The apartment is situated in the center of the city. Collection of keys worked good. Maybe good for people who want to do partys since the bars are nearby.

Dishwasher and light in the kitchen didn't work. The bathroom is a nightmare - check the pictures. Mold, bathroom ventilation is not existing, toilet seat is defect. All dishes were dirty, had to clean them manually after arrival to use. Minimum dishes mainly 2-4 pieces per object, far not enough for a dishwasher. We talked with the cleaning lady and the owner is mainly interested in the money, not in necessary renovation. We had the same impression, he called us and wrote several messages to force us to pay the 16.80CHF for the tourist tax while we were on our bikes. Don't know why he can't include this in the booking payment. Concerning the problems above we sent pictures to the owner/host and we had a conversation with zero improvement for our stay. After our stay he offered us money if we don't write a negative rating which we couldn't accept. There is the party area just below the apartment, but we were lucky it was not so loud on Wednesday and Thursday night.

Location is great for all downtown activities. There are shared/common washer and dryer.

Not the property but since it is close to main roads, it is not for the sensitive people with acute hearing such as myself. 24/7 noise. However, the most annoying was the group of youngsters talking VERY loudly (drunk+) hanging around outside from about 2AM to 4:30AM at least 3 times a week - you can hear everything!

Central location

Noisy area of town Keybox for key was unlabelled, found a cleaning leady that pointed us in the right direction. Parking is on payement only at local carpark, not included.

The location was in centre of town and close to station. The apartment was a reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. A washing machine/ tumble drier was available but I didn’t use so I can’t comment. Checkout was easy

It was hot but had 2 fans. One did not really work. Told that code was available from 1pm but in fact when arrived at 2pm told not possible to check in early as this could lead to me making a mess and leaving before official check and creating risk for property of me not remaining for booking even though property was prepaid. Why not just say code will be available from 3pm and staff were still busy cleaning? That said cleaning staff were friendly and let us in at the check in time as our phone battery was depleted and I was struggling to access the email.

The Check-in was very easy, even though I have arrived quite late. A simply called the host and he explained were the key was and what code I had to enter to get it. The location was as promised very close to the center which was super nice. On the window side of the studio is a busy road but with closed windows I didn't hear any traffic anymore.

The room wasn't dirty but I felt it could've been a bit cleaner. There is a kitchen in the studio but don't go shopping without checking what utensils you have available. I only bought myself a salad which I wanted to eat in the apartment but there wasn't any cutlery and I don't think I saw any pans or pots either. All in all I'd say it was a bit overpriced for what you get.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location. Fantastic stay.

The bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. The room has most of what you need. The location for downtown Neuchatel was very good!

We had garbage left in a cupboard from a previous occupant, and the music festival was literally outside our room. Techno and House music....It was very loud until midnight and it was very warm so openning windows did not work well due to the loud music. We did not expect this.
