Nice large house that was convenient to all the attractions we were looking for. The neighborhood was nice felt comfortable walking in the evening. Kitchen was well layed out and perfect for what we needed. Only made one big meal, mostly breakfasts, but plenty of dishes and and such for what we needed.

We rented both units (right side and left side), giving us a total of 10 bedrooms for our large family reunion (in St. Louis for our son's wedding). The long tables made it easy for everyone to eat together and visit, and the beds were very comfortable. My only "complaint" is that the dining chairs (although cool and modern to look at) were very uncomfortable. We preferred sitting on the patio chairs we brought inside over the chairs in the unit.

The property was more than I could ever hope for. My family was ,so impressed with the accommodations they never left to explore the city of St. Louis. They grilled and enjoyed each others company while they took in the wonder of the house. The property is definitely a jewel in the Shaw District.

The location was mediocre however we did love the neighborhood restaurants that were close by. The house was not overly clean. At minimum it needs a new paint job throughout the whole building. Very old building with likely original hundred year old windows. Historic area.

We enjoyed our stay. We really liked that it had a large size dining table to accommodate our family so we can hang out together. The place had most everything we needed. The only thing that worried us was the steep staircase because we had my 91 year old Mom. But that was not really a problem bec we were very careful with her. Our 5yr old boy knew to be very careful when going up & down the stairs. All in all our family enjoyed your house and had a wonderful stay. Thank you so very much.

Very nice house with plenty of space for our large group of 8 people. My only complaint was with the downstairs shower. The plumbing was such that when you ran the shower half the water came out of the bottom faucet and half came out of the shower head, making for poor water pressure.

Great proximity to St. Louis attractions. Home was well appointed and comfortable.

The house was in a great location. Convenient to get around town. It was clean and great for my family. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed having enough beds to accommodate a large group that were coming from different directions. This was a wonderful central location for all of us.

The downstairs bedroom was what what sold me on this property. Thank you for that. Elderly parents would not have been able to go upstairs. We had a fabulous time. The accommodations were exceptional, very clean, quant, and near everything.

We enjoyed our stay at your place! It was in a wonderful location, and we enjoyed the Shaw Art Festival and Tower Grove Park. We had my elderly parents with us, and they stayed in the main-level bedroom because they had trouble with the stairs. Our only issue was with the shower upstairs above the front door. We had difficulty regulating the temperature. Other than that, it was perfect! Thank you!

Good stay! Lots of room, lots of light! Clean, pleasant surroundings! Close to most services and locations. Could use more common kitchen condiments - salt, sugar, coffee,etc. and dish cloths to use during stay. Rail outside front door detached from wall - dangerous to older folks especially. Suggest that you trim greenery encroaching on parking space in back. Thanks for a good stay.

We rented house for Joyce Meyer convention. The house was acceptable but not what I expected. Pictures are nicer than house., House needs a deep cleaning and a face lift. The area was also a surprise. Not what I was expecting. Run down area.

Good location but lack of working air conditioning was a big problem. Some of my family members went home a day early because of health issues

We combined two families into one when we shared our “I do’s” last year. Our first time together as one family under one roof for another wedding in stl. The location was perfect for Art Hill and the zoo. The space was ideal. The bedrooms we’re spacious and the 3 baths were perfect. Dining room table was awesome. We hung out in the living room and while it’s smaller, we brought in extra chairs and sat on the floor. It was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked but no kitchen towels. Thankful for a washer and dryer. We did need to use it every night for the bath towels. The place wasn’t the cleanest, but it really worked well for us. The a/c went out in the evening and maintenance was there in about an hour and stayed several hours until it was fixed. Would highly recommend.

This creaky old house is absolutely beautiful. My 17 year old was thankful for the Wi-Fi and my 80 year old parents appreciated the downstairs bedroom. The rest of us were glad that the steep stairs had a fine handrail

This house was great size for 6 adults and 5 kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the snacks. My family and I had a great time in St Louis. Everything we wanted to do was close.and a coffeehouse just 2 doors down the street.

Loved the coffee shop just steps away, yet feeling of seclusion. Terrific experience.

The house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate a graduation. The downstairs bedroom was great for the oldest folks and the upstairs room were huge and clean! Communication with host was always fast and professional!

The location is perfect, just minutes from downtown. Lots of space and bedding was comfortable! Only problem was one shower wasn’t working and most walls seemed stained

Great home in a great neighborhood! .4 mile from Tower Grove Park and the Botanical Gardens and easy driving distance from the Zoo, Science Museum, Forest Park and more!

This is a very nice, large, two-story flat in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood of St. Louis. The space is filled with natural light and the rehab of this flat has been very well done resulting in preservation of unique original features while upgrading and modernizing the bathrooms and kitchen. We were very impressed with the quality and comfort of the beds and the bedrooms, but were disappointed that the living room did not have more seating---our group of 7 couldn't really gather there as a whole. The quality and function of some of the kitchen equipment was poor (can opener, very small and very funky pots and pans) and we did not find the dining area chairs very comfortable. We would have liked a printed set of materials for the house and its appliances to supplement the online instructions. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this location---just wanted to share a few concrete recommendations that would have moved our overall rating from 4 to 5 stars. Thanks!

This was a great experience overall in the heart of St. Louis. This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Beautiful home with lots of space for a big group. The location was great - we were 15 minutes max from everywhere we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay again / recommend!

We had a great time and loved this cute house. We had plenty of room for all of us. I would say however the heater worked way too well. The house was way too warm the entire time and we couldn’t get it to cool down.

The place was clean in the inside for the most part the cleaning man was taking out trash as we arrived. We made sure to check all windows after finding a couple unlocked. We all were married middle aged couples of a total of 8 of us only two tv in the whole complex one in one bedroom the other in the small living room. We didn't think our small portable radio could get loud enough to be continuously text that there's complaints of loud noise we did contact the people after we continued to receive the text after completely turning the radio off it made us all a bit uncomfortable to enjoy ourselves or even talk in a place we paid good money in to feel comfortable like home away from home. I apologized to my friends over and over but was only told by the person I talked to disregard the text she even act as if she wasn't aware it was happening. For the most part of it we tried to stay away during the day and return to sleep.

We were excited to spend Christmas in the half way point between our family homes. This home in this neighborhood was perfect. Walking distance to the gardens. It was nicely kept with great bedding and adequate toiletries. Quick responses by the management for any questions we had.

This property was perfect for an out of town wedding. First floor master worked out so well for those who struggle with stairs. Although we were a family of 7 adults, the house would be perfect for families with younger children, as high chairs and other child friendly items were provided. We had a small hiccup at check in and the property manager was immediately available. Would definitely recommend!
