Disgusting filthy, musty moldy room. Squirrel nest in the bathroom! Not even an attempt to clean. Used sheets. Dirt everywhere. Staff tried to extort double the money contracted with booking.com, then cancel and put us on street in middle of the night. Lies with every breath, appalling disrespect of customers, intentionally ignorant of their own sales arrangments. Worst hotel in worst city in the world. Do not stay here for any reason.

Reception was responsive. Room was good and manager was so corporative. clean and beautiful hotel.
