Being able to use the front room to eat in or have a coffee was great.

The stairs were a bit difficult because we are old.

Fiona was very friendly and very helpful, the hotel is really lovely and it’s a great location.

Everything was perfect from start to finish, easy self check in and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Clean and well presented throughout and the lounge area was really comfortable to for a few drinks in the evening. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and a 30 minute walk to the main town, all round perfect place to stay.

Beautiful, easy check in, felt like you’re own home in country! Very clean, excellently designed room. I was dubious about self check in and no staff, but Fiona was very responsive on messages, and the process was simple and quick, and the rate was great for what it was. We enjoyed being able to have a bottle of wine in the lounge after dinner, without feeling like you’re keeping staff up, and love the idea of an honesty bar. Having breakfast bits available to take away was a great touch.

Fantastic hotel!! Superb location to explore Cheltenham. We found the self check-in really easy and efficient and enjoyed the self-serve complimentary breakfast muffins and coffee. The room was spacious, with a very comfy bed and smart TV!!

There is no staff. Everything is done independently. You have a box where you get your access card and you are in. The bedrooms are nice and there is a kids bedroom with plenty of toys to get them entertained.

It is a pity that it doesn’t serve breakfast but as alternative you have some complementary snacks you can take in the morning: water, cereal bars, coffee, and tea.

We had a room in the basement but it still had a window that looked out on the garden. The room was really nice - had a huge TV and the bed was comfy. Very clean. Checking in was easy via a screen in the porch. Quiet location but also not far from the Bath Road area with lots of restaurants etc.

Can’t think of anything, other than it might have been nice to not be in the basement!

Flying visit for a one night stay in Cheltenham, Great communication with Fiona prior to arriving. Simple early self check in and the Electric Car charger was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here, Short walk into town or a couple of minutes in a Taxi

Large house with plenty of private parking, which you have to pay additional fee for a permit. The Sat Nav states you have arrived at a property just before Beaumont House , but received message to from Fiona to state this and to drive to the next property. The property is about 25 minutes walk into centre of town. Although plenty of cafes, food outlets on Bath road which is a short walk away. I love the attention to detail during my stay. Mini fridge with a couple of bottles of water. It great to have a fridge. Bottle opener, iron and ironing board in the cupboard. Also a electric fan. Of course coffee, tea/herbal teas etc. Cotton wool pads, buds, big thick towels. Lots of hot water, great shower in my room, which was on the lower ground floor, with a view of the garden. Free wifi, no problems with accessibility. There isn’t breakfast option, but take away coffee, juice cartons, muesli bars and muffins , which I made use of on my last day. There’s a honesty bar with beers, wine etc which you pay for at the end of your stay. It was also good to have access to cutlery, plates and glasses for anyone having take away deliveries. There was a large communal lounge, dining area and separate play area room for children , plus a play area in the garden for children. Easy self check in. Log your reservation number or name and your keycard is dispensed, which opens the front door and your room. On your last day, just drop off the key in the yellow box , next to the door. Great to have the time to check out later if needed, as check out is 11.30am

I could hear people entering and leaving the rooms next to mine, but it wasn’t a big problem.
