drains by the swimming towels station need to be checked, it was very infrequent and I would advise them to check this out quickly before it becomes an issue

At breakfast I found the best most tasteful gluten free bread bun! Excellent! I love the Cypriot low fat cheese (called anari) and the rice pudding and so many more on this extensive buffet.

Excellent stay. Everything was amazing: the hotel itself, the location, the staff. Bedding is great. Very good breakfast and breakfast area. No need to fight for the beds by the pools, each room gets its own beds. The hotel is extremely clean, you can see every day employees cleaning all the areas of the hotel.

I cannot say it ruined my holidays but these can be improved: the wifi does not work properly. The hot water is very limited in the shower. Not enough sunbeds in the private beach area.

Upon arrival our sea view room we had booked a year earlier was unavailable. Had to move rooms next day. Not end of world just inconvenient. They did give us a free meal in their buffet restaurant which wouldn't be my choice if I paid for it.

the location of the hotel is great. it has direct access to one of the best beaches of the island, and it is in the center of the Protaras main area. you can easily walk to any attraction or restaurant.

The bed was cracking in every move. Breakfast was not rich up to 5 star hotel.

Good variety of food at breakfast. Location is fantastic with very easy access to one of the best beach front in Cyprus. Sunbeds and umbrellas readily available by the hotel to residents. Staff were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Yiannis (in charge of the beach bar) for his positive attitude and excellent manners always willing to please his customers.

Too crowded at breakfast with no social distancing and no masks worn by hotel residents despite compulsory use by Cyprus legislation. However I understand that the hotel management could do very little on this as everywhere else at Protaras (supermarkets, shops etc) nobody used masks cypriots and tourists inclusive. Another issue at Protaras (not associated with the hotel) was the very loud noise coming out of bars in the night which I assume left many tourists sleepless until the early morning hours. Again this is something that the local authorities need to look into very seriously as it will affect tourism of the area. Need to say that sound proofing balcony doors at hotel rooms were very effective in keeping the noise down to an absolute minimum
