The house had all the comforts of home and many high end features. The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views in the back yard and spent a lot of time in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was clean, had a great patio setup, and very spacious for our family of 5. The house was easy to get to and gave easy access to all of the places we wanted to visit.

The only things i can comment negatively are that the pool should have heat included in the rental price. Also, Please sharpen the knives in the knife block. Everything else was wonderful!

My husband and I rented the house to visit our son over Thanksgiving. The 3 of us were very comfortable in the house. It was cozy and plenty of room. Loved having the pool and water outside, along with a fire pit! The kitchen was so well stocked!! I was able to make an entire Thanksgiving meal without having to purchase any extra pots or pans. We were close to stores, so it was convenient to run to the store for whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this house! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, safe neighborhood with a calming back yard. The purpose of our trip was for a high school xc meet and the house accomidations were great for our needs. There was a nice grill and the lake across the street was a bonus with the kayaks. Besides the meet, we ended up just having a nice, relaxing 5 nights enjoying family time. There were puzzles and a few games too. When you go out by the lake, you can feed the ducks cut up grapes too.

Very nice property. Sitting on the patio in the AM drinking coffee and watching the pond was very relaxing. The small pool was nice. Very easy to get around the city and to the airport from here. Management was very responsive with text messaging

We loved our time at this home. The patio was beautiful and the kids swam everyday. Safe neighborhood and lots of easy access to everything we needed. Property managers were always quick to respond to anything we needed or questions we had

Nice home. The only negative was the bed frames squeezed and made noise that woke us up. The mattress toppers lacked something. Floors left our white stockings , not white. We clean homes and the that may be why we noticed. They looked fine, but socks dont lie.overall very nice and comfortable and we’d stay their again.

This was a wonderful place for family to stay for ASU graduation celebration! Lots of room and enjoyed the pool and outdoor tv!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s a beautiful location, the pool was perfect, not too deep and very private. My favorite was all the flowers around the property. So many hummingbirds, songbirds and ducks. The only drawbacks we could think of was that we like firm pillows, and boy were the ones in the house soft and fluffy :D the place was clean as a pin and we had a wonderful stay while visiting our daughter and son-in-law.
We highly recommend and will look for the same spot if we visit again.

Loved staying at this beautiful waterfront property in Arizona. Access to kayak and private pool was the selling point. Lots of room for multiple adults/families with everything you could possibly need for entertaining, cooking, and relaxing., Quiet, safe neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I especially enjoyed the close proximity to South mountain hiking area. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the entry code didn’t work even a minute before 4pm…. Don’t bother arriving even a few minutes early unless you have made arrangements with the property manager and paid the fee. Overall i was very pleased and am already thinking about my next trip and would hope to stay at this property again!

We spent six nights at this home.. We arrived to a very clean and well equipped home. The outdoor space was beautiful It was too cold to use the beautiful pool but we did enjoy watching the turtles, fish jumping and the hummingbirds

We were so impressed with how nice and clean the property was, it had everything we needed. They checked on us often to see if everything was Ok. Most importantly, our grandkids loved the pool and the pond in back! The location was great and was close to anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay here was lovely. The home is well appointed. It has everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed peaceful walks. The patio and pool area are great. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need. The grill is an added bonus.

Came to Tempe for a week on business and brought my wife along and we really enjoyed our stay here. She even brought her travel fishing gear and was able to spend some time fishing in the pond. The house is in a very nice area and about the only mild complaint I had is that the Master bed's mattress was a bit hard for us. We switched to one of the guest rooms and all was well. Highly recommend this if you're in the area.

House was lovely both inside and out. We enjoyed the view of the lake behind the house and eating meals with family on the patio. Lots of room in the kitchen for eating meals with our family and watching shows together in the living room. Great location minutes away from many Phoenix attractions.

We loved this home. Our favorite spot was on the fabulous back porch that overlooks the pond. We loved being able to park in the garage and the neighborhood was safe and enchanting. We will be back!

The home is lovely….well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, towels and linens. Nice pool, big covered patio, good location….close to golf courses, shopping, etc ….hope to be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, Target, movie theater and dining options. Easy access to ASU which was a primary goal. Home was clean. The grill could use some love (a deep clean would help and a new grill brush). Outside of that everything worked well. The kitchen was nicely stocked (no pizza cutter however). There is not a dedicated office area which for our visit would have been nice. I was glad to have access to the garage, especially in August during our visit. Overall, a very good stay.
