The house was just as described. Very clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the decor. Location was perfect and we had an awesome time even though bad weather cut it short. Andrew was quick to respond and was easy to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and clean and as described. Andrew was an amazing host and ready to answer our questions before arriving. Parking was great with having a boat trailer and family cars.

The location of the beach house was perfect in Sea Isle. We loved the area and access to the beach. Fishing pier on the marina side of the bay was relaxing. Being able to use upstairs and downstairs was a huge plus. The large fenced in yard was exactly what we needed to be able to bring our dogs along with no hassle. The artwork throughout was a nice change to the typical beach house decor. Super rad! We definitely will be booking here again with Andrew, who made sure we have everything we needed to enjoy our stay over Memorial weekend! Zero complaints from the birthday girl as well! Thanks again!

Our stay was enjoyable. The place was nicely decorated and had a good vibe. The downstairs rooms had a smell, possibly mildew. It got worse when you were closer to the AC units. If you were in there a while, you grew more acclimated to it, but it is strong. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The house was a little smaller than we would have liked however it slept my group just fine House is divided in to upper and lower sections with only an outside staircase The linens were clean but some of the towels that were provided were spoiled, we just moved them down to the wash area. Host was very communicative and accommodating. There were several games to play upstairs and dishes for cooking. There was several establishments within walking distance including beach access and a dive bar. I found my time here to be very fun. Things to note: This home is about 30 minutes away from down town Galveston. Making the location quiet with minimal traffic. However most of the things we had planned were downtown, so it made the commute a little cumbersome. Overall great house in a great location

Comfortable home, quiet neighborhood. Entirely fenced large yard. Nice to be able to drive in, close the gate and then be able to load/unload our RV from within. Our dogs enjoyed the freedom to run around and play. A little bummed to see that the palm trees had been cut down, though.

We spent the long President Day weekend at the Rockin Beach House. The house was just as pictured in the photos. We found the house very well equipped and a nice play to getaway with family.

Great house! Would recomened to anyone looking to stay outside of Galveston. House is very close to the beach. Short drive to the seawall or the strand. Owner was very nice and accomodating. Dogs loved it too!

My family and I had a great time staying at this very clean house. It had everything we needed to make meals, hang out and play games or just relax. The accommodations this property had worked great for pets as well. Highly recommended this vacation house and will make reservations in the future.

Wow! So far best stay we have had using the booking apps. The property was better than pictured. It fit all of our needs. We changed plans one day and stayed around the house and had less meals out. Everything we could ever need was stocked. I LOVE dog friendly rentals. We felt like we were staying with friends not a cold rental. We loved the decor! Most people go with a beach theme. We will definitely rebook again!!! Host was very responsive! Great value! Great location!

Overall stay was great! Walking distance to the beach. Everything in the home works and Andrew, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed staying here and maybe in the future, we’ll come back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The place was very nice and stocked with just about anything you need! Andrew was very easy to communicate with and communicated back quickly. We cannot wait to come back! Truth be told, we didnt want to leave! Highly recommend this beautiful beach house getaway!

This place was perfect. All the amenities you could need. Large yard to play in! Super comfortable beds, chilly AC, games and puzzles galore! Love the reading selection, and obviously the Host’s taste in tunes. It was like my high school bedroom, but without the thumbtacks. I would stay here again and again! Also, it’s our second time in this same neighborhood and it’s the best. Great house, great neighborhood, and a tremendous host.

We all really enjoy our stay here because not only was it a short drive to the beach, we played endless board games and grilled some dinner! The only two things we disliked about this place was that the neighbors don’t like the loud noise 🙄 and that we had to purchase a pass to swim in the community pool. But our renter was great at communicating with us and I should be getting reimbursed pretty soon. Overall 4 star stay.

The house was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was nice with a good restaurant and a great pool available to us. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place at an affordable price.

We really enjoyed out stay and wanted to stay longer. Andrew, our host was always very friendly and helpful. The house was very nice and perfect for our group of 9. We brought all of our food and cooked all meals at the house, which was fully stocked with anything we needed to do so. There were 3 kayaks there that the family had a really good time on in the bay. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

This was the perfect getaway for the weekend! Very clean, roomy, and was so comfortable! All the rooms were bigger than they actually looked in the photos! They had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and even had some cooking supplies. So we ended up restocking them with the ones we brought. Netflix, board games, very relaxing living room. We have absolutely not 1 thing to complain about! The owner even called to check on us because he heard the internet went out and wanted to let us know he was getting in touch with the company to get it up and running. We were fine, but it was so nice of him to do that for us. Loved our weekend ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about our entire experience with this property and owner, Andrew. A huge factor for me was trying to find a place that would a) allow for multiple dogs, b) not have a pet size requirement and c) not charge an exorbitant fee for the dogs! Andrew didn’t hesitate for one second when I told him we had three dogs (I was upfront as possible, giving a complete description of each). He just replied, looking forward to y’all coming. We were a party of 5 adults/3 dogs. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom between the rooms. Slept like a dream on the comfy bed! Also upstairs is the kitchen/living/dining space. Open concept, very comfortable and inviting. We spent a lot of time on the deck upstairs, enjoying the pleasant temperatures. The downstairs is completely separate from the upstairs, meaning you only had access to get from the upstairs/downstairs was via the stairs off the side of the deck. There’s a bedroom and extra room with bunk bed and futon, plus full bathroom downstairs and a patio. For us, with all of our dogs (all more than 45 pounds each), was the HUGE fenced in yard! I could go on and on. Andrew was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or comments. We will DEFINITELY rent this property again, should we plan another visit!

The house had everything we could need and ask for. I loved the decor and the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay considering we were three seniors vacationing during spring break. Thanks for cooler weather!!! lol

Andrew is a ROCKSTAR just like his beach house! We had a very interesting few days there. We went to celebrate Christmas and who would have known a FREEZE was going to hit us while we were there! We only got to stay for two nights because of it, but Andrew was the BEST host ever. He totally understood our situation and was on top of it all. He not only reimbursed me for the nights were unable to stay but offered me a few days free of charge to come back to visit again. He didn’t have to do that but he did. Great communication, great host, great house! Extremely clean and the way he decorated his house was awesome!!! Would highly recommend!

Myself, my husband, adult children and their significant others had a wonderful time together. The property was exactly as listed and met all our expectations. Quick note- the steps are very slippery when wet. It rained a lot and hard the last night we were there. And if multiple adults involved you may want to ask for extra keys prior to arrival. Definitely would rent again the owner was very prompt to answer when needed.

Lovely beach house within easy walking distance of a public beach. Minor comments would be that we couldn’t get the barbecue grill to light and couldn’t find any matches or “Bic” type lighter. The yard, while a nice big size and well fenced, had a lot of grass stickers that are not good with furry friends. All in all it’s a lovely property that we really enjoyed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit over Thanksgiving. We didn’t know ahead of time that the two floors are connected by an outside staircase, but made it work as we don’t have little kids. We would definitely come back!

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host pays attention to all the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. This host will treat you more like a guest than a renter. He even let us know a storm was coming in and what to expect if we lost power. The description on the website is accurate. Perfect for a family beach vacation, the house is fenced in and it has a good size driveway for the kids to ride their bikes. There are plenty of board games, playing cards a few kayaks, beach toys and what looked like a surfboard. The neighborhood was very quiet, except when the Astros won the world series! We all celebrated the victory. If you're looking for a clean, quality, and comfortable place to stay this is it!

Our large group included multiple properties in Sea Isle development. This was the perfect spot for everyone to gather for the afternoon.
