The washing machine needs cleaning

The studio is located approx. 25 min from old Quebec by foot. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The host sent us a guide with useful information of the area in advance. The studio is cosy and was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed.

The room was very clean, had everything we needed and easy to access all the locations as we had our car and a private parking spot. The location has many shops in means of market and restaurants , also very quiet for the nights. Recommended to families with kids.

Really nice apartment. New and well equipped.

The floor was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was long black hair on the floor along the walls and a few sticky spots in front of the kitchen stove. The 75$ per stay cleaning fee sounds extremely excessive considering the dirty floor and the fact that they ask you to clean kitchen utensils and covers you may have used. What are paying 75$ for? Fresh linen and TP?? Check-ins policy is a little complicated. They require you to text 30mins prior to your arrival and again 5 min before arrival. Kind of a hassle when you are driving. Luckily I had my girlfriend alongside to take care of this.

A bit noisy and a bad smell from the bathroom

Hosts went above and beyond. We were late due to bad weather. All it took was a quick text on arrival and Pedro met us at the property and helped us lug all our stuff upstairs! Fabulous neighborhood full of little cafes and excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again especially in summer next time. Cab to the old town was a 10 minute ride for @$12!

One more luggage rack would be perfect.

Comfortable bed, Amenities (and full kitchen). Brand new building and extra clean. The neighborhood (Limoilou) is very interesting and has very nice restaurants and shops; nice coffee shops, artisanal bakeries, cheese and fine food shops, etc. And good for walks with parks and St-Charles River nearby (walking and bike paths). Private parking spot very close to the apartment. The owner was charming and was nearby for any questions. Highly recommended.

Nothing; everything was great. Don't expect a view (street), but there is a balcony and the area was not noisy.
