Nothing about this property was disappointing. Property Owner was also very gracious and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone.

If you want to experience Venice as authentically as possible, with the stunning view as a priceless bonus, this apartment is your number one choice. With the location that is right off the taxi/Vaporetto stop, next to a small supermarket, and a bunch of local and not too touristy places to eat, with an incomparable view and feel of being right on the water, away from the crowds, yet very close to every one of Venitian attractions shortlist — this place is a treasure that one is very lucky to find. The main two rooms that open up to Guidecca Canal are simply magnificent. The kitchen is convenient with a little table that fits two to three people ( there is a giant dining room table in the living/dining room) and has everything one might need for any duration of stay. The two other bedrooms (one is right off the kitchen) are more basic but work fine, especially if one is traveling with children. The place has a dishwasher and washer-dryer in the apartment. Giorgio was amazingly responsive and helpful — I texted him with questions at various times and he was perfectly on top of everything. He reached out before we came and helped us with our trip back to the airport. The last time I was in Venice I stayed in a fancy five-star hotel, but this place is immeasurably better, can't even begin to compare. Overall, a dream place to stay in Venice. Can't imagine anything better.

An extremely beautiful place, great location, comfortable rooms and of course so many sights around

We had a lovely stay in the waterfront apartment. We stayed 4 nights, family of 5. Everything was perfect. Clean, well equipped, fabulous views from the living room and master bedrooms, comfortable. Giorgio was amazingly responsive and helpful; super easy check in and check out process. The location could not be better — vaporetto access just a few steps away, but in a nice, quiet area that is lovely to walk around. We would absolutely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We've stayed in Venice many times before but always overlooking the Grand Canal; however, after experiencing the Zattere, this is going to be our go-to spot. The apartment was perfect for a family. We had the three bedroom configuration, but the apartment can be expanded for larger families. The apartment is beautifully decorated with curated pieces -- the kind of ambiance you want from an old-world city experience. The view over the Giudecca canal is stunning. The vaporetto stop is right outside the door and the walk to the Accademia bridge is only about 5 minutes. There are lots of outdoor restaurants and cafes to enjoy on the Zattere quayside all with stunning views (including the often-written about Gelateria Nico). The area was very quiet at night with both locals and tourists enjoying leisurely walks along the quayside. Giorgio was a great host. He took good care of us - allowing us to check-in early and he even booked us a water taxi for our return to the airport. We would highly recommend this apartment.
