Gorgeous and super comfortable. The only downside is that I didnt want to leave.

We arrived one hour early and hostess was just finishing cleaning the casita, but let us go on in. As a casita, it was small but that was expected. The casita was immaculate, the kitchen included a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove/oven, a full-sized built-in microwave oven, a coffee-maker with supplied coffee, creamer, sugar/sweeteners, etc. Also plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. The queen-sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. Outdoors were a couch and side table as well as a gas fire-pit that the host lit and showed us how to light on our own (just like lighting a gas grill). Perfect for a couple and the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed in. Hosts were great, very accomodating, and the neighborhood felt safe. I recommend this property highly if you are visiting San Diego. Finally, the location is great! Seems to be no more than 30-45 minutes to anything in the San Diego area.

I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking again for my next trip to San Diego! The location was close to many major cities in sd and very convenient.

We greatly enjoyed Javier’s casita. We were in SD for a long weekend visiting family. It was a great centralized location for us. The casita was easy to access and great to just relax in and/or pop in and out throughout the day depending on what our daily plans entailed. We definitely hope to stay again.

Good, clean, convenient casita for two people.. Easy access to beaches or east suburbs. Parking on the street is tight, but the owners will make sure you have a spot.

Great place!

When I arrived it was a wonderful little place. Perfect to just hangout or if we wanted to leave there was everything just about a 10-15 minute drive away. The host was great, we got responses fast and the cleanliness was great. If I had to change one thing I would say the bathroom door was a little difficult to open at times but other than that everything was great. Thank you again!

This was a great little place to stay. The small house was just right for two. I loved the light coming in during the day. I appreciated the privacy it offered. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. This was my first trip to San Diego and I was unsure about where to stay and if things would work out. With this location it wasn't that bad with taking a lyft to the places I went, including from and to the airport. I pre-ordered a lyft the night before for a very early flight. Also I was on the fence about renting a car, but I definitely know that it would work out just fine there related to parking. The hosts were lovely and full of great energy and I have to say they got their short-term rental process on point. Definitely ready for visitors, and I felt safe there. I would stay there again. Thank you!

Well it was my 50th Birthday and wanted to get back to San Diego & go down to TJ. I enjoyed my stay. I’ve been here for work many times and I knew I wanted to live here. This trip let me see a lot of neighborhoods that would be nice to settle in from Chicago. I think I could eat Pho,Thai and street tacos everyday. Found some nice really nice things down in TJ. They weather was beauty. This is a cute little house and it was very comfortable and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here & everything was as pictured. The space was accommodating for our family of 3. The bed was very comfortable & soft. Having extra towels was a plus. One drawback was the cleanliness of the floors, they really could have used a quick mop between stays. We had to wear socks or shoes, otherwise our feet were black. Neighborhood is a mix of both older and remodeled homes, but we never felt unsafe. We appreciated the owner being accommodating with parking.

The property is clean and well maintained. Everything it said was available was there. Good for a couple.

This was a great place to stay, just minutes outside downtown San Diego. It is very clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen and nice finishes all around. I would stay here again if I’m back in the area!

What an adorable property! Exactly as advertised. The host went out of his way to make sure we had a parking spot. Location is close to everything. Very clean, bed is super comfortable and the decor is modern. It sits behind the main house but we always felt like we had privacy. Humming bird feeders hang in a tree next to the sitting area and it was so peaceful. Would definitely go back if we find ourselves in San Diego again!

Excellent casita and very much as advertised. Clean, modern and quiet. Hosts are excellent. This location is excellent for accessing all of greater San Diego. We REALLY enjoyed this lodging. First class, reasonable and very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The communication with Javier was always quick and clear. I asked if he could accommodate an early check in time for us and he went above and beyond for our request. The space was clean and appears to have been recently remodeled. It was a very quiet area. The bed slept GREAT! We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the San Diego area.
