The apartment itself. Wifi didn‘t work. Not well mantained. Lost 63 ringits just to pay the deposit… they tell you 7% paypal fee which is fake, you will loose at least 21% of your money on the transaction.

They charge a stupid expensive deposit by bank transfer. Not everyone can do that

Didn't like anything at all

Awful!!!! - we have arrived in the evening and waited a long time for someone to talk to us - the reception was empty, no one to talk to - the customer service said that we need to pay 300rm via bank transfer, didn't accept cash, if not, we can't check in and we loose the room; as well we have been told not to book other hotel but wait for the customer service to help us or reacomodate us (if otherwise we will loose the booking and won't be eligible for refund). - had 4 different phone calls to booking customer service, who said they will try to contact the owner but unsuccessfully. We have been told to wait in the lobby (over 3 hours until 1:00 AM). After that, the customer service said that the owner of the apartment doesn't agree to give us the apartment if we don't transfer him immediately 300RM to his bank account and we will have the deposit back 14 days after check out.(in other reviews is clearly stated that they never been refunded with the deposit). At 1:30 am, me and my husband were on the streets, looking for accommodation for over 1 hour. I have been refunded by booking.com days later but i haven't been refunded the whole amount, i have paid the tax for a service i haven't use, not to mention the hussle of being on the streets in the night, looking for accommodation, dragging our bags. ALL BECAUSE OF MAXHOME! DON'T GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND MENTAL HEALTH!

Room was fabulous and roof top pool was awesome.

This is a budget place in a budget location. If you have lower expectations then you won't be disappointed. The room has seen better days. The sink drainage and toilet flush had plumbing problems. The sheets, floor mat, utensils provided by the management are usable but very old. The location is good for many budget eateries nearby.

The management only accepts transfer (by local bank, wise, or paypal) for the security deposit, as there is no staff for check in and out. This creates extra hassle for international travelers, plus you actually lose some money through the back and forth international transfers and it takes days to get your money back. The management sent us a LOT of rules to follow, threatening guests that they won't get their deposit back if they don't follow. A lot of tension just for a cheap stay, not worth the hassle in my opinion. The swimming pool has a decent view but also had a lot of hidden rules, like you can't swim if it rains. It was supposed to open at 9am, but when we went the staff was still cleaning the pool and so we had to wait 30 mins to use it.

No free parking. Need to pay cashless payment via tng inside the building. They suggested free parking outside the building but no safety.

no parking provided at all..need to pay almost RM50.00 to park at the hotel..the staff is not helpful at all..dont want to return my deposit RM300.00 because they cannot find the box kettle even though i didnt use it at all

the pool very nice and clean,

the room like old furniture, extra pillow were dirty and no pillow case, the bedsheet so faded and the pillow was in bad condition.
