We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home and only one day in we were talking about making this an annual event! We are two families that stayed here so we could see our college sons and it was just perfect for us. We had everything we needed to spend quality time together and room enough to spread out when we wanted to. We took advantage of the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and cooked all meals there except for a night of ordering pizza and wings. Maria was so helpful and quick with any communications. The owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay. It was the perfect place for our two families and I know anyone who stays here will love it as much as we did!

This was the best VRBO house we’ve rented. Great sleeping arrangements, and want for nothing in the kitchen (or anywhere!)Marie was super nice. Wish I would have met her. She even left us “goodies!” Everything was great, and we were lucky enough to have had “chamber of commerce” weather. The lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed the provided kayaks, canoe and floating rafts. Also, the corn hole game and table shuffle board. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Maria was a FANTASTIC host. She was very communicative and made our group feel welcome. The house and property are great. The house was clean and fully stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies and paper products, which was much appreciated! The lake access is nice and there were plenty of floats and boats and water activities available.

We had an amazing weekend!! This house is perfect for families with kids of all ages!! Plenty of space, awesome amenities and the host was gracious and super responsive.

Everything about this house is perfect! The view, the layout of the house, the location! We loved staying here. I would recommend this rental property without a moments hesitation. Maria and Mark are also always accessible if you need any assistance which we didn’t but was nice to know they were available. Our stay for my son’s graduation weekend could not have been better! I hope to be back!

The house was amazing but so were our hosts. We arrived to some nice gifts, and lots of information about the area, which made us feel right at home. Our hosts were available and gave us tips on local restaurants and places to see. Great place for 2 couples. House has beautiful views of lake, kayaks and canoes to enjoy. Lots to do and see in the area, and come back to peace and quiet of the lake house which is beautifully decorated and has lots of cosy areas to relax. Highly recommend and would love to return someday 5+++++.

This home is absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. We rented the house to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday with plans to visit a winery and brewery but once we got there we just wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the lake. I took the kids out in the canoe, I went out in the kayak and it was so relaxing. We spent the rest of our time on the lake. Maria and Mark are wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome in there home. I can't say enough good things about our stay. My wife had a great birthday and as they say, happy wife happy life.

We spent 5 wonderful days , 2 with family . There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone . Great views of sunrises ! Well stocked kitchen and clean . Felt very comfortable and the owners Maria and her husband ,were quick to respond when I had a question ! We definitely would stay there again if and when the chance comes up!

This lake house was the absolute best! It is a completely stocked and beautiful home on the inside with everything you will ever need! And then you go outside to the various outdoor decks, patios, docks right on the most beautiful lake with perfect views! Maria the host is extremely accommodating and makes you feel like your renting from family! 100% would recommend this cottage for your summer lakeside getaway!!

We stayed much of July 2021. House is nicely laid out and well furnished on all 3 levels. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, dinnerware, paper goods newer cookware and opens to a large wrap around deck overlooking Conesus Lake. Two nice larger bedrooms on top level. Plenty of opportunities for fun with the kayaks, canoes, dock, games, nearby golf courses, and Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store and Walmart within 10 minutes. House was very well maintained and clean! Owners are very responsive.

Beautiful spot on the lake. Comfy beds, great kitchen. Multi floors gives everyone privacy and great together spaces. Perfect for 2 to 3 families. Great communication! We will for sure be back.

What a beautiful place for our family vacation! The photos online are very nice, but pictures just can’t do it justice. The views from all three levels of this gorgeous lakefront home are spectacular! Our family was never bored- how could they be?!.... Swimming , fishing, kayaking, games, grilling, campfires...The house is so spacious that our four generations never felt crowded. Lots of cute, quiet little spots aplenty are at the ready .Hosts Maria and Mark were readily available to answer a couple questions, but never intrusive. The kitchen had everything we could ever have needed, as did the rest of the house. The home is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. It was a perfect vacation (and I am not exaggerating!!!) We give the hosts and house an A+ rating😃

Beautiful home, would've loved to have relaxed longer we were there for what would've been my daughter's graduation but due to covid that was virtual. We kept the home to gather and have a nice place to stay. It was perfect ! The owner Maria was fantastic, always available !!! Thouroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ate our meals and played family games all together on the large dining room table. Huge windows looking out to the water. Beds were a little iffy, one too hard, one too soft, but mine was just right. Even parking was perfect, no having to park directly on edge of the road was wonderful and so convenient for at least 5-6 cars easily. Super easy reaching owner with any questions too.A++

I rented this property for My family to get together for labor day weekend. The house is so comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with bowls and utensils. We had never been to Conesus Lake before and happened to find this gem of a house to spend a week there. I can’t think of aa single thing that I would have wanted or needed in this house. We had 2 small children and they just loved the experience of the bunk beds. The other beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous, with every appliance you could ever want and was well supplied with essentials like oil, sugar, spices, etc. There were just 6 of us but we certainly could have had several others stay with us with plenty of extra space. The outside is what we REALLY cared about since we were on the lake. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, a nice dock, Plus we went canoeing and kayaking.. The water was shallow but that turned out to be great for the kids! And there is enough privacy from the neighbors, which we noticed other parts of the lake did not have. Maria, our hostess was very accessible and accommodating. Thank you, we will definitely be booking next year!!

This rental experience was very pleasant. The house was as described, there was a ton of space in the house, it was very clean, check in was easy, and it came with plenty of things to do. The waterfront was beautiful and the shallow lake front was perfect for lounging/swimming/floating. The kayaks were very clean and it was nice to be able to float around the lake on them. The bedrooms were large and having 4 bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen was about as stocked as I’ve ever seen a rental. There was plenty of deck space to hang out on and the living room had ample space as well. Check-in was extremely easy, and the Wifi, TV, and other details were made very clear in the welcome packet we received upon arrival. Parking on the lake can be chaotic at times, but not at this property. There was plenty of space to park 5-7 vehicles. Overall, This was a great rental experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this listing again.

If you're looking for a nice place to set aside the daily grind, this is it. The house is as advertised, well cared for and comfortable. Swimming along with kayaking and canoeing filled the days. My family, children and grandchildren just loved it. I highly recommend it.

The home is set up perfect for accomodate my family and my boys friends. There are 2 levels of deck that wrap around the house and then a patio below the deck with a walk out from the lower level. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed because we love to cook. Everything was clean and the owner's very attentive to anything we needed. Air Conditioning needed a repair and someone was out within hours to take care of it. We plan on making this home an annual rental for our family.

Our family of 8 had a great weekend at this house. The little beach was perfect for our 3.5 year old. Maria was able to help us with an AC issue over the phone so that was really helpful. Water is crystal clear and only about waist deep at the end of the dock which was nice. Fishing was good too, caught some blue gill, rock bass, ruud, and almost a monster pike.
