The location was perfect and room was big enough. Even though we didn't sleep in the room but we really enjoyed the stay.

Nothing to be honest

Window had dead insects. The floor in the hall had a hole in it right in-front of our door. You walk past a bucket full of cigarette ends on the way in. My car had its wheel slashed over night. Then the bathroom, where the toilet comes off the floor.

Easy access and good value for money

There were people coming and going all night - not attempting to keep quiet I was woken repeatedly all night and early in the morning. The main door was propped open so anyone could come and go

Easy to get to and loads of parking ,room and shower was clean 👌

WiFi was not working

The booking procedure was complicated. For example, the form gave a pin number for the door lock, but it was only in conversation with a member of staff, that it became evident that this was only a dummy code, and that I would only receive the proper code, when I paid the deposit.

Dirty, it smelled,wallpaper hanging off. toilet seat broken. blind in room didn’t shut. being on the bottom floor people could see in. accommodation very outdated. encountered flies in the room

Facilities were excellent and location

The bed was a bit hard and squeaky, shower was very cramped

no toilet in room had to go miles to pay a deposit at another hotel which wasn’t explained after a 5 hour journey which hasn’t been returned

Very clean and tidy and very warm. Ample parking. Will stay again

Unfortunately nothing

Room was cold fridge was loud bed was uncomfortable and room smelt of smoke which didn’t help my asthma! Worse night in Gloucester (and I stay regularly)

Proximity to train station

There were people arguing and banging around (it sounded like property was being damaged) outside the room all through the early hours (around 0200-0500), they sounded aggressive and made my partner and I scared to try to leave the room to use the bathroom facilities. I heard one of them arguing on the phone demanding a full refund. We did not get any sleep due to this and had to request a late check out to get a few hours rest, as we were travelling home that day. I would like to be contacted regarding this to discuss the matter, thanks.
