Property just as seen in the photos, very clean and a great location. Beach access within walking distance, and canal/boathouse in the back of the home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for multiple families. Wonderful stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful, it feels so homey, fully stocked for cooking. The location is very close to the community pool, and across from the neighborhood is the beach, it’s on the canal great for if u have a boat, We had an issue with the AC and the owner more than took care of us about it, and has put a brand new AC unit in! So we will deff be back! I could say so much more but I won’t this beach house will not disappoint!

The house is spacious with great access to fishing crabbing and beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped with dishes and appliances.

We rented homes in Jamaica Beach almost every weekend in June. This one was the most expensive but definitely worth the money. The homes is large and well equipped. The decor was great for a vacation rental. The owner was helpful and provided lots of information for Jamaica Beach. The fishing in this canal was the best we had experienced all month. We caught lots of trout( around 8 pm every night) sheepshead, and a large gaff top. Our son and his friend took the canoe out and had a great time going up and down all the canals. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We will definitely be back. Loved the location, set right on the canal with 2 porches(up/down stairs), both great for fishing. They had literally everything we needed! Dock lights, green light, casting nets, Kayak, cutting area, the things to cut with(bring your pole, bait and gear), comfortable chairs to just relax or fish, table, outside shower to rinse off from the beach that’s just across the street, Loved the house set up & and was fully stocked of all house hold necessities. The neighborhood is really nice and so were the neighbors around. Very friendly area. This is great for families with kids (if curious). Had no issues with getting in touch with property manager as they were more than helpful.

The house was perfect. Every bed was so comfortable. Fun time fishing Caught a lot of fish right out the back door. Had a blast! And air conditioning was great!

Such a lovely home, perfect for big families and the canal view is beautiful!! The pics did not disappoint. Will definitely stay here again and again!!!

We drove from canada to texas for spring break and it was well worth it. The house was perfect for us and had everything we could possibly need. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. We most definitely will be coming back

Property Manager very pleasant to deal with

The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The deck has a perfect view over looking the canal. It's close enough to all the fun, and yet far enough away you don't have to deal with a lot of people. We will definitely do this again.

- Frig didnt work well at all. Lost over $150 in meat and groceries that went bad - Pictures make it look much larger - The disposal never worked - Very out dated

Overall Impression the place felt super cozy when you walked in....the lighting was great, one of the things that decides what house I pick is the couches and beds and the couches in the living room were cozy and the beds were comfy...this places has everything you need and it did have a microwave...from past reviews we brought our own thinking we needed one but they do have a microwave .towels and toiletries were provided which were a BIG plus..Overall I gave it 4 stars just because there needed to be improvements..the deck felt a tad unstable but not bad, some of the wood on the deck were missing and I did not felt safe with our kids because they can just go to that hole...if your looking to kayak, the kayak is huge and no seat just a lawn chair we found, the canoe is huge but fun...the stairs in the house is not made for kids for there are open so kids can potentially fall...the game room was nice but basketball play thingy unstable almost fell twice will playing.....table bench in kitchen was a pretty darn comfortable one...met neighbor on left shannon who was such a nice guy who let us borrow his paddle boat, kayak green light and also gave my dad some live shrimp....fishing was subpar...no light at this house but neighbor on left has green light and people in front do...caught 1 keeper 18 inch spec and dad n bro caught croaker,sand trout, catfish and baby flounder..overall pretty awesome stay and would def come back! Thanks for sharing your home with us! This place is clean and just a nice spot..wish paddle board, smaller kayak, closed stairs, updated game room and deck updated n it would deserve 10 stars =)

The stay was great! The location was perfect. Grandkids did fishing and kayaking. They loved it. Easter egg hunt at the park. Beach close by. Husband and I Rated this house at a 4. They would have a got a 5 but missing microwave...and please seriously think about a TV in the Master bedroom. Great stay!! Thanks so much for making our Easter memorable!!

My family & I loved staying at this beautiful home located right across the street from the beach in Galveston. The home was spacious, clean, and provided everything needed for an enjoyable weekend getaway. Our party of 12 never felt crowded or uncomfortable. It was very relaxing to sit on the large deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the canal. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. It was very easy to access the beach, just a 3-5 minute drive out of the neighborhood and across the street. The home owners were very good at replying to my emails, and very accommodating when it came to answering questions and providing all that was needed for our stay. We will definitely consider staying at this home again if available on our next trip!!

House was perfect for us, and in a great location

Our 4th of July week stay was absolutely wonderful!!! The owner gave detailed instructions for arrival and use of the property, made our arrival, stay and departure stress free. This home is very well kept clean, neighbors we had were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. This home is beyond its beauty has everything you basically need, very beautiful views and beautiful deck to enjoy with your family. Beach is very close by, which if you love some water sports this house has a kayak and canoe that you can use there in the canal. Our children enjoyed the loft which had a lot of entertainment for them. The community pool was very clean and very friendly which is also a few blocks away! We recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy an awesome family vacation at the beach.
