Great hotel, very clean, central position and super kind staff

I stayed one night and I was charged twice for the same concept. Still waiting for Hotel explanation and money refund.

Clean, quiet, good size room

The room was large, comfortable, and contained all we needed. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet could do with more options included.

Location, room well equipped

Breakfast was not worth of price but fortunately Lidl is very near by and room has small kitchen to prepare your own breakfast.

Friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff. Good breakfast. Some real cheese rather than soft cheese would help. Very comfortable bed and room.

It was warm outside so I had to open the windows, there was some noise from other guests in the courtyard outside.

Lovely clean hotel, great position near centre of town. Very safe and secure. A good place to sleep if you're out and about during the day. Air conditioning would be a great extra but we survived!

No air conditioning and it was difficult to open the wardrobe. It would have been better us if we had to separate beds as although we are good friends we are not that close! 😁

Very clean and the staff was very helpful

Spoiled American here: No elevator to get to reception. My travel companion has physical limitations so this was a bit challenging. There is no air conditioning. I'm not complaining since this should be expected considering the climate and historic nature of the city. This is just something to be aware of.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable rooms

We were arriving about 9.pm and I emailed booking .com but they hadn’t passed on the message. However the hotel rang me to confirm we were arriving and then waited for us to arrive. He was very accommodating and explained the key system before we left. The room was like a boutique hotel and the bathroom was really modern and really clean. The furniture was modern and there was a kitchen area with a fridge. Also the room had air conditioning which was a must as weather hot
