Quiet location,very well equipped,good parking area, wood burning stove, ready to go, perfect.

Quiet, high quality, utterly superb.

Property was left unlocked with keys inside, hosts live onsite.

Cozy, warm, huge wood burner with plenty of wood, comfortable bed, saloon doors to the en-suite, next to lovely walks, few minutes drive from Harrogate centre, quiet, parking right outside, good wifi signal.

kids felt the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable (maybe a mattress topper would help)

This self-catering cottage was just what we were looking for after an extended period of hotel rooms. Plenty of room, well fitted out with a wood fired heater providing a cosy atmosphere. Close to a couple of good pubs & well within striking distance of the amenities of Harrogate.

Nothing- it was all fantastic

The cottage is cosy and tastefully decorated, with lots of lovely little touches . It was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very welcoming. The location is excellent, being close to Harrogate and Nidderdale. There is a lot to see and do. Shopping and eating places are great. There is something for everyone in this area.

5 star stay . Great hosts helpful and very friendly. Fantastic location and a very high standard of accommodation. Everything was first class would highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like

Everything was very clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable, the bed linen felt lovely. The window blinds are not blackout so the room is very light. Luckily it didn't affect our sleep but may be a problem for some. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed ( except oven gloves!).The location is very quiet and relaxing. The owner's little dog is very friendly and frequently turns up at the backdoor. He added to the experience, he's a great character. The owner's greeted us on arrival and suggested some pubs for dinner. They were warm and friendly. After that they left us to get in with our break.

The downstairs (lounge) of the cottage is quite dark, lacks natural light.

Cosy warm cottage with log burner very nice. Large bed with a lovely bathroom.

Location was perfect! Such a gorgeous little cottage and perfect for our stay!

This is a gem of a cottage. Arrived on a cold day and cottage was warm with an excellent kitchen super bedroom and showering facility. Living room was very comfortable and decor was pleasing.

Great location - close to Harrogate but also easy access to walking and attractions in the Yorkshire Dales. Immaculately clean throughout, well equipped kitchen, fabulous location and setting, and helpful and friendly hosts (including a lovely warm welcome from the family dog!) The property is walking distance from RHS Harlow Carr, which we didn't get a chance to visit, but gives us a great reason to hopefully return soon.
