The view is great. The property is vintage and has a lot of character. I would totally recommend this for everyone.

The first day we arrived, it was a beautiful view and close walk to see the Three Sisters. The next day was raining/socked in with fog unable to see the view and extremely limited visibility to see the nearby sights. As it rained, the house smelled mustier. We were asked to remove shoes before coming inside but felt like the kitchen floor was sticky like it needs to be mopped. Due to the weather, we bought a frozen pizza for dinner at the market. The pizza pan I pulled out to use for cooking was greasy & gross. The kitchen overall could probably use a good cleaning. We were also disappointed to have no washcloths available for our use whilst there. When I inquired about this, the response was, "I'm sorry, Laurie, there are no washcloths for your stay." In fact, there was only one hand towel between 2 people and 2 bath towels for our 3-night stay. There are 3 rentals at this property, which makes me think they should be able to afford more towels and especially provide washcloths. I'm sure based on the view and location to many nearby sights it is very acceptable when the weather is good. Take that away and it was less than desirable. We left after the 2nd night since the weather was predicted to continue the same for the remainder of the week.

Thje view is to die for!! And the location perfect. As to the house and amenities it was obvious that a lot of care and thought had gone in to make visitors welcome and being able to enjoy fully their stay

Location and property was lovely however the rest of the expensive was not as listed or expected. Clearly states self check-in however when we arrived, the property owner was sunbathing on the terrace waiting for us to arrive. The “private terrace” that’s advertised is actually shared with other occupants so you have absolutely no privacy. The owner demanded more for “another guest” however we had already informed them that was had 3 guests staying, not 2, and we were told that would not be any problem at all, but clearly was a problem that we then had to pay extra money for. Then to top it off, the morning whilst we were sitting outside in pyjamas, the owner let herself into our gated access with a gardener that we had absolutely no idea would be coming. The view was exceptional, however I would not stay again. I think they need better management for the property.

I stayed with a group of 3 friends for the weekend, it was brilliant. Location, facilities and the view was just gorgeous! So relaxing out on the deck watching the mountains change colours.

Spent the Christmas weekend at Sterling Manor with my mum. We found the house to be clean, comfortable and spacious with spectacular views from the dining room and lounge. We enjoyed walking around the garden and watched a beautiful sunrise from the deck.

Absolutely amazing overnight stay. The cleanliness, warm accommodating environment and breathtaking views are more than one could hope for. Definitely recommend this place for an amazing stay in Katoomba, Blue Mountains.

Amazing view, even better than the photos. Worth noting that slip on shoes are handy as they aren't allowed in the house also the town is a 20-30 minute walk away. Really enjoyed our stay.

What a breathtaking view from the deck over the escarpment ! We saw the view in all weathers and it was stunning whether raining, sunny or misty. Amazing stars at night too. Very comfortable house with everything you need walking distance to 3 Sisters lookout. Would love to come back.

A lovely original property with an amazing view, comfy beds, great proximity to walking trails and 3 Sisters and very clean. Unfortunately the fog meant we only saw the view on our last day!

Sterling Manor was absolutely the most beautiful place we have stayed in for a while. The house was sparkling clean, well maintained, thoughtfully stocked and had the best views you could ever ask for of the mountains! The sunrise and sunsets were stunning, and even when the skies were overcast it was gorgeous to see the mist rising up and hiding the mountains. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone (and already have to quite a few friends!), thank you Dalia for allowing us to spend our Christmas break in your beautiful home!

Ms Dalia is very kind and easy to communicate with. Our family had a good time here. Very relaxed. The mountain view is stunning, and the beautiful garden is also unforgettable. We are planning to come back next spring to enjoy this wonderful place again.

We had a lovely stay at this property, with magnificent escarpment views. The online photographs are an accurate representation of the views and sitting on the deck and watching the changing light on the surrounding escarpments was wonderful.

The bathroom was a little small, and you may bump into some neighbours since the garden is a shared area, however, the place was very charming and the views are incredible! The place was very close to the Three Sister's Lookout, and is conveniently close to the shops, bars and cafes in Katoomba. I would definitely come back again for a relaxing retreat!

A perfect retreat with breathtaking views of the escarpment, this was just what we needed! A cosy, well-equipped house, conveniently located close to shops and local attractions and trails. The garden is beautifully kept - the massage in the gazebo was just the cherry on top! Dalia is a lovely host, and is very available for all that you may need. A really pleasant stay, would love to be back again!

This is an old home filled with lots of quirky pieces. From the ornate crystal chandeliers to the mismatched wine glasses and old styled tiny bathroom, it is a step back in time. The house was clean, warm and cosy and the beds comfortable. The views of the escarpment are spectacular, the gardens extensive, well planned and dense. This house is divided into 3 separate units, so you are aware of people moving around above you and occasionally bump into other visitors in the shared garden.

We have had absolutely wonderful and romantic time at " Sterling Manor " part of the house. Everything was filled with positive energy, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The garden is exceptional and the view from property is breathtaking 100%..We will definitely visit this place again.

Great location in Katoomba but with all the cliff hanger views, so you are in town but feel in the bush. Charming apartment, relaxing, warm and comfortable.

Great location, warm house, you'd really like to spend your winter day in the sunroom overlooking the spectacular valley. The house is full of surprises and well shows its history. Thanks Dalia and Joss for the complementary bottle of wine to cheer us up after the long travel!

It is a wonderful accommodation, the view of the place is amazing, everything was in perfect condition when we arrived, the cabin was very clean and has everything you need to have a dream weekend.
