It had a private Gate n a swimming pool.

There WiFi wasn’t working you can here all the outside noise n there a/c n dryer sucked.

Area ok. Pool was small but clean.

Sofa needed to be cleaned better.

The location is very good.

Isla Verde house: Main areas no A/C, only in bedrooms had AC which kept shutting off during the night! Loud, loud - motorcycles up and down avenue, cars with blasting music and windows are aluminum and did not shut! Pool water was cloudy Screen door was broken, only 1 bathroom and no screen in that room!! It was very hot!!

favourite place I’ve ever stayed at.

i liked that it was close to the beach and a grocery store 24/7 and other food places. The pool was nice and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed. there was plenty of towels.

i disliked that the AC units were not working properly, only one bedroom it worked in and it would turn off while we were sleeping and would wake up sweating. The other two rooms the AC would not cool them down.. kinda upsetting. Also, my sister noticed in every room possible cameras… which is illegal . we flashed a light at these gadgets and there was a lens , so pretty sure they were cameras. No window glass just screens , so heat gets in quick, and no AC in living room or bathroom. Also noticed host would bring kids into the pool while we stayed there so we felt uncomfortable going out to the pool.. We still had a good time though and tried not to let things get to us, but be warned.

The beds were comfortable and clean. It was also in a very good location that was close to everything. The property was well kept and the pool was nice.

There were a lot of rules. You weren't supposed to run the air conditioning to keep your room cool. There was no air in the common areas and it was loud 24/7 when we had a curfew for quiet time hours.

Honestly, I travel often and this was by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was clean and accessible, the host was excellent she helped us when we couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door (which was easy we just didn’t know how to open the latch). They have wifi, the tv is a good size. PERFECT LOCATION, literally one street down from the beach. Also the bus stops are literally on the other side of the street. Everything was just above and beyond. Will definitely book with this host again when we return

Well that someone male tried after 12am open door n A/C last nite there was not working in Bdroom

walking distance to the beach and Supermax store, safe area, spacious apartment with plenty of sunlight, ACs in bedroom and kitchen, easy checkin and checkout, friendly staff, reasonable price

kitchenware was dirty, we had to wash it thoroughly before use, sofa was stained in some places, so we used towels to cover stains, bed was not comfortable, seems like mattress was dented on the headboard side

Location is great. There are plenty of places to eat with whole range of budgets within a walking distance. There are 24/7 grocery store and beach nearby. Uber to Old San Juan and an airport was 7 dollars which is great People in comments were complaining about the parking, so I was worry about it as well. But for the whole week I never had an issue to find a spot within 50 steps from the property The pool was actually useful, good, clean and deep enough. And layout of the property make it really private Washer and dryer in the suite is a great advantage in that climate

Property clearly needs some refreshment. At least to paint the walls. At least twice I saw a cockroach in the kitchen AC in the property lives it’s own life. It has a habit to switch off during the night and you will be sweating within 20 minutes. Happened not every night but clearly happened often There are almost no sound insulation. Windows are having common for Puerto Rico roller system of opening and closing glass, so it isn’t that tight and you can hear everything from the outside. It might sound not that bad, but local people have a habit to roll down windows in their cars and switch on music as loud as possible. Most funny thing that they drive like that 24/7, so in the middle of the night you sometimes feel like you are sleeping on a concert or in the club. In addition to that locals love to remove mufflers from their vehicles so they sound like a jet. So be ready to wake up during the night until you get used to that Water temperature in the shower is randomly going up an down every minute so you will have it boiling hot or icy cold a few times before you finish It is probably not a job of cleaners to remove the dust from the dryer filter, but I would highly recommend to check it more often. It was extremely filled and dirty The last thing I wanted mention is a key. By the name of reservation you will figure out which one to get, but there are a few suites on the property and no signs which one is which. So you might end up like me when I arrived, in the middle of the night and no idea which door to try to open. That would be not a lot of fun to freak someone out by trying to open the wrong door.

I liked the location, the atmosphere, and the pool.

2 of the ACs didn’t work great but did the job technically, the other one was great. And there wasn’t really hot water but as hot as it was outside it actually didn’t matter much cause the water wasn’t freezing cold it was just almost lukewarm and it felt good because of the heat in PR.

overall the property was decent and is near to the airport and Old San Juan city.

The list goes long as there are quite a few things that needs to be updated at the property. a few are below - * First and foremost the bath tub needs to be cleaned and the drain doesn’t work(there very less light when the curtains are closed) * there’s no light in the living room Or definitely doesn’t work * there’s no AC in living room * the utensils in the kitchen are super dirty and can never be used * there are closets which have things which could hurt your feet while walking inside. * it smelled bad near the swimming pool (not chlorine for sure)

Nice size apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, all plenty large enough, and nice size living/dining room. Full kitchen but small. Beautiful little pool behind the apartment and some nice art and fixtures in the house. Everything very secure with locked iron fencing. Nice beach once you get to it.

A/C is only in the bedrooms. Windows have screens and louvers for privacy, but cannot shut out the noise if there are kids in the pool or someone running a gas trimmer in the morning, etc. We spent the morning driving places and it was difficult to get on their web portal to get the entry lockbox code, which they put there in the morning. The high rise hotels block the beach. Very few access paths to the beach, meaning you'll typically want to drive and look for parking rather than walking along a busy 4 lane road with all your beach gear for a while to get to the path. May not be the beach experience you'd hoped for, but if you need a 3BR house, it would be hard to do better than this.

We loved the pool , the location, the communication from the host, which was always a quick response, We loved the cute little house and apartment and it meant all our needs . We def would rent again.

Very limited bakeware and larger bowls and silverware. We just went out and bought a baking pan from Walmart and plastic silverware and plates, so it all worked out . Also , the living room does get pretty warm and uncomfortable during the day ,but we were gone most days during day or jump in the pool so again problem solved :) Plus we understood how hard it would be for the owner to run air in the living room / dining room area since the doors and windows are pretty much open all the time ... The prostives to this house and location far outweighs any simple negatives . Id recommend others to rent here :)

The unit was very comfortable, very nicely decorated, lots of ac and fans. Lovely swimming pool, unit was quiet and felt safe, close to beach, restaurants and 24 hr supermarket

The kitchen was very dirty when we arrived, the pots and pans as well as dishes and cutlery needed to be washed before we could use them. No tea towels. Its a shame that the kitchen was not as clean as the rest of the unit everything else was very clean and comfortable, pool area was also well maintained

It was a small house with 3 bedrooms, a decent kitchen, a decent pool out back, shared with a couple of apts.

Noisy neighborhood. You could hear people all night coughing, putting ice in glasses etc... Sounded like they were in our house. Lots of traffic noise as well. I wouldn't walk around at night either as the main street out front looked sketchy

it was a very great couple apartment! bed was very comfortable. when we needed items they did their best to take care of the matter! loved the area and the pool!!

there is a step leading out of bathroom to next floor a few times we stumbled forgetting it was not level. other than that everything was very nice.

good location lots of space

sheets and other areas were not the cleanest, Wi-Fi kept going out. no hot water, weak water pressure. lots of cats inside fenced in area.

The location and pool was a plus. The communication was great and fast.

we stay in the house, the majority of the pictures are from the renovated apartments in the back. The house had an old classic vibe, though it was clean and comfortable.
