We all were IWU alums so staying in apartments we’ve stayed in before during our 4 years at IWU was so cool! It was clean and had everything we needed.

This was a spacious condo in a convenient location for IWU Homecoming weekend. It was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to provide a bit more in the way of kitchen utensils adequate for a larger group and a trash can in the upstairs bath. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Check in was a breeze, proximity to downtown was ideal. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and short Uber/cab rides anywhere else.

Property is as described. Everything was clean, the area is quiet and close to downtown. There could be some better kitchen equipment (pots, pans, etc.) but overall was a great stay - would recommend.

This place is located close to IWU campus and downtown Bloomington. Easy walk to either. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 3 adult couples. They were very accommodating and let us check-in early.

Robert was very flexible and allowed us to extend our checkout time as we were there for our daughters funeral. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths was so helpful. The place was very clean and parking was great. The furnishings were somewhat beat up. One bed needs to be replaced. The larger bathroom’s shower filled up water when using shower which was unpleasant. If those things were fixed we would stay at this property again.

We live in PA, Boston and Detroit and came to Bloomington for a family picnic. This place has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and full kitchen and living area in a great location. I recommend it highly ! Communication and check in was excellent. We hope to return next year 👍😊

Great property with easy access to everything in the city. Property manager very easy to work with and responsive.

We (2 couples) stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was centrally located with just about anything you could ask for within a 10-12 minute drive. We felt safe in the neighborhood while out on morning walks/runs. We would definitely stay at this property again.

A group of 25+(Age) stayed for 1 month. Great location 10 min the job site and had 0 problems.

We were in town for the IHSA State Cheerleading finals, the location was perfect for us even though we had to arrive during a terrible winter storm. The location had everything that we needed and was very well stocked with the usual supplies. Beds and beddings were comfortable and clean and there was plenty of parking even with the winter storm taking over the roads and parking lots. I was a little disappointed that I was required to take out an additional damage policy even though they were holding a damage deposit. I use VRBO/Homeaway frequently and have never been required to pay an additional amount on top of the damage deposit. Other than the additional damage ins. we would use this location again if needed in the future.

We have now stayed in this home twice and will be back as soon as on-site work begins again for our company (we are renting for a small engineering team on-site in a nearby factory). The hosts are WONDERFUL- easy to reach, respond quickly, and have been very flexible/kind. Can't say enough nice things. The home is always clean, conveniently located, and is a great choice for multiple adults who need separate rooms/spaces as well as a big enough common area for meals/games/etc. We've stayed twice and will hopefully be staying again!

Our family stayed during Thanksgiving because our daughter was playing against Illinois State in volleyball. The townhouse was close to the grocery, restaurants and Illinois State. The townhouse was a good size and we enjoyed being able to hang out instead of four different hotel rooms. We were disappointed in how the townhome was stocked. We had Thanksgiving dinner catered but needed to heat it up. There was only one rack in the oven, the microwave is very small and the toaster oven did not work. Also, if something sleeps 8 it should be equipped for 8 people. There is only 4 plates and 4 coffee mugs, etc. There is only a pub height table with 4 seats. Also, the bedrooms are equipped with a bed. That’s it. No pictures, dressers, speakers or televisionsOnly one TV in the main living area. If you are planning on spending time in the townhouse you might want to bring additional kitchenware and maybe a source of entertainment.

The place was just as listed! Enough space for all of us. Perfect for a quick weekend gathering!

Home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and lots of extra linens for our team. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet despite being close to the colleges in town!

We had all of adult children and a granddaughter with us for a wedding. We had a great time!

This property was great for 3 families in town for a wedding. The kitchen was not well stocked but it worked for our needs. I also would say the floor was very dirty so not ideal for kids that crawl around.

Having 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms made our family visit work out so well. We each had privacy and could spend time together in the living room. The location being an easy walk to downtown was terrific, as there are many restaurants, shops, and even farmers markets. Very walkable to downtown. Beds were so comfortable! We are happy we found this spot for our family get together.

The townhouse was great for us. Plenty of room for 7 to spread out, and be together.

The 4 bedrooms are all great with large. Comfy beds. The kitchen living area is nice and open . The only items that we noticed could be improved was the coach fabric is worn through in areas and we couldn’t get the dish washer to start. I reported the dishwasher issue near end of our stay so it will probably be fixed. Really wasn’t a big deal since we used sink to wash dishes.

I loved this place. Nice, clean and quiet. It was really good for 5 construction workers and within 5 miles of our job site.

I would like to start by clarifying something. Based on the exterior photo, it looks like you are renting four one-bedroom townhouses. When we got there we realized we had one of the four units. It was even prettier than the photos. Very spacious and was perfect for our stay to visit a friend in college. The other tenants produced no sound at all. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the communication with the owner was easy. We will definitely be back. So close to everywhere you need to be. Thank you for a great stay.
