos. We wanted a pretty quiet getaway for a spring break for us and our kids and that is what we got.

In a quiet location, not far from Victor’s and Herring Cove, this spacious place was ideal for us. We cycle everywhere when we are in town and it felt like we were a stone’s throw from the beach. We also cook quite a bit and the kitchen worked very well. The fireplace was warm and cozy, perfect for some stormy winter days and nights. We are thinking of returning here for our annual summer visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly as advertised; the photos and description are both accurate. It's a lovely loft-style apartment with just a short walk into town. It's very well stocked, including plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc., which was perfect for us. Highly recommended. One warning: the mattresses are quite soft. This is not a criticism, just a warning for folks who prefer firmer mattresses.

My husband and I stayed in mid October. The gas fireplace was cozy on the chilly, rainy day we stayed in. There are two units, side by side. Each has it’s own outdoor shower. It was too cold to spend much time on the deck but we did use the gas grill for easy dinners. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We rented bikes for the week at nearby Gale Force bikes. One day we got sandwiches for a picnic at nearby Relish. We would definitely recommend this property. Also, the property manager was responsive and the 3-wing binder of rental basics was clear and helpful.

My partner and I had a great experience at this condo and Ptown despite the pandemic. The check in was easy and the place spotless! We had a chance to meet Deborah who was very personable and made sure everything met our needs. We especially enjoyed the time out on the large deck during sunny afternoons and grilling. The inside was also just as enjoyable with a new updated kitchen and everything you want for cooking in The gas fireplace was an added treat on cool nights. The large bathroom shower was a nice feature along with the private outdoor shower after our day at the beach. We will definitely return!

This property provided the perfect stay for PTown, particularly during current times. This was my first time out of quarantine so I had a longer than normal wish list and this property provided it all. There is a private deck and grill for social distance entertaining. It is located close to town but off the main path tucked back into a scenic and quiet wooded retreat. The location is a very easy bike ride to both the beach and to Commercial Street. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the unit. The property itself boasts an impressive open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. It is a tasteful mixture of modern with traditional Cape Cod touches. The kitchen was very well equipped. Deborah and management were very friendly and responsive during my stay. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Had a great time at this property in Ptown. We usually try to stay right in town in a historic spot, but given COVID, we didn't mind being a little further from the center of town in a condo with lots of outdoor space. Property itself was clean, updated, and comfortable, with high ceilings, big porch, and fireplace that made it a great place to hang out in lieu of Tea and the other usual Ptown events. You're also a 5 min walk from everything in the West End - Red Inn, Relish, Ptown Inn... and an easy walk or bike to just about everything else. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was well appointed and in a quiet location not far from commercial street. The fireplace and outdoor shower were also a wonderful addition. The property manager Penny was very responsive to any issues that may arise.
