The check-in process was easy, communication with the property owner was fantastic, and the place was Extremely clean. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed this space and it was perfect for the three of us. It was convenient to get to all points in San Diego. There are restaurants and shopping in the area.

The appliances need to be repaired refrigerator is missing handles to open it. The linen is old and very dingy. Needs to have an exterminator come in and spay for ants.

My son and I stayed at this condo from Jan 29th to Feb 5th, 2022. We found that the location was perfect for us. We drove to LA and Palm Springs and we had easy access to the highways to drive to these places. Most of the major highways were right down the street. Also, the condo was extremely clean. As we walked in, there was a strong smell of bleach so we knew the condo had been sanitized. Also a plus, the condo had been supplied with bodywash, shampoos, and conditioners if you forgot them or ran out. In addition, in the closet, there was a portable crib. For families with babies, this would be much easier than travelling with a crib. Finally, the area was safe and we felt comfortable walking at night. Overall, my son and I found this the ideal location because we intended to visit many other locations and the accessibility to the highways was a plus.

It was a fine place to stay, nothing fancy but worked perfectly well for the family.

The property was great. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Our only disappointment was that we were looking forward to enjoying the pool which was closed.

Good. The 2 beds I believe are full size, not queen (wasn't advertised as queen). The sleeps 5 person sleeps on the couch. An air mattress would be more comfortable. I had the 4 and 8 year old sleep in one bed, my 38 year old son on the couch, and I slept in the other room. A few small problems (like almost all rentals) were discussed with the owner and does not belong being discussed here. Good price for my stay.

Loved the information notebook, menus, and the sofa book. Condo very clean.

Property is clean, comfortable, near to what we wanted to see. Photos are pretty representative of the property. Listing should reflect covid induced restrictions to hot tub although they may be lifted in the near future.

The place was very nice, we missed not having TV in bedroom. The laundry was good price $1.25 washer or dryer, was very busy people would leave the cloth in the washer or dryer long after they stopped. Overall very good.
