So glad we decided to book this awesome property for a 3 night stay. Immaculate and fully upgraded home with great view of the lake across the street. Owner was very helpful in recommending restaurants and checking in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, updated home near state parks and some good restaurants. Well stocked and owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Lake views somewhat obstructed by trees but property has dock/lake access. Would definitely recommend!

Clean well maintained property with indoor and outdoor space for a large gathering. Excellent WiFi and entertainment options as well as a kitchen setup for cooking. Responsive host located near by. Located near Letchworth State Park, overlooking one of the Finger Lakes, and a short drive to Rochester.

This house surpassed our expectations!! We had a wonderful girls weekend and were able to enjoy all the amenities in the house; we managed to get a couple of hikes in at Letchworth State Park; we also enjoyed delicious meals and a couple of the local restaurants. I highly enjoyed

This was our 2nd annual girls weekend, and we were so happy with the house and atmosphere. It should be known our group comes with 3, 60+ women, 2 of which are very particular, and this house passed their test with flying colors. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and glasses. The view of the lake, from our “fish bowl” view was great at any time, day or night. We didn’t need a thing, but Tim was a text/ phone call away. He offered great vegan options for myself, and gave things to do in both directions around the lake. We all highly recommend this house for anytime of the year, for a great relaxing getaway. While we stayed in October and aren’t an “active group,” I did some research and there are many activities nearby like fishing, boat rentals, (the lake is literally across the street), in the winter, ice fishing, skiing, etc. For us, it was exploring the little shops, dinner in the Finger lakes , card games at the big table overlooking the lake, and the excellent wrap around porch, for day and night chats with the girls. It was a great way to unplug and spend time together. Everything was new, fresh, clean and well thought of. Would love to come back with the family. Thanks, Tim!

The house was immaculate. There were lots of amenities, plenty of lighting, nice large kitchen for those who cook. The view was wonderful. It was quiet too.

This was part of a family gathering two years in the making. The house is located perfectly to enjoy the lake, the beautiful weather and the stars at night. This home is taken care of so nicely and we have stayed at many others but this is the best! We have already booked for next year!

From the moment you pull up to the beautiful A-frame home to the detailed high-end finishout upon entering to the breathtaking views. This is a Wow property and meticulously maintained by the Owners (Tim). Communication was instant and everything you could want in a property like this was there. We had a girls weekend getaway so if ladies can't unwind before the holidays. This house was perfect for it! Very clean and cozy. The owner was great to work with and the location was perfect with the view of the lake right outside the front windows.

We had a wonderful get away! The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped! Tim, the owner was very accessible and accommodating. There was a welcome bottle of wine and candy upon our arrival. It was a short 2 day get away and we didn’t want to leave. Location is great, lake access, close to Letchworth State Park, Breweries, grocery and more. Thank you Tim for sharing this gem! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect in every way...clean, roomy, well equipped and perfectly situated on one of the smaller Finger Lakes. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay during our fall get away. Tim, the owner, was very helpful with suggestions and directions for nearby points of interest.

This was a great weekend and we couldn’t have had a better experience with this house. The house was very clean, came with all necessary cleaning supplies or items needed for the weekend and even came with a gracious bottle of wine that Tim left for us. We had 6 in our group and this was the perfect sized house for us. The outside areas were great and spacious. I highly recommend staying at this house. Tim was a great host who went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He was responsive and amazing to work with. Thank you for a great weekend. We will be back!

Just returned from our three night stay. The house was immaculate. Well stocked with hand soap, laundry detergents etc. We were 3 adults and five kids. Everyone loved the house. It’s spacious and comfortable. Tim, the owner was so easy and welcoming. We went to Letchworth Park and also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat at Lake Conesus. All in all, it was a great trip and we would definitely return. Thank you!

My husband surprised me with a last minute weekend getaway for Valentines Day and my birthday at our favorite lake...Lake Conesus! My husband had daily contact with the homeowner Tim who was very friendly and willing to help! The rental was perfect! The home was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay! We basically left our Pennsylvania home with little essentials and the home was well supplied with everything we needed for a getaway. Everything was clean and very inviting! The welcome gift of chocolates and wine was very well received! The heat was set perfect as it was very cold when we arrived! The music playing in the background was also very enjoyable. We can’t say enough positive things about this property and we will defiantly be making a point to return with Tim! We highly recommend this property! Gene and Amy

What a wonderful place to get away and enjoy some down time on Conesus Lake. Plenty of room, great kitchen and living space. Bedrooms were quiet and comfy. Wanted for nothing!

This house is just beautiful! We had 10 people in this house and there was plenty of room and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Tim, the owner, made our stay even that much better by communicating with us through out our stay. He came down to help us tie up our boat and jet skis and installed an eyelet into one of the trees at the edge of the water for the jet skis. Also, we walked into the house with music playing in the background, bottle of wine on the counter and a dozen eggs in the fridge. Nice touches!
