Dass man in einer schönen und gutgelegenen Wohnung auch noch eine hervorragend sortierte Bibliothek (vom Wiener Kriminalroman bis zu österreichischen Klassikern) vorfindet ist wirklich was besonderes.

Wir reisen viel in Ferienwohnungen, aber so eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung haben wir noch nie erlebt: Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Kuchen als Gastgeschenk, die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und verrät viele gute Tipps für einen gelungenen Wien-Aufenthalt. Die Betten waren super bequem, am Balkon waren frischen Kräuter und Blumen, auch in der Küche ist an alles gedacht! Die Lage ist auch perfekt - Bäcker, Supermarkt sind gleich ums Eck, ebenso jede Menge Restaurants mit unglaublich guten Speisen (zum Beispiel der Silberwirt für Wiener Küche oder das ON, ein asiatisches Lokal der Extraklasse gleich beim Haus). Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt - wie in unserem "Wiener Zuhause" eben! :) Wir kommen sicher und gerne wieder! Danke!

Das "Wiener Zuhause" ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier kann man sich wirklich Zuhause fühlen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Man ist zwar mitten im Zentrum vom Margaretenviertel, aber da sich die Ferienwohnung im Hinterhaus befindet, ist es dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein Sternchen Abzug gab es, da der Parkplatz vor der Tür (wie in der Internetbeschreibung) nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Durch den sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, wurden uns hier Alternativen angeboten.

Die Unterkunft trägt ihren Namen völlig berechtigt, wir haben uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut, die Infrastruktur drum herum prima. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht , so sind z.B. Getränke kaltgestellt, Kuchenduft empfängt einen beim Betreten der Wohnung, es gibt einen umfangreichen Wien- Informations-Fundus und viele kleine Wiener Specials. Der Kontakt zu Frau Wildzeisz war unkompliziert, die Absprachen verbindlich. Beim nächsten Wien-Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder.

The apartment actually exceeded my expectations. The layout is great with a cute little balcony, and it is set back from the street in a secluded location that offers a peaceful and quiet setting. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area and it is close to bus and metro service so everywhere in Vienna is within easy reach. My only regret is that I can't read German because it is loaded with texts of Austrian authors, along with some nice original art, and other special touches.

Nina was very helpful host. The flat is perfectly located in the heart of Vienna with very easy access to all main attractions. The flat was the cleanest we ever rented and we had a very good time. We would definitely recommend this flat for everyone who want a good base to explore this beautiful city.

We had a really great stay at Nina's place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to many sights, but the area was not overrun with tourist. Nina was very sweet and helpful.

Die Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen der schicken und zentralen Wohnung in Wien. Sehr ruhige Lage, dabei direkt an Bus und U-Bahn und nur wenige Minuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und in dierekter Umgebung viele tolle Läden und Restaurants. Selbst Ausflüge mit Bahn und Bus ins Umland (z.B. Grinzing und Kahlenberg) sind kein Problem. Dazu die super nette Vermieterin! Wir waren super zufrieden!

„Wiener Zuhause“ ist absolut die richtige Bezeichnung für diese geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung! Alles super sauber, mit vielen liebevollen Details, absolut ruhig gelegen und doch so zentral, dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Nina ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat jede Menge gute Tipps auf Lager. Genial ist auch der Parkplatz im Hof. Beim nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt werden wir erneut versuchen, diese Wohnung zu mieten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

We loved everything about this place starting with Nina’s clear communication and quick responses to any questions. She also left great and very organized information about the locale. The location was terrific for both restaurants and sites. We were able to walk just about everywhere. We loved the sunny cheerful and spotless place and especially appreciated the balcony at the end of a day of sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and because it was facing a court yard, it was very quiet at night. We would highly recommend.

We were met by Nina who welcomed us with a warmth & kindness which made us feel that we were immediately friends & not just guests in her beautiful appartment. The appartment is warm, modern ,bright, homely, spotlessly clean & provided everything we needed for our short stay.... I am running out of superlatives to describe the appartment. It is conveniently located near the city centre which can be reached on foot in 15mins & is also on the doorstep to very good cafes/ restaurants in the immediate area of Margaretenstraße. Nina provides her guests with plenty of information & recommendations on places to eat/drink/ shop in the locality which we found very useful during our stay. We would love to return to Vienna in a warmer season next time & would without a doubt choose Wiener Zuhause for a return visit. Thank you Nina for making our stay so perfect.

I could not have asked for a better place in Vienna. Nina has thought of EVERYTHING and goes out of her way to take care of her guests. My son needed to come in a day earlier than I was and she accommodated that with NO problems, you have EVERYTHING here. The location is great. Bus 59a is right outside and will take you to downtown in just a few moments! The Taxi she recommended was on time and priced GREAT!!! Stay here if you can, you WILL LOVE IT!

Wow, what a nice stay! Nina has thought of every little touch. Very comfortable, very friendly. An oasis for a traveler! Perfect is the best description.

Pretty, cozy, colorful and sunny apartment. We loved staying here. It's complete with everything a guest could ask for. It was a very appealing and relaxing base to come home to after an arduous stroll of Vienna.

Nina was awesome! We couldn't of asked for a nicer place in our 17 day travel in Europe. Vienna location was incredible. You could walk to the Nachmarket Market, Opera House, Karntner Strabe Market, Belvedere Garden, and many more. Public Transportation to and from the flat location was fantastic too. The apartment was pristine condition with countless bonuses. We found a laundry mat the next block down on same side of street. I felt extremely safe in the city of Vienna. I hope to go back to Vienna for a longer stay and I would defiantly pick this apartment flat in Vienna again.

All communication and information was perfect. Nina met us as arranged. Apartment very nice, clean, pretty great location. Nice and quiet at night as is away from the main road . defo worth going to market, very close by and has good bars and restaurants. ate there at lunch and on last night at Neni bar upstairs but had to book. We walked everywhere but we are 'walkers' once you get your bearings everything close by. Best bit for us the Belevedere and market. went to Sessions house but other than the 'freeze' is nothing much there. Went to Palmenhaus, lovely restaurant/bar/coffee shop in Buggarten near museum quarter. Thank you Nina and will recommend to anyone we know visiting. Kind regards

Dear Nina, we have travelled quite a lot around Europe but have never enjoyed ourselves as much as this week in Vienna. The athmosphere of the apartment and the locality was excellent and there are so many great places to go it was so hard to choose. Your tips and suggestions were top class and Margaretenstrasse must be one of the best places to live in Vienna.
