Lovely pool which was great for after a warm day exploring. Helpful owner.

Dark rooms with many light bulbs not working. Electricity kept going out, but not because of an external power cut. There seemed to be issues onsite with staff needing to go to the fuse box regularly. During our stay this happened several times including needing to get out of bed due to the fans going off at night and a period of about an hour sat in darkness in the restaurant.

A very nice and cozy hotel with a pool and a restaurant. The hosts are very kind and helpful with everything. If you want to eat earlier or later, no problem. Need a tuk-tuk? No problem. And all of this at very reasonable prices and in a convenient location for nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

During our stay, there was ongoing construction and noise from the building work, as well as some later parties held by the staff, which could be bothersome... but I suppose it's only temporary ❤️

Clean rooms .well maintained swimming pool. The couple who is running the resort are efficient ,friendly and very cooperative in satisfy our needs. The meals were good and tasty. Hats off to the people who are operating this resort. We whole heartedly recommend this place. Wish the owners and the operating staff all the very best and continue to have that inimitable Sri Lankan smile,it is infectious but yet so natural. God bless you all

Good afternoon. The stay at the hotel was wonderful. The pool is beautiful and clean. The territory of the hotel is green and beautiful, everything is clean. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are air-conditioned, but without natural ventilation: the toilet room is stuffy, the plumbing is outdated. The food is delicious, cooked with a soul and a good mood. You can walk to Mount Sigiriya, even with a child and not get tired, and you can easily catch a tuk-tuk and drive with a breeze to the desired place. I liked everything very much, the main thing is to come with a good mood and not pay attention to the little things.

the property was very wholesome and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but as it’s off season it was hard to find someone at times when we needed something.

the pool was a little sad looking so didn’t venture this area. rooms a little dated and the facilities are basic but fine for what we needed.

Great included breakfast, wonderful pool for the kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great and really helpful with tours, or transportation. Also really enjoyed dinners at the restaurant.

Some renovation was going on, but it was not a big deal.

Bathroom needs upgrading but ok.

Bandu was a friendly and attentive host. Any issue he sorted quickly. He arranged fairly priced taxis and tours on a moment's notice. The pool was a nice spot to relax, watching the squirrels at breakfast was entertaining, and we enjoyed our private terrace.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the one dinner we ate there was as well. There are better food options outside the hotel.

Room was quite dark inside & poor lighting. Pool view was not easily seen from the balcony.

This is our second stay and service was excellent. Owner has maintained the hotel well and is expanding to accommodate even more guests.

We were missing the Wall-Of-Guests signatures which had to undergo maintenance too

The villa is wrapped in nature with squirrels, birds and monkeys surrounding you. The staff were very pleasant and happy to help.

The bedroom and bathroom were not as clean as they should be.

We had a very nice two night stay, the rooms were nice. The food and service was very good and the owner and staff were very friendly. The place is clean and the pool is well maintained.

Part of the villa was not complete, however it is not a big deal as it does not affect the experience.

Friendliness of the owner, very helpful. Beautiful swimming pool. Easy access by car / TukTuk to Lion's rock and Minneriya national park. Restaurants also available a few minutes' drive from the villa.
