This was a perfect location for 3 couples to share for 3 nights in Venice. Paola was very responsive before arrival and greeted us at the water taxi dock to guide us to the apartment where she provided lots of information to enhance our stay. The contemporary furnishings nicely complemented the old historic building. Biggest drawback was lugging heavy bags up flights of stairs (too much luggage) but, once settled, we all enjoyed very comfortable beds, 3 modern bathrooms, an adequate kitchen with supplies (we ate out) and easy proximity to cafes/restaurants and major sites. From the kitchen we could watch the action on Campo S.Angelo but there was never a problem of noise...it was quiet and lovely.

She is very well organized and a very pleasant person! The place is impeccable. It is clean and perfect in every way. The location is very central and it seems that everything is a 5-10 minute walk. Paola let us know all of things that were going on at the time we were there. This is the stuff that you don’t get with staying at a hotel. It was such a highlight of of our trip and we appreciate the experience of staying at this place. Thank you Paola!

This apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Both Paola and Rosanna were very helpful. Rosanna met us at the dock and led us to the apartment. She also reserved our return taxi to the airport. Paola arranged our airport pickup so it was easy to get to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well set up. The room at the top was warm but when we found the fans the air circulation improved and it was quite comfortable. We would all definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our family of six adults. The place is spacious, beautifully remodeled, and each room has its own bathroom. Paola met us at the water taxi stop, showed us to the apartment and gave us lots of info and recommendations! The location was great.

Apartment exceeded all expectations. Lovely view of the square below from our kitchen window. Paola was super organized, had great recommendations and coordinated all of our taxis to and from airport and train.

This is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The apartment is super cozy and charming. And the bedrooms are each so comfortable with nice mattresses and comfy bedding and pillows. We were 5 in our group - 3 adults and 2 teenagers. We had room to spread out and also enjoyed cooking in the super well appointed kitchen. The apartment is quiet and centrally located in San Marco neighborhood - you are so close to everything. Everything about this apartment was wonderful - I highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic base for anybody wanting the authentic Venetian experience, right down to the acqua alta in the street. An easy walk to Sa'Angelo vaporetto stop, plus an equally easy walk to Rialto or Campo San Marco, and excellent restaurants and a good supermarket in the vicinity. The apartment has a handy guidebook on how to approach living in venice, a washer, drier & a clothes horse! The only thing we couldn't find was a tea towel. I would not recommend the apartment for the unspritely or unfit due to the stairs but for fit friends or family, it would be perfect.

We were a party of 6 adults renting this property...and we all agreed that we LOVED it!! Paola, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating...she set up a private water taxi from the airport to the dock closest to her apartment...and also a return private water taxi from that same dock to the Santa Lucia rail station. She met us at the dock, which was just a short walk from her apartment. The location is GREAT...within easy walking distance of San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes close by. The apartment itself was FABULOUS...down to the smallest detail, and it was spotless! Just be aware that there's a lot of stair climbing involved...but the property itself is gorgeous and well-appointed. Our entire party would highly recommend this property...none of us wanted to leave!!!

This property has great location in Venice. But the best part was the personal assistance from Paola. We were met at the St. Angelo vaporetto stop and escorted to the property. Just a short walk with luggage. Paola orientated us to the features of the apartment and then walked us to the grocery store. She went above an beyond our expectations when she helped us plan a birthday celebration at her husband's restaurant. She also arranged for a personal escort (from apartment to airport check-in) for one person in our group who needed to take a land taxi to the airport, and arranged a water taxi for the rest of us. Her amazing service made our stay in Venice much more enjoyable. The apartment itself is well maintained and had everything we needed. Be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and then the apartment has several levels as you can see in the pictures.

Clean & fresh. I would’ve enjoyed a tall table & stools in the kitchen, by the window. My bedroom & bath were great!

Our host Paola was wonderful, and spent as much time as we needed to be comfortable. Paola provided excellent advice on places to go, things to see, and also places to avoid; It was like having our very own tour guide, just a call away. The apartment was immaculate, stylish, and very functional for our three adult couples. Sei fantastico!

Only thing is the walls are thin to the neighbours,so you have to be quiet. Otherwise fantastic place. Everything what you need is there

The apartment is just perfect. Very large, very spacious, very clean and in the heart of San Marco making everywhere easy to reach. Paola was a true ledgend, nothing was ever any problem, offering help and advice during our stay. Highly recommended to stay, the apartment is very comfortable and very peaceful, just what you need after a hard days sightseeing, then it is just a few minutes from great restaurants, Rosa Rossa is a stones throw away and very good, but Paola's Husbands restaurant (Ronato) Da Raffaele is just fantastic, superb canalside setting great food and wine, highly recommneded. We loved everything about the holiday and the apartment and Paola made it just that little more special and we would definately stay here again next time.
