My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time! The house is well appointed and yard/pool is fabulous. The location was perfect for all our needs. Sandra is a gem, she was so responsive with our questions. I would definitely recommend this place and we plan to stay here again!

The house was definitely got the job done. Went here for a quiet weekend getaway. It ended up raining the whole weekend so lots of time was spent relaxing in the house. Sandra was phenomenal with communication. Would stay again

The place is easy to get to and has plenty of space. The pool area is immaculate and a great place to relax and hang out. We had fun seeing the iguanas roaming the neighborhood. We loved being able to use the propane grill, lounge chairs, beach towels, entertainment options on the TVs, the kitchen stocked with all the equipment we needed, etc. It really is an excellent property. Would highly recommend.
The only drawbacks during our stay were 1) the pool heater, that we paid extra for, wasn't turned on, which we wanted to use for our December stay. Sandra was able to help get it going after the first night, but it took 3 days for the pool to warm up enough for us to use it, which was a letdown. The heater must be on a timer because it only runs during the daytime. Our wishful thinking was that it would have been warmed up upon arrival.
2) The king bed is extremely noisy. It creaks and groans with every movement, so we ended up moving to one of the queen beds after the first night and we slept much better. We couldn't tell if it was the box spring or the frame.
Despite those things, it's an excellent place to stay and we will definitely be back when we return to Ft. Lauderdale. Sandra was great to work with and an excellent host.

We had a great time here in Fort Lauderdale.
My family and kiddos enjoyed the pool and we spent almost all of our time playing and relaxing. The house was clean and inviting.
Sandra, the property manager, was always available when I had a question or needed something for the property.
The pool area had some palm leaves on it, but Florida had a big storm and the landscapers took care of it the next day. We loved seeing the iguanas walking around on the wires up above and my kids constantly looked for them. We restocked the pool toys so I hope future guests enjoy them. There are no life jackets, so bring them if you need them for your children. The pool is deep and the shallow end is high too.
We would stay again.

Property was great! We were local to everything loved the pool! Sandra was great at communicating even helped us retrieve an item left at the house after we checked out. Will be staying here again next time I visit FLL!

Sandra’s home was wonderful and she is very responsive. The pool is beautiful and we had so much fun.
We had some issues with cooling one of the rooms but Sandra is very responsive and helpful.

This was our first time staying at a house instead of a condo. While we were nervous about how we’d feel not being right on the beach, having the house was great!! The pool/outdoor area was very private, and clean. The house had everything we could have needed which was a life (and money) saver!!! Would definitely stay at this one again 😊

Our extended family recently stayed at the Villa Verde and we enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious and clean, with an equipped kitchen, lots of linens, and all of the amenities you would want in a vacation rental. Also, Sandra is super responsive and very accommodating, which is so appreciated.
The house is close to the beach and downtown Lauderdale by the Sea, which is a great area. The beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys were all in working order, and saved us from having to spend more to accommodate our trips to the beach. There are also lots of stores close by, which is very convenient.
Our favorite part of the rental was the beautiful backyard. The kids swam from the time they got up, until the time they went to bed most days. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Four adults and four kids aged 5-7 and the amount of space was just right. The kids used the pool a ton and it was heated as requested. There was some pool toys there for them to use. There were plenty of towels which was great! Also, some beach chairs and umbrellas to bring. The location was quite central with a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, etc. Getting to the beaches and downtown was simple, but traffic could be pretty congested. The house was clean and had mostly everything we needed to get started, but you have to buy toilet paper, paper towel, cooking basics. A drying rack for pool clothes/towels would have been useful. Overall, Villa Verde had everything we needed. Thanks!

Perfect house for a long weekend retreat. The house was homey, super clean and just as advertised. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool, watching football and visiting Fort Lauderdale. Sandra was a great hostess. Would stay again.

All in all very nice place for a group of guys to relax and enjoy a beautiful pool. Only problem we faced was the pool heater stopped working and was very cold on our last two days.

The house was as advertised. Very clean and great location. The pool area was very nice, minus a hose that was left out. It was unfortunate for us that there were linemen working on the power pole right above the pool for the entire weekend, but that’s not the hosts fault. Sandra was extremely easy to work with and responded almost instantly to all of my texts. I didn’t realize some of the basic amenities were not included, such as coffee or toilet paper (toilet paper only provided for 1st couple of days), but nothing too serious to downgrade my rating. I would stay here again.

This house is exactly as depicted on the VRBO website. No surprises. The location was good for access to Fort auderdale and all that it offers as well as golf courses and other activities in the Boca area and Hollywood area. The pool was beautiful and our grandkids especially enjoyed using it. The manager, Sandra, was terrific and very professional and very responsive to all of our needs and requests. She is truly a gem. We would totally recommend this rental to our friends

This property has everything for a perfect vacation retreat. It is spacious, clean, and well equipped. The pool is perfect. We had a blast hanging out on the patio, in the pool, and in the house. Sandra is amazing host! Thank you for a great vacation!

This property was perfect for what we needed. It wasnt too far from the beach or downtown and only about a 50 minute drive to Miami! The house was very clean and the private pool was a great way for us to relax at the end of the day. Sandra, the property owner, was very easy to communicate with and timely with her responses. Would definitely come back to visit again!
