Very easy to take a walk to the main town, but yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended this villa for couples seeking a get away or families due to its location. Everything was perfect and wouldn't change it. Thank you to Toni the owner who's taken great pride with his villa. A slice of tranquility in our eyes. We'd love to return again.

We came to Ibiza as our son was getting married there. We came across this villa online and it looked amazing…. But can I say, it’s even better in real life! It is in beautiful surroundings away from all the madness! Toni the owner is fantastic and let us leave our cases in the property before check in ,as we had an early flight! The pool is huge, and the outside space is fabulous! Honestly we had the best 2 weeks, we couldn’t of had a better property. The best we’ve stayed in, by far! Taxis are easy to get, as Toni gave us an AAP to use. But if you don’t mind driving abroad then hire a car! Will definitely be going back!! Toni, we thank you for you Amazing property x

We had a fantastic time in Villa Es Pla! The house is very clean and well equipped. We loved the garden and pool area. The house is a 5 min drive to the supermarket, 15 min to ibiza town. Toni was a great host- see you next year!

Lovely accommodation - very clean, everything worked. Loved watching the sunset from the roof every night, the kids swam in the pool 4-5 times, we slept like logs! Toni is a lovely, welcoming host! Excellent.

We were very happy with Villa Plas and the owner,Toni, was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The only negative was changes in floor levels throughout the property which led to 3 falls. It was originally an old finca so we should have been more careful!

Beautifully restored old finca, with a lovely mature garden and great pool area. The villa is well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. We have rented a number of villas in Ibiza and this is definitely one of the best. Toni is also a great host and made the whole process of renting the villa and check in/out very easy.

We had a great stay in this villa for one week. The house is very modern and has all comfort one would expect and the outside area with the swimming pool is even more amazing. The host Toni is very friendly and helpful, one of the best stays I ever had!

The stay here was simply perfect: the villa is beautiful, practical and comfortable, surrounded by fruit trees which gives the feeling of being in the wilderness. The pool area is sublime and makes you want to spend all days in the sun. The location of the villa on the island is ideal as it is really central and therefore a short distance from all the places to see. And Toni was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great holiday, the villa is lovely, spacious and peaceful but just a short drive to the supermarkets and easy to get to San Antonio. Toni was fabulous, organising taxis and offering lots of suggestions of where we might want to go.

From the start, an easy check in process and easy to find the location . The whole process was seamless, great communication from Toni the host and also he gave us some great detailed recommendations, overall such an easy trip from start to finish. The pool area is fabulous, we spent 99% of our time there, the pool is beautifully clean and very large. The Villa is very traditional, and a little bit dark for my personal taste but a very nice decor and well presented and well equipped with anything you could need. It was probably too big for 2 people but I liked the space it offered. No complaints at all! A great place and I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful House with a great host in a quit, peaceful and still very central location on the island. All the nice beaches are very close by and with a large supermarket and restausrants just around the corner the infrastructure is perfect. Further to mention is the pool area, which is perfect!

Let me summarize our April holidays (we were a couple with 3 teenagers for 10 days) : Ibiza + Lovely Ibizenca House + super clean + amazing pool area + nice views + calm + no neighbors to overlook + gorgeous garden + super great and helpful host = FANTASTIC holidays And not to mention the incredible smell when you enter the “Es Pla” property with all those fruits trees in the garden... just lovely Thank you so much Toni for everything : kindness, professional attitude, discretion, and precious advices :-) We would love to come back and we will do!

We had a great week at this villa in Ibiza. It's a proper Spanish villa with a great outside pool area - it was ideal for a family holiday with BBQs around the pool area using the little kitchen and dining area that is all self contained around the pool. Plus a really nice swimming pool and some extra comfortable sun beds for lounging around. The main villa is well stocked with everything you need and the owner Toni was helpful if you needed anything but also allowed you to just enjoy your holiday. We hired a car so it was easy to get to the local supermarket but taxi drivers also know where the villa is after late nights out at the clubs. We are planning on going back next year - great villa, great location, great place.

We are a little bit late but we really wanted to thank Toni for the beautiful holidays we had in his villa. It was just perfect, peaceful and absolutly maravellous. The villa is incredible and Toni and his staff are gently and stay at our disposal for all the informations or services we need. We hope to come back as soon as we can. We had a fantastic holiday during our stay at the villa. Very was very relaxing and peaceful. About 20mins taxi drive to almost anyway from the villa. The owner also provided us with a taxi company number who knew where the villa was so we had no issues getting around. There is a supermarket only 5 mins drive from the villa which was super convenient. The landlord was very easy to liaise with from start to finish. All in all an amazing place. We would definitely go back again!!!!

Fab Villa, the pool and outdoor seating area is gorgeous and Toni is a great host. Villa is a short drive from San Antonio and gives a great base for exploring the island! Highly recommended, we hope to return soon.

We had a great stay in Villa Es Play with our family (3 kids). And the weather was sunny and warm! The villa is very nice, clean and quiet. The area and garden around the villa is great, with lot of fruit trees, and the kids could play safe on the grounds. The swimming pool area is also very nice, everything you need is present! A bar with fridge near the swimming pool, shower, towels, beds, bbq .. Toni is a very nice host, we felt very welcome. Toni, thank you very much for everything, we had a fantastic stay in your house and hope to come back! Lots of love!

Wir waren zu 6 für eine Woche in der Villa von Toni. Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum. Für uns 6 war genug Platz und wir genossen die Zeit wirklich sehr. Toni war sehr freundlich und holte uns auch ab nachdem wir leider den Weg zur Villa nicht gefunden haben (unser Navi taugte hier leider nichts und die Villa ist auch etwas versteckt). Die Badezimmer waren sehr gross sodass ausreichend Platz vorhanden war. Ebenfalls ist die Küche gross genugund es gibt eine separate Abstellkammer für Lebensmittel. Gefriertruhe und Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist super schön und riesig. Man kann entspannen (sehr ruhig gelegen) und nebenher den Tag mit einem Barbecue am Pool geniessen. Liegen, Handtücher (für Pool sowie auch zum Duschen) etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Toni war stets zur Verfügung bei allfälligen Fragen und gab uns auch Ausflugs- und Strandtipps. Super Villa für eine Freundetrip nach Ibiza!

Highly recommended villa! A big Thanks to Toni for being such a good host! He was very helpful, polite and very responsive all the time we requested his help. The villa itself is located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood and is very spacious. Everything is clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool area was just stunning and we loved the inculded BBQ area! It's a perfect place to stay with friends or family! Don't lose time & book, otherwise we do it! It's gorgeous villa, really rustic yet spacious, cool and luxurious. It is sympathetically modern to it's style and has a real Ibiza feel without feeling like one of those 70's porn star palaces like most villas at this price, it's a real gem! Set in large grounds with fruit trees you have far reaching, 360 degree views. The pool area is a quick 10 second stroll from the front door but I really like the set-up as it makes you feel like you have two totally independent areas. Whilst I only stayed here with my girlfriend you could fill this villa to capacity and never see each other! So many areas to sit in, enjoy and explore. The pool area is great with a WC, serving area and fridge, it also has a brick built BBQ. The Balinese loungers, bed and Pergola are great and this area is a real suntrap, you can see the sunset off in the horizon over San Antonio from this area. The villa is in a really secluded location yet not remote in the slightest, 5 minutes from the main road to San Antonio and Ibiza Town. You're only a short way from a major supermarket but you wouldn't know it. Try "Eroski" supermarket in Ses Paisses rather than Lidl... same(ish) distance but Lidl is just as good out there as it is back home (Shi*). Can't beat a fresh fish and meat counters when you have a BBQ by the pool! Gutted I never seem to take photo's when on holiday but it's one of the more memorable just for the fact it was so relaxing. I'm a retired clubber still did the odd club but I prefer to spend most of my time chilling out and enjoying good food, this place is perfect for that, I actually left Space closing early because I was looking forward to sitting by the pool under the stars, cannot recommend it highly enough. Toni is great, tells you everything you need to know and leaves you alone even though he's only a short distance should you need him. Great, honest host, beautiful villa. Just noticed you're booked for our prefered dates this year but would like to think I will see you again, thank you Toni

this property is lovely it is about a 15 min walk into san Antonio. we stayed my sons and friends who are teenage boys they went to the clubs every night and had no problem getting a taxi back. I would recommend car hire as its useful for nipping to the supermarket and visiting the many other beautiful places on the island but it would not be essential. the villa itself is very clean stylish and spacious allowing everyone privacy. the pool area is fantastic we had the best holiday ever in this villa, the owners are lovely and live in the next villa and are always on hand to help if you need them they even delivered us some fresh BEST EVER free range eggs from their chicken. if I was to try and find a negative it would only be that we could not get Wi-Fi around the pool apart from this we found the villa perfect and I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

My husband and I rented this villa for 7 weeks, so we got quite a good picture of the environment and the villa itself, living in it for almost 2 months. The villa feels spacious, the pool is absolutely gorgeous, and the beds are comfy. The owner helps with any question you have, in fact he is living next door, so that makes it easy. We got fresh eggs from his chicken (absolutely ADORED that, best eggs EVER), and some vegetables and fruit from his garden. It is in quiet region, but everything you need, is reachable by 5 minutes, maximum 20 minutes driving. We had many times friends and family visiting us, every body was charmed about this place. If you would ask us if there are really no cons, I would say they are to small te complain about. The kitchen equipment is a little basic (we are hobby chefs) and the neighbor has dogs which bark in the mornings for a few minutes. If they do so, tell Toni, and he will deal with it. Property was clean and very well maintained. It feels like heaven arriving there, after a day driving and visiting places. We definitely recommend this place!!!
