Atendinento sempre simpático e amigável, restaurante muito bom, localização boa, quarto extremamente novo e bem conservado, limpeza impecável, cama super confortável e banheiro amplo, funcional e moderno. Será minha nova opção de hotel sempre que retornar a Buenos Aires.

The hotel is very central, the rooms were big and comfortable.The facilities in the rooms are clean and in good conditions. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is good but sadly the staff such as waiters are not the most friendly people, it give you the feeling that they don’t like their job, every time you asked for different kind of eggs, different from the scrambled eggs they have in the buffet, it takes between 20 to 30 mns to be served, the eggs we asked for were just fried eggs or boiled eggs, nothing special and still takes up to 30 mns to be serve.

café da manhã não condiz com o padrão do hotel. as frutas nitidamente não são frescas. Melancia e melão com gosto de frutas estragadas. isso ocorreu nos três dias que ficamos no hotel. Então posso afirmar que é padrão. serviço de táxi ofertado pela recepção merece atenção dos gerentes. o taxista cobrou mais que o dobro do valor da corrida até o aeroporto afirmando que como é pedido pelo hotel a tarifa inclui a gorjeta do recepcionista. corrida normal, 1.300 pesos. Valor cobrado 2.500 pesos. Típica exploração de turistas com a participação de funcionários do hotel.

The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and accommodating. My rooms were lovely and I loved having the park actress the road. Would recommend it 100%.

The staff was extraordinary. My husband was ill with a stomach flu, and a staff member walked with me to the 24 hour pharmacy to get a prescription our home doctor recommended. Because my husband was not fully recovered on the day we were due to leave, the hotel allowed us to stay in the room free of charge until our taxi to the airport arrived in the late afternoon. The hotel also reduced our bill to account for the currency changes since we made our reservations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Very nice room - although the view was bad. Excellent gym/spa. Decent pool. Great staff. Tremendous breakfast. Good location. The sitting area at the entrance could use an upgrade - very tacky 1980s look.

My only real complaint - other than the poor view from the room - is the way the price of the booking was handled. We thought that we were booking in Argentinian pesos. The hotel, however, claimed that the booking was in US dollars. Without going into the complicated details, this ended up making the room much more expensive for us, and much more profitable for the hotel, because of severe currency fluctuations. Frankly, since this was all windfall for the hotel, they should have made a goodwill gesture to eliminate/mitigate the effect.

A bit expensive.

Hotel Palladio personel are the most kind people you will ever meet. They are always keeping attention to details just to make your stay unforgetable. I can name a few: Valletina, Ellen, Andres, Agustin, Matias, Diego and many other people that their names escape me now.

From what I recall, nothing that I could mention as negative. Everything was perfect. Seven enjoyfull days of only good memories.

Price are a little bit salty, but it was worth it. I'd stay here again. Just a small stuff, not a huge deal but the bottle of water delivery at the rooms could be done together with cleaning services. Instead another person barges in the room in the end of afternoon (while we were taking a nap).

Everything is good! Room is big and clean, bed is comfy, all facilities are pretty new, interior decoration is modern and beautiful. Front desk staff are all very helpful, especially one staff helped us to purchase Iguazu Falls tickets online patiently as we don’t understand Spanish, lots of info required to fill in online , highly appreciated!

We were happy with everything

It was an exceptional experience from the moment we stepped in. The staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs, in particular Carolina and Alejandro. The hotel made our experience even better by surprising us with a complementary bottle of Champagne and chocolates because we were celebrating a special occasion, as well as complementary drinks at the bar. Breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of pastries, desserts, fruits, and made-to-order eggs and pancakes.
