Very clean and welcoming. Outside balcony area not so much and was missing a can opener. Also was under the impression that washer and dryer wwas in unit but is not. Wish ZVRBO was more.upfront about additional fees. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay and convenient location. We were there dropping our child off for Kansas State University. This location was close to everything we even hit the Zoo and played some Putt Putt. Place was clean overall but there was a bit of dust on furniture pieces. Host was fantastic and super accommodating. The laundry is located outside of the apartment but very convenient to get to.

We have stayed in this unit before and will again. We have stayed in most of the units in the complex that are part of VRBO managed by Tara and everything has always been spot on. She will send you your code to check in keyless, everything you could need is provide and it is clean. It is convenient to everything in Manhattan. We like to be close to our daughter and the athletic complexes and it is still only a short drive to aggieville and downtown. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Property is even better than pictured and described in listing. All three of us agreed we could happily live in this property. And the host contact, Tara, was extremely helpful before check-in and after check-in. She definitely is a Premier host!! If the need arises again, we will definitely stay here.

Overall was fine. Location was kind of out of the way - which I couldn’t tell from a map. One of the sinks was very slow to drain. Other than that, just fine.

We've been staying at the Heritage Suites apartment for most of the 2023 K-State Football Weekends and have thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. The apartment has plenty of room for our family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is well equipped with everything that we needed plus the bonus is there are even two televisions. Our family has enjoyed meeting here before and after the games. Plus it is in a nice quiet location that is easy to get to the stadium as well as any where else in town in a short amount of time. We would definitely consider staying here in the future. And thank you to the staff for a very clean facility.

This was our 3rd time this football season staying in this unit. We've thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There is plenty of room with two bedrooms and baths plus a living room, dining, and kitchen. We like that it is so easy to get around MHK from this location and its fairly close to the football stadium. And its in a quiet location!

We've been very pleased with the accommodations in the Heritage Suites this fall for football weekends. We've enjoyed all the nice space including two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining, and kitchen. So much nicer than a small hotel room! Plus it's a short drive to the football stadium and easy to get to the other areas of MHK. We will definitely consider this location for future visits!

We enjoyed our stay in Heritage Suites #43 last weekend. The apartment was clean, had everything that we needed, and was easy to unload into. It's also a great location fairly close to the KSU football stadium and easy to get around town to campus, Aggieville, downtown and the businesses on the east side of town. We plan to stay here in the future.

The property was clean and came well stocked with paper goods, including kleenex. We did have an issue with the bathroom, but it was taken care of immediately. The only reason for 4 stars is the location. We were excited to see the property was only 1.6 mi from the stadium, but it is not walkable as the stadium is on the opposite side of the highway. Other than that, we were very pleased with the property.

I stay in many places away from home. I have to mention the bed in this apt was so comfortable. I sleep on a tempurpedic at home and this was almost like that.
This place was very spacious. I didn’t spend much time in the apt so I didn’t experience the kitchen but it appeared to have everything that needed to cook.

Nice place to stay in Manhattan
The property is roomy and felt clean. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The shower floor was very squishy, like it's not in good shape. The kitchen was nice, even has a dishwasher. But no salt, pepper or other basic cooking oil etc. Would have been nice to have that. Overall, it was a nice place to stay while visiting relatives. As a family of 4, we enjoyed the space--the nice living room and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend.
