As described very clean and modern villa.

The house is amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and the seating area nearby. The kids played all day and we didnt need to go anywhere else.

We had a wonderful week. the villa is gorgeous, located in a quiet location 3 minutes from the bus stop and within walking distance to the beach. Richard was very helpful when I needed help with the reservation. We'll definitely come back and recommend this place.

Stayed at the villa at the start of the tourist season for 9 days. Check in was smooth and everything in the house was set up properly to accommodate guests. Communication was easy and any issues were resolved immediately.

Stay was good. Check in process was easy. Property is amazing but it should've been a little bit cleaner. Bedding was dirty and some towels too

Lovely villa, great location, we booked 1 extra day/early check in @ £90 (24 hrs early), beds were made etc, but cleaners arrived following day to refresh the cleaning etc as either they had not been informed or had not recorded our early arrival, so ensuite shower was mouldy, downstairs toilet was also mouldy but 'clean'. Outside furniture was not cleaned so dusty etc, the soft furnishings for the patio furniture were very stained, in fact we had to wash them prior to use. There were some other minor issues but the property management company sorted them more or less straight away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was exactly as advertised and better in some ways, like the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor shower. The neighbourhood is mostly quiet except for the Parties at the neighbouring hotel. But the windows are insulated well enough that you do not hear it inside, so we slept well. Communication with Richard worked well, the property manager was a bit late to send out the check in information (check your spam filter for an email a week before arrival), but was very attentive and responsive during our stay. The house was clean and especially the pool and pool area was clean and nice.

Villa is spacious has everything you need,quiet location,easy access to bus routes and local supermarket and taverna.Loved having our own pool.Would definitely recommend this area and particularly this villa.

Villa very clean looked just like the pictures shown on the booking loved staying there everything you needed was in the villa like home from home close to Protaras by bus which ran every 20 minutes and to Ayia Napa by bus super market just across the road a tavern a short walk away so plenty to do if you wanted to or for a quiet stay in . Pool cleaned twice a week by two very nice pool cleaners so we would definitely go back to this villa

Contact with owner was great, always answered my questions quickly. Villa was clean and well suited for us all (5 adults). Pool cleaned twice a week. Loved being near Konnous Bay and easy taxi ride to Protaras although we did have a car so we could explore the whole area.

Well equipped villa, really comfortable, location is perfect, but a car is needed to get to the centre. We were satisfied with everything indeed.

A great spot with a fantastic outdoor area which was very good value for money. The indoor space is large and very basic but was exactly as listed. If you have a baby you might want to bring your own travel cot.

They provided us with all we needed to know upon arrival including the local Lidl for your big shop. House was clean & very spacious. Pool great size and cleaned twice a week by Leeds born Alex. (Lovely guy!) Villa is located in a quiet cul de sec and only a few mins walk to a beautiful cove for a dip which is also great if you have kids! Or a few mins in the car to Protarus strip for bars & lovely restaurants. Rooms had plenty of storage and all bathrooms spacious including the downstairs shower room. Kitchen well equipped too! Would definitely return.

Excellent stay. We had our own car so very easy to visit Protaras and other areas. Villa as advertised. Thea Kyriakou who represented the company managing Villa Mandalay was always available and helpful when we needed her. Thank you.

Stayed here for 11 days was a Iovely villa had everything we needed was very clean when arrived the area is beautiful kafkaros tavern the restaurant just down the road is excellent the food is amazing and the people are so lovely and welcoming. If you walk to Green Bay beach which is a 15 min walk is lovey for snorkelling and the cafe on the beach is lovely great food great people and even better cocktails . U can get a bus at top of road is ever 30 min and you can get it to fig tree bay beach which is so beautiful has everything U need right there and again the people are so nice and welcoming . It was are first time in Cyprus and it didn’t disappoint at all such a beautiful place and will be coming bk again soon .

House is as described, value for money, excellent location and a nice garden with a pool. Will definitely visit again.

- OUTDOOR DINNING AND LOUNGE AREA WAS VERY POOR. NO ADEQUATE LIGHTING FOR SITTING AND EATING. LOUNGING FURNITURE WAS VERY DIRTY, OLD AND NOT PRESENTABLE ( NOT EXAGGERATING) - SWIMMING POOL ABSOLUTELY WORN OUT, PULL LINER DESTROYED OLD AND NO POOL LIGHT, PROBABLY NOT UP TO SAFETY STANDARDS ( broken and after we complained you only changed one ) - BARBECUE WAS NOT PRACTICAL AS NO LIGHT AND NO GAS - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, BASICALLY OUTDOOR ARE WAS NOT FOR USE. Air conditioning needs maintenance Toilet flusher upstairs needs fixing I have photos and videos of everything if you need!!!!

We had one piece of bad luck in that there were two party houses across the street playing loud music from 10 am to 4 am (and this was midweek), not the owner's fault.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 1 und 9 Jahren in dem Objekt. Hier hat alles gepasst, die Ausstattung ist ordentlich, das Haus sauber und der Pool wird in kurzen Abständen gereinigt. Ein Defekt der Klimaanlage wurde in kürzester Zeit behoben. In der Nähe liegen traumhaft schöne Strände, so dass wir einen tollen Urlaub genießen konnten.

Everything about the house was perfect. The few things that came up and I addressed with the management company were resolved immediately. The only issue was the pool. I and two other people left with ear infections. The issue may be more the pool maintenance company than anyone else . I would definitely rent this house again.

Everything was very nice. The house was equipped with everything they needed. The only disappointing thing was that the outside area was dirty.

The house itself is very nice. Very bright and spacious rooms. I don't know if it's because it's the end of the season, but the outdoor furniture was very worn. A broken umbrella, broken sunbed and also the chairs had seen better days. It's a shame that these things has not been fixed, because it's basically small things but it just makes the entire outdoor area look worn and not so inviting.

The pool is very nice and was cleaned regularly whilst we were there. The location is great. Not in the heart of protaras but only a 10 minute drive away. The neighbourhood is very quiet surrounded by other residential villas and a hotel which we heard nothing from. Felt really safe.The closest beach is Konnos bay which is one of the most stunning beaches i have been too. Make sure you take your snorkeling gear and look out for the sea turtles. Green bay is worth a visit too and the food from the little blue cafe is the best we had. Communication with the villa owner was brilliant. A few little issues such as a broken bbq ( out of his control) he was very quick to respond and get it sorted for us. A welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely touch. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Amazing

Everything was very easy due to detailed information from the owner,Richard, before our holiday started. Clear directions, contact details, where to get the keys etc. Villa is clean, modern and spacious. Lovely welcome pack with all basic needs. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need though to be honest we didn't cook. Wi-fi was great. Outside area is very pretty, again spacious, the veranda is fantastic for hiding from the midday heat! Pool was cleaned every other day. There is a hotel very close by but you wouldn't know it was there, very quiet and doesn't intrude on your privacy whilst using the garden. The area is quiet apx 5-10mins walk from Konnos Bay. There is a small supermarket very close by with larger ones apx 10-15mins away (all walking distance that is!). Bus stop again few minutes away, really cheap way to get into Protoras, Pernera, Ayia Napa, water park etc, though taxi service we used regularly (Star Taxi's) were very reliable, safe vehicles, freindly drivers and can't recommend them enough! We even ended using them for our Airport transfers. All in all fantastic, relaxing holiday in a lovely villa with everything you need!
