The location was awesome! Million Dollar View of the ocean is accurate. Short, comfortable walk to the beautiful beach. The place itself was very comfortable and the decor had a very beachlike vibe. It was a very great experience!
There really wasn't anything to complain about. We had everything that we needed to make for a comfortable and enjoyable time in Hilton Head.

Location, location was the biggest benefit with going and coming back to the unit.
More than 1m elevator for baggage etc. It was at the other end of building.

the view was great! we saw the ocean, bunnies and deer from the balcony.
it was fine for us because it was just me and my husband, but it was smaller that it looked on the photos. i don’t recommend 3 people or more, it would be cramped

Small TV. On a cold, rainy day or if you’re having a social gathering, a bigger screen would be nice.
Is the $100 cleaning fee a “thing” everywhere? On top of rent, it seems over the top. We’ve owned rental property; cleaning fees came out of the rent.
Didn’t like being reminded of checkout time in an email the night before we left because new visitor was expected. Time was posted in the condo and on every communication. I can read.

should have unused clean new sponge or 2 or 3, new bathing supplies; every body goes crazy about covid but then they give me shampoo and soap dispensers previously used, kind of weird. no beach towels provided

Great location to beach and town.....nice pool area for after the beach. All in all, a pretty good unit for a few days on the beach.
If I had to be picky, Paying a cleaning fee and having to clean the unit when leaving wasn't great. Also, the seating on the balcony was very uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic only because it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Me, my husband and 2 other guests had to breathe dried water leakage for 4 days due to a leak upstairs (it was not their fault) however plug ins would have been great and should have been throughout the unit but they were not. There were comforters in the cabinet that we could not use bc the they were not clean and had an odor. We also found blonde hairs everywhere on the bed and sofa. I didn't bother the host bc this is standard stuff. I used 7 bnbs before.

We loved the location. The view was amazing! Beach access was just a very short walk away. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook.
It was quite small, but we knew what we were getting into. Only one person could be in the kitchen at a time.
