Absolutely love the location, bike rental convenience, beach access and shopping plaza near by.

In our room the microwave broke but the maintenance man did replaced it right away, we had to request towels, and the refrigerator door was slightly broken. I also wish there was a no pork option for breakfast and maybe an indoor pool for rainy days.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

AC never cooled below 73 degrees or so. Breakfast wasn’t maintained well. Lots of stuff was out. Hotel very plain. No decor in the room. Hallways dark, construction going on .

When I went to eat at 8 o'clock, there wasn't much hot food.

Room was fine.. spacious. The breakfast was ok. They struggled with keeping the food in place and I think the pancake machine did not work. The garbage can was always overflowing...I think they were short staffed so I know they tried.

There developed a leak in the breakfast area and they did not mop it up well. They put a small sign in front of it but it kept leaking and the floor was very wet and dangerous... this should have been addressed better

Had a close walk to the beach and it was a large room for the price. We loved the fireplace too

Bathroom was very small, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and we only got room cleaning for the first 2 of the 5 days we stayed. The AC didn’t work very well either.

When it said 700ft from the beach I assumed the beach was right there for my entire family, including my elderly mother to walk to but no we had to drive and I wasn’t expecting that.

The front desk staff for night audit and the morning time was horrible, very unprofessional and rude! Highly upset that we had the front desk and housekeepers come to the room 3 different times before 12 for checkout even though checkout is at 12. The parking is horrible as well

All was good. Regular employees seemed disinterested, bored. Older gentlemen, about 50 and 60 were pleasant and helpful. 40-55 y.o. dark haired lady very pleasant upon checkout. The younger desk workers seemed disinterested.

Staff attitude. Hotel response to email. Same breakfast daily. Verbally assaulted by a staff member/maintenance personnel for no reason.

Although the hotel needed upkeep, the room chosen and given was lovely. Would have written "great" but there were a couple of issues upon checking in with the room.

The transition strip was not properly glued to the floor, between the kitchen area and the bedroom. The maintenance guy said, "Oh, just walk over it." Really? I asked if it was possible to at least putting some tape over for protection, but that never happened. He kept seeing me during the visit and apologized each time, but that's just not right. It's a safety issue. That being said; however, it was obvious that the hotel needed more staff; particularly in maintenance as this one guy that they have was everywhere doing everything (or at least trying to).

Biggest complaint is PARKING! It rained most of the time we were their and not enough parking close to hotel. We had to walk like 3/4 a Mile to park and walk in the rain, every time we needed to leave or when we came back from an event. Had to change my cloths like 6 times. Thank God I packed enough. The bathroom floor were dirty, not mopped, around the toilet was dirty Bedroom floor were dirty, make sure you do not wear white socks Not enough lights in the room.

Some details of painting in the walls or replacements can help the view of the hotel.

Free breakfast was the best we've had -- lots of options to choose from Excellent selections, room was nice, bed was cozy, loved the Bath & Body Works free items, loved the early check in and ease of checking out. We had an interesting fake "fireplace" which was pretty neat. Clean facilities, room service restocked our toiletries in the bathroom even after one night which was generous. Located very close to the beach -- just look for the yellow post. Overall, definitely would recommend this hotel for the price.

Cold hallways, weird layout, randomly got assigned a handicap room which was then reassigned without confirming with us if we actually needed it first (we didn't request one and did not know we had accidentally booked that option, but if what if we did need it? Then we would be out of luck with no advance warning). Toilet flush was randomly intensely strong to the extreme/aggressive level.
