Location was fabulous within minutes of anything we needed. From restaurants, shops, conceniences - they were all within quick walking distance. Car park was safe, easy, free, secure. The lift to help with suitcases was very welcome! We got a free upgrade which meant we had an extremely spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, family, dinning space. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Absolutely loved our 3 night stay and wish it had been longer!

Fantastic location for exploring Cheltenham, John Lewis at top of the road , Stayed with friends ,2 good sized bedrooms, very clean and tastefully decorated, parking at Citipark 5mins walk £14 for 24hrs . Good restaurants close by ,enjoyed Holeecow and The Istanbul Kitchen . Perfect stay .

Loved the property, checkout could have done with being 11am instead of 10am .

Spotlessly clean, modern apartment in an excellent central location. Can walk around Cheltenham centre easily. Good facilities including microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, lovely thick towels. Ground floor location made pram access easy. Although no parking included we did manage to park on the street outside (pay and display) to unload and over the first night (8am to 8pm free then can pay for 2h at a time), then stayed in the nearby NCP car park which was cheaper than we thought and only a couple of minutes walk. Deposit paid back same day as departure. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

The Internet speed seemed to struggle with streaming netflix, but this was only minor and we didn't call to give the host chance to help because we weren't using it long and happy to watch normal TV. Internet worked well for browsing. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Practically in the town centre, lovely walk past some small businesses that I never would have seen otherwise! Privacy was brilliant through the level of gates and codes to get in.

The mattresses were a little tough but something I think you’d get used to. The lock boxes were just outside of our window so when another group of people used the lock boxes it felt like they were looking in through the window. Netflix kept shutting off, we think it could have been due to the internet.

Was such a lovely property. In a safe location, for us girls. And really clean and tidy. Also Jade was so helpful when we had a issue with the gate lock. Helped and sorted the situation straight away. Defiantly would stay again.

Only that there wasn’t a scrubbing brush for washing the dishes and tea cups after they had been used and was a little difficult with just a cloth.

A really stylish apartment in a great location. Communication was great with Jade and everything explained really clearly about how to find and access the property. Everything was lovely and clean when we arrived and there was everything we needed for a weekend’s stay including a smart tv and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.

The blinds in both bedrooms let a lot of light in so we woke up every morning super early. Water pressure in the shower was incredibly low. You cant really wash your hair with it. The some of the dishes and cutlery was dirty so we needed to wash all of it to be sure. There was no sponge to wash the dishes so bought one. The apartment has no parking so the cost of that adds up.

Location was great, right in the city centre. Apartment was cute and had all the basic elements one needs. My deposit was quickly refunded.

We found that finding the apartment was a bit tricky. As the apartment complex is set back from the road and doesn't have a name e.g. axiom apartments on the gates, and the instructions weren't quite accurate, we drove past a couple of times. The lack of parking proved expensive as the recommended parking was £18 per day.

The apartment was great, very clean, very comfortable including the beds, well equipped modern kitchen. It was a good location, within easy walking distance of the town centre but the apartment itself was quiet, we weren’t disturbed by any noise at all. Jade, the host, was very quick to respond to any queries and the arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again.
