رائحة التدخين من التكييف المركزي أمرضت صدورنا وعدم تجاوب الاستقبال في حل المشكلة بكلمة (وش نسوي لك؟ ) وطلبت تغيير الغرفة وتم التجاهل تماماً بحجة انه موسم رغم وجود غرف فاضية على بوكينق.

fare is high for 2 stars hotel also we had been disturbed by noisy customers whom stayed in beside our room they stayed for 2 nights almost we couldn't sleep from their loud noises , high TV sound

No cometment with gust i did a reservation that when i arrived to the hotel i found no room available and before i come I tried to call the reception that nobody answer the phone

I think the floor covering needs to be renewed

The location is far from busy area which is a nice place for those who wants to have a good rest and noise free from the street Easy access to uber. Room is excellent, comfortable and clean. It has good facilities and they provide things like iron and iron board. The ambiance fits to have a good relaxation.☺️❤️❤️ Staff are friendly,attentive and approachable. They have an excellent attitude.☺️ Food are good and tasty. I took reservation with breakfast included during my stay and had an order food for dinner, they served fast to deliver a hot meal to your room.☺️☺️❤️ Price is just fair enough for the room size. Better to make an early reservation and choose booking.com. It helps me a lot what and where to choose a hotel which fits to my preference. Overall, I had wonderful stay. I have rested well and I will definitely recommend this hotel and if given a chance to visit again Jeddah, I will definitely choose again this hotel. Thank you for accommodating me and for your excellent service.

I think you need to do something about the door of each rooms. Whenever someone will closes their doors, it create a noise which can disturb other occupants.

Clean, comfortable and good location where is located in a quiet area.
