It was fine. A little over priced for what it was and in October, but fine.

We had a wonderful time. Directions and entering the house was easy. Everything was as described. It was only 2 of us this year. The Queen beds were pretty comfy -we did not use the bunk beds. The views from the upstairs living room are really nice and the sitting on the outside deck is great! we did not go out in the evening to use the fireplace, but I am sure it would be great! Kitchen is well equipped - only used upstairs. Great location for access to surrounding activities - easy ride to Letchworth State Park and all the small towns in the area!

Jas is a super host. She communicated well and told us to contact her before and during our stay if we had questions. Property location is awesome. The large deck and fire pit were a nice bonus. Checking in and out was a breeze. Sheets and pillows were soft and comfy.

This home is clean and comfortable! The deck was a favorite place to relax and enjoy! We brought a movie projector and watched movies on the deck....Great memories! The dock made boating a breeze! Everything you need to cook is here. Pots and pans, bowls, utensils, and there are even water pitchers in the refrigerator. If we needed the host they were very prompt in helping! Thank you! We had a great week! My only recommendation is a night light in the downstairs bathroom :) Diana Flow (Re/Max Titanium).

We had a nice visit at this property. The sunsets were gorgeous, we have never stayed on this side of the lake. The house was as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were nice, the flooring could be updated. I liked we could book for a few nights vs. a whole week. The driveway is steep. Jas was responsive in all communication.

I liked being on the lake. The views were great. It was a little pricey for what was there. I would stay there again if it were a little bit cheaper.

My husband and I rented this property for his 40th birthday. We had a few friends come up from NJ to experience the finger lakes for the first time. It was the perfect house for us! All rooms were spacious and clean. There are 2 full baths which was a much appreciated bonus, 2 kitchens, and a super large deck. We used the dock for our boat and was able to enjoy all parts of the lake. One of the best parts is that you can sit on the deck and watch the sun set perfectly! We enjoyed the fire pit each night. We loved it and would gladly stay again.

We booked this property last minute for Labor Day weekend and truly had a great weekend. House was accurately described, clean and had everything we needed. Amazing views and deck/fireplace to hangout. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay! A very relaxing and family friendly environment! We loved the dock, kayaks, outdoor fire pit, local restaurants/cider/brewery, and golf courses! Super amazing wine tours in the area! Close to grocery stores, which was super convenient! The bunk room is definitely a kids room, not super comfortable for adults. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again!

We had an awesome time. The use of the kayaks added to the enjoyment of the property. The property views were spectacular. The layout of the property with the two kitchens was very beneficial for a cookout.

Great location. Long steep driveway that gave us lots of exercise. Easy to keep in touch with owners. Great use of kayaks and fire pit outside. Even though it was a rainy dreary weekend us girls made the most of it

We had beautiful sunsets every night. As two adult couples it was nice to have two large full baths as well. This is a self-cleaning unit, which we were fine with, but some areas outside basic cleaning could use some extra love and general maintenance, like the entrance way and windows that had broken hinges and handles. We rented the sheets and bath towels because we did not have room in the car to bring them. It was great to have that option but some of the towels have seen better days (staining). Some reviewers mentioned the steepness of the driveway – and it is – but it was not a problem when you know that going in and just park at the top and use the stairs as instructed. All in all a wonderful stay on a beautiful lake!

This is a wonderful house just steps away from the lake. Very well stocked. Everything you need. The kids loved the swimming area, the kayaks, the gas fire pit, games, and the fishing was great! Beautiful view of the sunset as well. It all made for a very relaxing vacation!

Our first family lake vacation was a success with the main part being the property rental. The location on the lake was beautiful. The family enjoyed watching the lake activity including the wildlife. Boating and fishing off the dock was a huge pleasure for my family. Easy access to daily activities was a plus as well for the property. I would highly consider coming back in the future.

Great property right on the lake reasonably priced! Jas was great with responding to any questions we had. We would go back!
