Nice & kind staff, helpful too, clean, quiet & the breakfast was delightful.

We booked two connecting room and the hotel is able to accomodate it. The staffs are super friendly and helpful👌👌. I’m quite surprised to see Herman Miller chair in the room, it’s every product designer’s dream office chair.

We reported that one of the TV is broken in day two of our stay. It hasn’t been resolved even after we checked out in the fourth day.

The location is good, the staffs are friendly specially Ramzi & Anwar at dining room, room clean and hot water shower good.

Smelling cigarettes in the corridors, lifts. Terrible 😞

Saya selalu menginap di hotel ini ketika ke Jakarta. breakfastnya terdapat coffe machine. kasur dan bantalnya sangat nyaman. Lokasi hotel cukup strategis dan cukup dekat dengan mall-mall besar di Jakarta.

saluran airnya agak kurang lancar karena konstruksi lantai kamar mandi yang kurang miring ke arah saluran air.

Super fint hotel, rent, pænt, venligt personale, dejligt værelse på 7 etage. Tæt på shopping, mad og café. Der er trafik støj men det kan man ikke undgå i Jakarta. Køleskab og kaffe/te muligheder på værelset samt 2 gratis flasker med vand alle dage, god service. Anwar var helt særlig.

Morgenmaden er meget asia, vi spiste toastbrød alle dage. Det er meget støj og mange mennesker på samme tid.

The breakfast is ok, the rooms are big enough, the stuff is very welcoming and helpful

The bathrooms need renovation as some walls are dented, sinks broken, TVs not working or having poor signal connection which compromise image quality,

The staff were very friendly, helpful and majority of them spoke very good English. Our room was spacious and the beds comfy. Clean rooms, however if you want to be picky, there are few little areas that would require improvement and fixing, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

The room was amazing, I asked for a nice view and the reception gave us the front city view. I could watch the sunset, and Jakarta's amazing skyline. Bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. Room was big and I love the lightings and the big TV as well, they didn't hurt my eyes when I work on my laptop. Love the working desk too! Breakfast was great, the coffee machine was a nice touch. The breakfast team was awesome, full of smile and always happy to help. We will be back for sure.
