Plenty of space and a nice large backyard on the lake. They had everything we needed including the internet. Communication was always very quick. Very comfortable beds / linens. Highly recommend this place, especially for a larger family and kids.

Loved our stay, very quiet and relaxing, enjoyed sitting down by the lake and fishing! Perfect for family with children also games and toys were a nice surprise. We Accidentally left something expensive behind and the owner was kind enough to mail to us! Thanks for that!!

We chose this property for our one year wedding anniversary vacation stay. We were able to bring our 4 legged child and had an amazing stay. The property is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to go out or order food via delivery service of your choice. I can’t give a high enough rating for our experience and we hope to come back again to this same property in the future.

We were in town for two nights for the President's Cup. This was an awesome location just far enough out of Charlotte but close to everything! House is spotless, beds are amazing and the dock on the little lake is perfect!! Lots of bass to be caught and a beautiful owl that visited us in the evenings!! Very quite, safe neighborhood. Plenty of room in the house to spread out and be comfortable. Owner was very responsive at check-in and check-out, made our stay seamless!!!

Plenty of room for our family of 8 - grand parents, daughter and grandkids. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the shower in the master bathroom! Also enjoyed fishing in the lake and relaxing on the back porch.

The property is dog friendly with a fenced in back yard. At the last minute my children invited more friends so we had more people than expected but the house very comfortably slept 10 of us.

The property and host exceeded any and all expectations. Beautiful home and convenient location to enjoy all Charlotte has to offer! Amir was outstanding and went our of his way to accommodate our needs and make our home-share experience the best we've ever had. We are all very thankful and cannot wait to come back!

I was looking for a home between the Myers Park area and Matthews, as my family had weekend rugby games at Queens University and the Matthews Sportsplex. This house was perfect! It is beautifully decorated with a well appointed kitchen. Pet friendly with a fenced in yard made it perfect for my family of 4 and our 2 dogs. The host was responsive and extremely accommodating. This was a great little space for a weekend away. It had everything we needed and then some. It was close to everything. Even though it was too cold to go fishing the view was wonderful in the morning.

Property was exactly as advertised and check in, check out process was very smooth. Communication with owner was great, had absolutely no issues. The house itself is definitely older but there have been some really amazing updates within, everything was spotless and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, pantry items, soap for the washer, toiletries, even fishing poles and tackle! Really thought of everything. Normally I never get a good night's sleep the first time I stay anywhere either but the beds were also very comfortable, thank you! House is on a beautiful piece of property overlooking a pond. It was a bit too chilly for us to go fishing but would definitely return in warmer weather. Was a great location for us in town visiting my son at UNC Charlotte.

We stayed here for a 4 day bachelor party. Place served us well! The Owner of the home was very responsive and the home has everything you need from fishing rods for you to use on the lake, to beers in the fridge, to simple things such as double ply toilet paper.

7 good friends stayed comfortably and the home was very accommodating. Great location, as it was close to top golf, downtown and the Noda district. Amir had great communication with us and would stay there again. Even caught fish!

We loved staying Boho by the Water. It was a beautiful home with a great view and beautiful scenery. We loved fishing and just sitting outside by the water. Located not far from Charlotte and good local eats and shopping. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was so cute! Amir was GREAT to work with and very responsive. Would definitely come back next time we're in Charlotte.

The stay at this home was perfect! It was quiet and so relaxing! The home was beautiful and I spent my mornings drinking coffee overlooking the water and spent my evenings fishing! It was the best experience I've had staying at a home on VRBO.

Great location near Charlotte on a tiny private lake well stocked w fish. So serene in the mornings to sit lake side. Cute Boho style house w plenty of space to be together on a large dining table for games or chill in your own private space as well. Beds are very comfy. 3 bathrooms and laundry was a perk!

Updated lake cottage comfort close to NoDa and all we needed for a wedding wknd. Amir was very accommodating and the home was so comfortable for our group size w it’s furnished lake facing porch, 3 bathrooms and large dining table. The fishing poles were a fun touch! We stayed here for two nights, and even though there were only four of us, it was a delight. Amir thoughtfully had fresh milk and eggs in the fridge, a selection of cereal, ground coffee and cocoa. The beds were cozy, the blankets there if we needed them, and we especially appreciated the fishing gear so we could fish the pond: sunfish, bass, a PERFECT morning fishing off the dock and the shore. Such a peaceful and wonderful time, and we felt well cared-for throughout. Thank you!

We love everything about the property and the home. Fun time fishing in the lake and granddaughters ( ages 3 and 5) caught their first fish ever! Home is comfortable and colorful and perfect place for families to reconnect. The owner thought of every possible need and the home is exceptionally well appointed. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay! The house is gorgeous, clean, lots of open space, nice showerheads in the bathroomsand the beds are extremely comfortable! The area is quiet and the view of the lake is lovely. The house is very conveniently located and it's just a quick drive into downtown. Our kids appreciate the selection of toys and they each caught their very first fish! Amir was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful anytime I needed to contact him! This place will stay on my list of places to visit again!

There are so many great things I want to say about this vacation rental, so let me start by saying how incredible Amir has been from the start of our booking, right to the very end. We are a family of 5 with a small fur baby, on our way back from a vacation in Florida. We decided to break up our very long ride back to NJ by stopping and hanging in NC for a few days. While researching on VRBO, I wanted to stay at a place that was quite and serene so we can unwind from all the sun and the sand we soaked up in good ole' FL. Boho by the Water was PERFECT! This home is indeed a "home away from home". It is incredibly spacious with amazing decor (attention to detail type of decor). There were plenty of towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. for our family to use (this is a rarity having stayed at many VRBO's). There was even laundry detergent and dryer sheet in the laundry room for us to use. The owners really put their mind and heart in this rental. Our communication with Amir did not stop after the booking process. He made himself available anytime. He was very responsive and offered suggestions when asked. The best part of our stay was the beautiful lake right in our backyard. My children had a ball fishing in the lake. They actually caught quite a bit of fish!!! :) Seeing them super happy made me very happy. Happy kids equals one very happy Mom! We absolutely loved every day spent at Boho on the Water! Thank you Amir!!! :)

We had a small group that all met from different parts of the US for a concert in Charlotte. BOHO by the Water was the perfect meeting place. It accommodated all of us comfortably. Amir was very easy to get in touch with and check in was simple. The house was extremely clean and the dock over the pond was a nice place to sit and stargaze at night.

We had two families of 4 meet and it was perfect. Everyone had a bed. Big dining room fit all of us easily! It was also within a mile of a major shopping / restaurant area. We were very pleased.

Amir was awesome. When i had any questions i texted or called him and he was very quick to respond and solve any problems we had. Would recommend and would book again
