long weekend in the desert worked well for the family

We loved our visit. Location was perfect and close to many activities. Skip was very responsive, and easy to work with! We would highly recommend.

This property was great. Very clean and a pleasure to stay in.

The place was very clean and smelled really nice when we entered. The only feedback I have is that the couch in the living room is worn out and not really suitable for someone to sleep on - the foldout mattress needs to be replaced. I would definitely go back!

Perfect location , close to main pool. Plenty of space and well furnished. Skip was prompt with communication.

Oven didn't work. Ice dispenser didn't work, even after emptying the solid iceberg in the ice container. I left a message on the number provided for maintenance, asking for repairs but it wasn't returned. Back home I emailed the owner about all the deficiencies, including soap and shampoo in bathroom. Only soap was about two thirds of a used bar left by the preceding guest. No shampoo, towels were worn and frayed, even having holes in them. Our party of 6 planned dinner at the condo all 5 nights of our stay, so I asked for partial refund on the cost. Owner said there was no record of my call and message asking for maintenance. I provided him with a screen shot of my calls showing I was connected to his phone for 38 seconds while leaving a message. He said his records showed no missed calls or received calls so my iPhone must have disconnected before his phone answered. He denied every deficiency I listed, saying oven and ice dispenser work, they would never use towels showing any wear, 3 bars of new soap and shampoo are always provided. Therefore, nothing I complained about was valid. Beware, it was an out of body experience.

Great stay overall! Responsive host. Clean. Location is close to the main pool which we enjoyed often. Only negative was noise on the balcony overlooking the guard gate which we expected. Firmer pillows would be a plus!

Beautiful complex in a nice quiet area and great location with anything you could need. The amenities were great and Skip's communication and planning made the entire process a breeze. Kids loved the multiple pools, hot tubs and workout room.

Perfect location for a golfing trip. Ideal for access to La Quinta/Palm Desert courses. La Quinta is a lovely town with plenty or restaurant and bar options. The condo is ideally located. Would stay there again for sure.

Pictures did not show how big the space really is. We were impressed with the layout and how big the rooms are. Everyone in our group agreed we would recommend staying here.

The good: Skip changed our dates due to Covid from Dec to June. The unit is spacious. The not so good: The unit is dated and is showing signs of age. There were dead bugs (not bed bugs) between the mattress and the box spring in the main bedroom. The rugs need to be cleaned- the furniture is showing signs of extended use and age. The bugs made us very uncomfortable & made us look a bit closer at the unit, had we not discovered them first. The tables, counters, bathrooms were clean, but not detailed clean. Dusty corners, stained furniture & our socks were black at the end of the day. The clubhouse is closed. The restaurant was closed. Did not meet expectations.

We spent five days in La Quinta with our adult children and our son's girlfriend. This property was the perfect set-up for us. And the community is really nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely “working vacation” my girlfriend my dog and I really enjoyed the property. The property manager was awesome as well.

We would recommend renting a down stairs until due to the stairs and hand railing becoming extremely hot in the June heat, however our two separate balconies were very private and enjoyable upstairs. The property manager was very quick to respond to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying at the Villas!
