This was a great location with a beautiful view.

The cleaning service was terrible and the condo is not maintained well. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and stagnant water setting in the bottom. It did not work. They did offer to come to repair it but we did not want to be disturbed while on vacation. This should have been taken care of before hand. The Teflon cooking pans were gross. We had to take a trip to buy some. At that point, I just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. The refrigerator was disgusting inside with prior guest food in it. Felt like the door was going to come off when opened and closed. When we went to open up the sleeper sofa for my son, it was covered in food crumbs. Underneath the sofa had not been cleaned in quite sometime. We did not end up using it. Along most door handles and light switches was very dirty. The master bedroom sliding door vertical blinds were broken and hanging. They appeared to be poorly repaired by a safety pin. This made for a poor view of the ocean. The bedroom dresser mirror was cracked. I supplied several pictures to the off sight management company. I would had at least expected a discounted cleaning fee but nothing was offered. SAD

Or unit was so nice and clean. close to the pool and beach access. Shorewood is close to restaurants and shopping. We had a blast!

Location is perfect.

Impossible to receive a response from host through Booking.com messages. Ended up in a never ending strand of automated messages. When I would ask a questions I would get an automated response confirming the booking and directing to the site for details. Had the site had the details I was asking I wouldn't have reached out personally to the host, so that wasn't helpful. Never did get a response and I had asked a handful of questions prior to arrival.

I had to stop at the Vasca office to pick up a packet that contained the parking pass and the code to enter the condo unit.

After a long trip, it is frustrating to have to stop and pick up information that could have been transferred in a more convenient manner...lock box outside the condo unit or having received the keypad code by email/message and the parking pass inside the condo.

Breakfast not offered. Location was very good.

1) Housekeeping/Cleanliness - cockroaches & droppings in dishware, there was caked dust in the corners of the bathroom, & candy wrappers under the bed in the second bedroom. 2) Unit Maintenance - 3 vertical panels missing from the center of the living room blinds, huge stain on the master bedroom carpet in front of the sliding doors, torn fabric on chair in living room, unacceptably loud noise from exhaust fan in both bathrooms. We called at 9:00 AM on Monday morning to report some issues and were told the items would be corrected that day, but it took 2 more calls for someone to come out and they did not come out until late in the day and only partially adjusted the blinds by taking 2 panels from the end of the LR blinds. The missing third panel was taken from the end of the master BR blinds the following afternoon. We also requested a lightbulb on Monday morning and it was not delivered until Tuesday afternoon.

This was the perfect condo for our fall break getaway. With a 1 and 4 year old and grandmother with a walker, it was the perfect location to easily walk off the back patio to the pool or beach. Picked this location because it was in walking distance to restaurants. Pool was nice and on Ocean side.

Master bedroom's carpet was stained and the bathroom fan was very loud and needed cleaning. I had to go buy AAA batteries for both bedroom tv's, one didn't even have batteries in the remote.
