It was easy to contact Karen for any questions we had. They had everything available just as if we were home! We also loved that the view was of the ocean and we could walk there in a matter of minutes! All of the instructions for staying and what was expected to be done when we left were very clear.

The weather! Rained 4 out of 5 days. And that is not Karen's fault! It was just our luck!

The location was over the top. It was very clean. The beach was wonderful and it's always a plus not to have to drive and find a parking space.

The floor needs to be updated. It was so well stocked that we didn't have any room to put the things we brought along, food items etc. The closets were also full and it was hard to store luggage. Very minor things.

Perfect location. Walked to the beach each day. We also, walked to Coligny Plaza...for shopping and meals. The weather was very hot, but we got our exercise. Thank you so much Karen. See you soon.

everything was clean and the apartment came equipped with everything you could need. it was so cute too and very comfortable!

Everything! The location is great....it's oceanfront and near many other things to do there. This place had everything we needed. The owner was always available if you had questions....always very helpful and nice. Beautiful place to go to. My family and I loved our vacation here.

Only complaint is the whole building has thin walls, so you can hear everything especially people outside shutting doors or going downstairs....but not bad enough for us not to go back.

Location: excellent. The pictures of the place were helpful and enjoyable to look at, even several times before going. The pictures really helped to visualize exactly what we would be getting, from multiple angles. Beach view is terrific. Proximity to beach is very good and convenient; quick and easy walk. Excellent wide, very long beach. Main mattress and couch mattress were both very comfortable. Plenty of supplies and utensils to get you started. Thick, comfortable towels. Plenty of covers.

Nothing really could have been better. Most units, by far, don't have the A/C unit, so, with temps in the mid 80's, in late May, having that was great. It is slightly loud when running, but well worth it, and, as they said, the thermostat could quickly and easily be turned off, to turn the unit off. From the pictures, we didn't know if the deck would be a little small or crowded because of the A/C unit, but it wasn't; the deck was very reasonably-sized for two people. In time, when it comes time to replace the A/C unit, I am guessing that a smaller one would do perfectly, and newest ones are perhaps more efficient and quieter, but, again, not a problem at all, and the hosts were clear that the A/C unit's sound could be a little bothersome. Again, since that was made clear before, it was simply not an issue at all. And, again, great to have it, for sure!

the view and closeness to the beach was absolutely wonderful!

the bunk beds are a little small.

Comfy and clean. Great oceanfront view. Great communication with owner. Will stay again.
